In the pictures, the rooms look nice. Well, quite misleading. The lounge smells bad. Location is terrible. Too many things in the fridge. The fridge is broken. It's not that clean and it needs renovation. They only gave one chair. There are two tables and one chair! Soap dispenser is broken as well. Many things need replacing.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are big and clean, everyone friendly and helpful. They have a nice bar on the rooftop with a swimming pool.

I enjoyed my staying very much! Clean comfortable big rooms, comfortable mattress, and I got upgraded for my birthday for the deluxe room and loved it! Nice breakfast, best to come early and not at 10:00-10:30 because the pastries get dry.

Reasonable but not more than that. The hotel is getting old and has some maintenance problems. For the price we paid it was ok.

Rooms have a comfortable size, air con perfect, concierge very helpful. Roof has a nice view and location is good to discover bkk from.

The hotel is close to the MRT, with movement in the centre — convenient. Good breakfast, polite staff. The hotel itself is already very old and looks much worse than the pictures on the booking. The bathroom and walls of the rooms are in poor condition, dirty, a lot of everything is broken. Sauna and hammam are also in a dead state, unfortunately, to use not very pleasant, a feeling of care everywhere, except the lobby of the hotel) )

If you refrains from the area where this hotel is located, the stay is very pleasant.
The staff greets their guests very kindly, and everything important is discussed immediately.
The rooms are very clean and are cleaned daily.
The furniture is already a bit older, but everything is in good condition.
Breakfast is very good. There should be something for everyone to start the day.
On the 14 floor is the pool, a hot tub, and a gym.
The most beautiful views can be found on the 15 floor, where there is a restaurant, and a small bar. For me, this hotel of the price performance ratio is one of the better in Bangkok.

The staff was helpful and the rooms clean (I was in 2 of them). As far as the environment is concerned, you can't look around so closely. For this, the view over the city from the 15th floor compensates. Just indescribable!

Not suitable for couples or family… The response from staffs are not good. After a long journey when I reached I had to ask for even a cup of water… The swimming pool was not clean and I asked staff to operate sauna bath ten times but never got any response… It's good for bachelors who wanna come and just spend time with their guest.

Negatives:-the rooms need a refreshing shot and the bathrooms to be cleaned with anti-limestone.
-He asks for a deposit on arrival (as we were at the end of our stay Bah we was a little annoyed! ) And so to say the sureties concerned the linen available (towels, bathrobe and slippers) we stayed 15 days in Thailand and made 3 different hotels and this is the only one has asked us for a deposit yet the others was better!
— the hotel is not transparent enough! especially regarding the mini bar in the room. There was a word in the room saying that if we took the slippers where shower robe one would be charged by cons yhad written nothing for the mini bar,. Yhad some soda, bottles of water and peanuts in the fridge so we used to think it was free but at the time of departure we announce the Bill, so we try to understand by saying that we were not warned that it was paying that it is not logical to put a word about the linen but nothing for the mini bar, and there the staff began to be very rude to us, he did not make us our bail and the Bill was 3 times less than the sureties he made us badly the currency, threatened to call the police. He cancelled the taxi reservation we had made to get to the airport, made us lose 1h of our time, in the end it is limit if we were not put out… In addition to all that they allowed themselves to fuck our face in Thai and laugh at us! I find it unacceptable for professionals.

Decent place. Food is questionable imo. It just tastes funky.

Staff are good. Breakfast is very nice. Rooms are outdated in terms of design. Only one socket at the dressing table and one for the kettle. There is one in the toilet too. Location is not too far from DMK airport. However, the locale around the hotel is pretty dead.

All good, older hotel but good in cheap. Very good location, friendly staff, swimming pool, and sauna which you can also use after checkout if you have an evening flight out. Very close to Lumpinee metro station which brings you to the airport in less than an hour.

We stayed on our tour of Thailand for three days at the hotel. The house itself was very pleasant to us. The hotel is a little bit in the years, but it is only to be seen in small things. The rooms are just us clean. We didn't use the pool and wellness area, but everything looked OK. The breakfast was great.
But the conditions in the area were unacceptable. Due to the many food stalls, the waste volume is enormous. This inevitably leads to a bug problem. So in the evening and at night the cockroaches and rats ran over our feet. In some trash heaps we saw rats in the dozen. Therefore never again in this area again.

Had three nice days at the Pinnacle Lumpine Park Hotel.
The hotel has a sauna which I used every day the rooms are large and the beds are very good and large. The breakfast is very good among others with yogurt and cheese, which is rare.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is good you can take both bus and walk to Silom Road.
100 metres from the hotel is the bus stop and to the subway it's 200 more I've been to this hotel for 25 years.
TV Deutsche Welle is now very good reception.

Great hotel! Comfortable beds, clean hotel, close to mrt station, 7/11 and pharmacy, friendly staff, hot water in the shower, decent breakfast, pool on 14th floor, rooftop bar & restaurant. Hotel is in a quieter area but an easy 5min walk to the mrt station and just 3 stops from sukhumvit/asok station. The hotel has a nice smoking area for those who smoke. It also has some resident parrots, fish, and a very friendly cat who enjoys some attention!

Very close to the Metro stop. It's pretty good. Breakfast is very complete, you have everything. The pool is small but enough. It also has a gym and sauna.

I thought it was a nice little hidden gem. Yes, needs a bit of work but the price is awesome. I found it clean, and the staff were very friendly. I'd recommend it for sure.

Old hotel, smelly room and noisy air-conditioning. The hotel should be renovated. Food was good, friendly and helpful staffs.

We had our planning conference and board meeting in this hotel last January 2018. This hotel was suggested by my Thai friend @Rosy Yimmy when I asked if she knew a hotel that has a meeting room. Pinnacle may not be a 5 star-hotel, rooms and facilities might be a bit old, but the service provided to us during our stay had been awesome. It was more than what we expected given that all initial arrangements were made thru exchange of emails. Special thanks to Opas (FM), Lawrence, … Abby, Nasco and Frank (Manager) for attending to our needs and our score of request and some last minute changes (particularly on the food — since we were not aware that some attendees from other countries are either vegan, vegetarians or need to observe some rituals due to a death of a family member). Once again our sincerest thanks to all the staff of Pinnacle (from our room Technician, dedicated server, bell boy, chambermaids and the management). For those looking for an affordable place to conduct meetings in Thailand, I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, very polite employees. On 15th floor you get a great view about Bangkok during your take some drinks. Also a pool is available to cool down yourself.

I should had read some of the negative reviews in here. A total scam and I'm still fighting to get my money back. 20 minutes before arriving to the hotel I did a reservation with hotelquickly (last minute booking service until 4am) but they refused to give me a room without paying an "extra fee for last minute booking" (? ) that of course I refused to pay. I left the hotel but they still charged me the total amount of a room I never used. Totally incoherent, incompetent, unprofessional and rude staff, both front office desk and the one that looked like a manager. The hotel doesn't look like in the pictures at all, pretentious hotel with a cheap management style. Avoid.

The hotel is well located (few minutes from lumpinee subway station). The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped (TV, air-conditioning, mini bar…). And most importantly, the staff is very friendly, listens to the customer. It is always a pleasure for me to stay a few nights. See you soon.

Central Hotel with different room quality. Rooms from floor 6 have good view of the city but get a lot of noise from the Rama 4 Street at night. Good breakfast and fast Wi-Fi.

All staff services are good. Room condition is OK. I like nice swimming pool, sauna room and fitness on rooftops at 14th floors. Breakfast has a variety of food. I will come back again for sure.

Looks like most hotel pictures are scam. Expected way more than a normal and old room promoted as "superior" and for 40€/night. Maybe price is because of the location. But rather get a normal guesthouse room for less money. Maybe the breakfast rating is good because everything else is just disappionting. Safe the money and have breakfast for your own. Everything needs renovation.

Nice place to stay… Having facilities to book online. There is a swimming pool so you can relax… room accommodation is very good… Thumbs up.

I like the swimming pool & the rooftop bar here, most of the staff's are nice, the breakfast is excellent, many of choices, especially thanks for the staff to let my 8 years old son in without breakfast ticket, we are sure we will come back to Pinnacle Lumpinee Park Hotel again!

A little old, friendly people with pool but away from Kaosn Road.

Not the most modern but Preisgüstig centrally located subway 3 min. Breakfast and room OK. Staff friendly even at the reception of a Thailand he with German knowledge.

Courteous and accommodating staff. Clean. Quite. Near metro and most shopping place. Very accessible. Great place to stay. Definitely will come back and recommend this place. Thank you!

Old hotel. The rooms are generally OK for the price but the lobby and other common areas are in pretty bad shape. There is a strange old smell which doesn't give a good impression.

I keep returning. Pinnacle has all you could want. Big rooms, good beds, great breakfast buffet, friendly staff, a swimming pool, steam room and a sauna. The hotel is near the MRT so it's easy to get around bkk city. There are several shops and restaurants near the hotel, about 2 to 10 minute walk. The few downsides; rooms soon need an upgrade and the sauna uses some time to get hot.

It's a good price for your prices. I liked the breakfast. There's always fried bacon. The rooftop pool is very small.

We booked this Hotel, as our regular one was full, being less than a week till Xmas.
We visit Bkk almost monthly, and firstly this was double the price of our normal one. Still it was reasonable for the time of year. On arrival after a 3.5 hour drive, were told we can't check in? come on, that's all old stuff now, bored to hear this. After more than 2 dozen stops at our normal hotel where we check in Every time on arrival, usually around 9.30am, it was disappointing to be told wait till 2pm? Come on, stop using this excuse, it's boring. A main reason for this Hotel was car parking, and that was sufficient. The room was Good, clean, but Musty smell, also in the hallways? The sink plunger didn't work but hey ho it's one night.
Reception staff were Good, even got them smiling. Breakfast for the price was very good, my Thai wife was well impressed, as was I.
Ok, downside for me, as I drive there parking was essential, that was good but getting to the hotel and out again was suicidal. I went past on motorways, slip roads several times, and I'm usually very good with Google maps. Got 500 bhat fine on slip road to come off? Work that one out? Traffic is crazy around Lumpinee so if I drive again this may go against Pinnacle Hotel.
Overall a good stay, nice Hotel, good breakfast, fine staff, poor location for driving to.

Outdated structure. … in the pleasant set. … but disorganization in management… acceptable.

Worth the value of money; breakfast caters to all tastes; rooms have very nice views; it is somehow old; receptionists are average and not impressive when it comes to customer service.

So all of a American hotel. Good sauna, pool and Jacuzzi under the open sky on 15om floor. Carpet odor and creates a pleasant hotel atmosphere. A varied Breakfast buffet is worth it to take room with Breakfast. Ask for a Deposit of 1000 THB.

Service attitude is poor, the room equipment is falling behind, use the door key, open the door, need to the left, twist to the right will be locked, but the hotel no one to teach you, lock died, they would scold you look like you want to hit a guest, the horror don't go to live.

Cheap hotel, clean, very friendly and clean, 200 metres from the next metro service away, near Lumpinipark. The Breakfast buffet is very good in the selection. Nerfig was at the Breakfast only, that during the 45 min is always just a schnulzenlied in a loop ran, the Next day the same, with a different Liedlein, otherwise very okay in the price-performance ratio.
