Update June 2018 don't know what's happening here but the service has gone down rapidly. The pool area is not cleaned and water looks filthy. Won't be using this hotel again. Good cheap in the heart of Pattaya hotel no complaints from me.

An average hotel to stay in for a couple of nights. Definitely not the "3 star hotel" standards. Once you check in, you'll get a small size room, a small washroom with a stinking drain and towels. Apart from that no add-ons like water or tea/coffee bags. Make sure not to spoil the linen or covers as they will fine you during checkout. Breakfast doesn't have much variety, just the same stuff everyday. Much better options available on the streets if you're into Thai food. Stayed her for two nights. Will never be returning back here.

Eastiny seven very nice hotel, nearby pattaya beach road. Do confirm address before booking because group of hotels with same name exists. Very nice rooms, ac was working nice. Hotel ambiance is awesome. You will get locker facility to keep your valuable things. Service was so good. If you want to visit nearby places they will provide you taxi or tour packages also.

Had a nice days here. Its very close to beach. 1.5 km to walking street. You can cover all the places by walk. Very good stay. Breakfast is free.

Near to beach road. Nice rooms. They provide 2 drinking water bottles per day. Very cheap room rates. Staff is very helpful.

The aura of this hotel is very positive and calm. Infrastructure is so simple and appealing. This hotel also provides a currency exchange feature and that too at a very good rate. Loved staying here and would definitely recommend a friend.

Good threesome in a good location. The staff is friendly. No cleaning. Ask for a window in the yard. Otherwise the sleepless night is guaranteed. The pool is deep and clean.

Nice view of the ocean. Nightime can see and hear the happenings on soi 7 beach road pattaya. Nice big room with two balconies. Cleaned to a satisfactory standard. Quite a big step over, into the bathtub for a shower. Breakfast quite good, eggs cooked to order and nice selection of fruits bread some hot sausages, steam rice with a stir fry plus tea coffee juices. 24 hour family mart on site on ground floor. Would not hesitate to recommend for location, a good, budget hotel with nice staff, smiles go a long way, when you go holidays here leave your attitude at home and you will enjoy!

The room is very old and very dim, there are inexplicable stains on the sheets, bathroom shower only a little dirty shower curtain separated, door lock for horn lock, there is no safe in the room, feel very unsafe.
No push at all! But the service staff is good attitude, so give two stars.

It is located in a beautiful street where you do not go unnoticed at certain times if you can say, very close to Beach Road and all the nightlife of Pattaya, hotel curated with daily cleaning of the room with a bottle of water free for every cleaning, apart from the shower curtain obscene (if you are so much I recommend Comprarvela new, much more hygienic), the rest is normal, recommended x who wants to have fun and spend little.

Lovely clean hotel very friendly staff for the money we paid I have to say I will stay again maybe the pool a bit old and needs refreshing but for 3 star it was fine.

Here is a single star hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms is not good at all, and whatever you notice, it does not have any results. A very ordinary TV and very ordinary channels that do not have to be turned on, and the hotel has no control over the loud noise created in other rooms at any time of the day. The smell of the restaurant goes up to the fourth floor. Only in terms of the location of the hotel to buy and the restaurant is excellent, except for the loud noises that continue until the morning. The staff members have a full-fledged behavior and when I asked if there is a tap for the bathroom in the hotel's photos, but not in the room, it's not easy to say in all rooms.

Hotel no longer quite dewy, pool is too small and the years come, but the location in Soi 7 is absolutely top. Price/performance is full OK. Room Large and clean.

Hotel is good. Nice views from rooms… Very good pool on 4th floor… Location wise is a very good choice… Near to beach… Near to walking Street… Only concern is food… If you are Indian and vegetarian it's just ok ok… but it's a problem in whole Pattaya I guess… Liye for these kind of budget hotel…

The place is rather old but is kept clean. The location can be considered good or bad depending on what your intial intention of visiting Pattaya is. The breakfast is nothing spectacular but sufficient. The swimming pool is clean.

The nicest hotel I've stayed at in Pattaya. Hotel is very nice. Room is very nice. Staff very professional. Swimming pool on the roof very nice! Price is ok compared to quality. Sometimes you can find good offers online. Only bad thing is that the entrance of the hotel is at a very dark and noisy alley full of bars.

Good hotel but If U book 3 adult in 1 room 3rd bed is too unconfortable always.

Good location. There's a lot of food and girls.

There's nothing for a little money. Songkran find wet and the center of the party is on the porch.

A bar right opposite the front of the hotel with loud live rock band playing from 9 pm till 2 am every night. I you want to go to sleep early ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Other than that the food was rubbish the pool had no parasols and the place was very grubby. In need of a refurbishment. On the good side your in the middle of everything that's going on restaurants, bars and the beach.

I don't recommend this hotel, for one reason, all guests complain of noise from discotheques and bars at night. That is, you can't get a sleep.

Dream live at the disco? You here! Surrounding bars spew diverse clockwork tracks hours before 4 am and it's not just background noise, if you closed your eyes, you can decide that you're at a table at the height of disco. Distinct rhythm will give you hardly get to sleep earlier than shut all taek to the County.
Caring administpaciâ offers keep visiting IDkarty Lady at reception and not hesitating a sign near the entrance to the lift.
Breakfast buffet is pretty modest. Free Internet only on the 1st floor. The compact rooms for him asking not comparable with the reality of money.
In general the purpose of this hotel obviously and if your holiday format separation, then it is for you.

Enjoyed every minuet of my stay in October 2015 only 5 days but it was clean comfortable and smack bang in the middle of things. For the English an Irish bar and an English bar right out side both serving great food if you want home comfort. Found the staff to be very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone staying in pattaya very good price as well thank you.
