Good, so nice, everythings is good.

Too old, very dirty & expensive ใกล้แพลตตินั่ม ประตูน้ำ อันนี้โอเค เราไม่เถียง แต่รร. แบบว่าเก่ามากกกกก เข้าห้องไปไม่ประทับใจอะไรเลย ทำห้องไม่เรียบร้อย ไม่สะอาด ตู้เย็นยังมีผ้าขี้ริ้วกองอยู่ด้านใน ต้องเรียกแม่บ้านมาทำให้ทันที ทนไม่ได้จริงๆ แอร์นี่แบบสิบปีคงไม่เคยทำความสะอาด ราขึ้น เราจะป่วยรึเปล่ายังแอบกลัว ระเบียงโครตสกปรก (เข้าใจว่าไม่ให้ออกไปแต่ควรสะอาดกว่านั้น) ฝาชักโครกก็แตก มันจะอันตรายต่อลูกค้ามั้ย? น้ำเปล่า+ผ้าขนหนูไม่มี เหมือนลืมละตามเอามาให้ทีหลัง พนง. ตรงรีเซฟชั่นโครตจะแบบ ไม่น่าจะเหมาะกับงานบริการ…

The place is in the centre of ceveral malls and its calm and economic. Verry recommended for business people.

Good hotel, price is cheap. Location is opposite from platinum mall and near from pratunam market (5 minutes walking) Nearest bts is rachatewi bts or chit lom or siam bts. Many street food in this area. The near shopping area from this hotel : — Platinum mall — central world — big C — pratunam market — neon night market.

I have stayed here for my 3 visits to thailand. Its located in hub of partunam and easy to access many places tourust looking for. You have to book delux room if you need more space. Bathrooms are very clean. Staff is friendly engugh according to the thailand conditions. Recomended for tourists.

Booked this place via agoda and unfortunately we got the dates wrong when booking and when we went to the hotel on may 7th 2018 the receptionist refused to let us in and she was very rude towards my self and my friends. So we had to stay @ the hotel in front and check in on the next day. Even though the policy of agoda is such that if we make a mistake the responsibility should be bared by us, the employees @ the hotel should have been more flexible towards us. Cannot recommend this hotel.

The worst ever! I can rate this Watergate Hotel in Butuan city Philippines as negative 0! The room they called is a superior room and you pay the superior fee! The customer service attitude held by staff and manager were horrible! I was made to pay all the linens that were used because my sister used this Efficacent oil for her leg cramps! And the manager said I was only paying the stay nit the linens! Really? If he was my employee I could put him in remediation and send back to school to learn management 101… I think the corporate leaders need to evaluate this hotel’s services and the attitude of their staff!

Easy around in downtown. Fair to stay. Alit far for guest to walk inside from streets. Should give a shuttle drive to streets — not even free charge and not even car needed. Smth like Tok-Tok or small carriers should work well.

Nice hotel not too far from train station that brings to airport (10 mins walk). Staff was friendly and room was clean. I managed to get a big room at discounted prices… Location good, many convenience stores and restaurants in the area. Just one thing, make sure you have the address or a map with you because it's a bit confusing to find the place!

We lost money and time! better hotels around closer to market.

We check in with unfriendly unpleasant staff the butch staff was so rude showing black faces unwilling to serve us. I swear I will neva come back here we did complain to the general manager and guess what he wanted to complain to our country embassy which I don’t know for what reason.

The morning counter staffs are very very rude… Place is good for the price… but my mood is totally ruined by the 1st impression I got from those staffs…

Booked through agoda. It is considered a budget hotel, although the facilities are simple, but I reality impressed that the hotel staffs are very polite and helpful, they speak a little English.

Chepest 3 star of the locality. Comfortable place to stay. Nicely decorated rooms. Filling breakfast.

Worst hotel and not recommended to stay. I spent 3 days in the hotel opposite grand watergate hotel and I spent my forth day in this hotel due to previous hotel fully booking. Thus, I can made comparison within these two hotels. Unfriendly, helpless and rude staff spoiled my days in Bangkok. Cheap rate with dirty and smelly room. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Please don't stay this hotel if you don't want to ruin your trip! The most terrible hotel I ever stayed! The entire hotel can't even find one hair dryer! When we asked the receptionist where to buy a hair dryer he was so fucking rude and stare at us with no answer. That's not the only thing to drive us mad, the brainless receptionist called us at 1:30AM for something ridiculous! He was rude and yelled at us through the called by asking how many person staying in the room. Salute to this unprofessional attitude!

If I had the choice to rate zero for the rating, I would definitely do that with no doubt. Bad service especially the front desk. They didn't show their professional services yet yelling to the customers. No hair dryer, no kettle provided in the room. Sucks to the max.

The most terrible service I have ever met in my whole fucking life. They showed bloody fucking unfriendly attitude to customers, with no even a bloody smile on their fucking face. Terrible Terrible Terrible! If I am able to make an option, I will choose another hotel over this bloody hell place to stay!

Their customer service is very bad. Their attitude to customer sucks and they do shit face to customer. There's a lot of hotel nearby with nice price. Skip this one. If there's an option for less than one star, that will be my choice.

Not a good place to stay. Not friendly staff. Superior room seems like just a small standard room. Bed are poor quality and squeaking. No proper Internet. Had called the staff but no response from them. Cafe is also small. All in all. A place to be avoided to stay.

I will never ever book this hotel far from the main road staff are not friendly shower handle is broken. I hate this place dark toad and narrow omg how can I enjoy here if u are worried about this place even the room very old model. No kettle u need to go down to drink ur coffee. Pls don't Tyr this hotel u will regret.

Highly recommend not to stay that hotel. Staffs have no brain they shout to customer. My friend just come visit me around 5mn they call us to get out of the room if not they will call the police. I really have no idea with those kind of people which didnt bring brain when they were born. Room so fucking small including have not enough stuff to use. This is the fist time and the last time to this hotel. I'm done :D.

— Strategic location, only 20 minutes by walking to BTS Ratchadewi, and lots of night market are near here. — The hotel includes no sandal and broken audio TV set. — Delicious breakfast and friendly receptionists are their good asset. — However, the important thing, Wi-fi connection in each room was not working for 5 days when I stayed here.

You pay for what you get. Deluxe room is still okay. Room considered quite spacious. Clean. But abit old. Acceptable for the price range. No hair dryer though.

+ 20 minute walk to train + 15 minute walk to malls — Bed is small — Bathroom is cramped.

I was all arranged. Center BPC for 900 baht for the double — chic. All is working, the staff is nice and friendly. Go to various concessions. I am very pleased with the room and service) )
