The hotel is a home away from home. The hotel management and staff are hospitable, can communicate well in english, attend to your needs promptly and also good in giving directions. Breakfast is good. If you need a full meal there are restaurants nearby. You have a choice of where to shop. Morning and night market is a 5 min walk. Another 10 min walk you are in big malls. Our stay is worth remembering.

Unbelievable positive energy. I just loving here and want to extend my stay as long as I can. It Met my expectation and everything seems miraculous. I only paid economic class but they offered me “ First class “

5min walk to platinum mall.

3 stars is generous. You get what you pay for. While this place is relatively inexpensive, and has it's perks for the price, you're not getting more than your moneys worth. The room was poorly designed; bathroom door didn't close well, the shower is like in the middle of the room so it's hard to prevent water from getting all over the floor, the shampoo and body wash bottles barely squirted anything out, and the Wi-Fi either didn't work at all or was very finicky. It feels like they just threw the hotel together yesterday and didn't care to put a little CARE into their business. I probably won't be staying here again. I hope I can find something better next time I'm in Bangkok for a similar price.

Good Hotel near shoping centers. Standart room a little bit to small but ok for one night.

Hotel is good, near to locations such as 711 and massage areas Rooms are generally alright for a cheap budget stay Overall is good!

What can I say… this is my 2nd time and not a disappointment! The hotel is quite small but rooms large enough but right in the centre of the City, right by the wholesale market so a lot cheaper to buy things in the market than the touristy spots. On our last night of my holidays I thought I had lost my phone but when I got home I contacted the Hotel Manager and she was amazing. I can’t thank you enough! 5 stars all round — we will back again definately and I would thoroughly recommend i!

Decent hotel for the price, room was clean shower was good, staff were friendly enough. Location is close to Pratunam market. Not too difficult to find this hotel, just be aware of cars/tuktuks etc when walking down these side streets. You get a pair of sandals with the room, it may be obvious but do not take these with you lol. My girlfriend went shopping and left me to check out, she took the sandals with her and I got landed with a 500 baht charge (around £10) for the missing sandals.

This is the 2nd time I came here for a budget trip. And for the price, you shouldnt complain much. Both times I was happy with my room. The location may be a little far off the main street but its like a 4-5min walk out or to pratunam market. U can probably skip the breakfast too unless u just need a quick bite.

Hotel very clean and staff more pleasant. Always the TT do to answer our questions especially kan our English is lacking. I highly recommend.

Good place to stay. Relatively inexpensive. Staff is very helpful. This place is new and therefore very clean. This can be a perfect central location for tourists because BTS, MRT and bus stops are at 5min walking distance. You can go to any direction. Pantip Plaza, Central World, Siam Paragon malls are 10-12min walking distance. Pratunam Market is 3 min walking distance. You will find every necessary thing nearby. E. G. McDonalds, Burger King, Spas, 7s, Good and inexpensive Thai restaurants, tuktuks etc.

Stayed for a night. Decent room with decent facilities. Wifi worked. About 10mins walk from BTS. Hotel staff were able to communicate with us in english. We reached the hotel around 10+am and they were able to arrange for early check in for us. Breakfast was so so. Would be good if they have a chair in the room though… the only place we could sit was the bed.

This’S Modern hotel in Bangkok I really like! Nice room! Good price so sometime the hotel out of room. On the street nearly hotel, many kind of food, tropical fruit, foot massage… About 100m to 711 store Im gonna stay here for my next trip in Pratunam — Bangkok.

Very close to pratunam market. Rooms are fine but very small. Non window room not good.

Love it… staff very friendly and helpfull. Reasonable price for room and facilities. Location not noisy, some distance from pratunam market. Can find many foods at market with reasonable price… try it.

Located at a convenient location, breakfast is simple and acceptable. But that's about it. The air con is not functioning in the room, and it spat out ice in the middle of the night at 4am while we were sleeping. Service recovery was bad, there's no fan for us to use, and the staff hurried us to sleep as it was late. There was not even a word of apology given for the incident. We stayed 2 nights. And both nights we have to endure the heat and the sudden loud cranking noise that came from the aircon. It's very very bad.

Very good value for money. Well communicated with BTS and airport train. In the area plenty of attractions — street food, restaurants, shopping malls, sky towers. Staff is professional and friendly. Rooms are spacious, with a lot of daylight, modern. All necessities are provided — shower gel, shampoo (smells deliciously of lemongrass! ), hair dryer, water, safe, fridge. Wi-Fi is sometimes spotty but works good enough to do the bare minimum when travelling. If you forgot something — you can get toothbrush etc. At the reception. They accept credit cards without extra charge. By check out we were offered a bottle of water "for the road" which was really nice of the reception lady.

Good location, quiet, not far from the trouble area. There are 7-11 nearby. Room space OK, facilities OK, breakfast is relatively simple. It's good to be big up.

Is a good place to stay where you can easily go to any shopping mall or night market.

I stayed for a week in Feb 2017. I found the room clean, the staff helpful and spoke good English. The towels and bedding were changed daily even though I did not select them for replacement. The breakfast was tasty and the selection of hot and cold food was good and varied. Buy the breakfast with the room booking otherwise it's expensive for what it is. The communal area is clean and I had no issues with the room or the bed. The Wi-fi worked. I never tried the TV. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 was as has been mentioned by some other guests. If you get a noisy guest next door. You can easily hear them. But I did not find the cleaning staff to be noisy at all. Difficult to find if you walk from the sky Train in the night and through the market place. (A lovely local man helped me) Centrally located and you can easily get around the town. A 10 minute walk to the water bus and the sky Train if you know where you're going. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Generally good hotel, clean n had had 3 night good sleep. Cons: bad if u have bad neighbor as the sound proof is bad. Main prob: since the sound proof is bad, their staffs are noisy talking outside.

Happy we chose this place! Friendly staff, they even allowed an early check in. The room is slightly small but okay for two people.

Rooms are small… good for backpacker style tourist… close to shopping area near by… friendly staff.

The place is cool, clean and pleasant reception. Breakfast is good and the place is easy to find, many street food and near from central market Pratunam.

Ok for the price. Clean, quiet. Could have fluffier pillows and bigger softer bed. Beware of the "window rooms" if you are sensitive too light in the early mornings. Easy to communicate with staff. Plain buffet (250 thb) breakfast with fruits, white toast, jam and salad. Located 5 min walk to Platinum. 10 min to BTS. On the back of a big alleyroad, so taxi to the door is recommended for single travellers. Easiest to navigate taxi by saying Petchaburi soi 15 (sip ha) instead of Metz.

Best hotel here in bangkok :) I will be booking here for the rest of my life :)

Stayed there in 2012, Very pleasant and comfy with stylish modern furniture and there is a very nice Halal food restaurant in front of it. For only 1000 Bat this hotel is unbeatable. *you can hear noise from people passing in the corridor.
