Amazing stay in our two bedroom suite! This gave us access to floor 19 lounge where we got complimentary afternoon tea and drinks followed by later on complimentary cocktails & canapés. Vertigo for dinner is a must. It’s pricey but the food was excellent. The view amazing too.

We had a really great and a fun time staying here. I loved the room, it was a pretty big room. I absolutely loved the bed and the bathtub. The food at The Romsai and The vertigo tasted really delicious but my afternoon tea tasted a bit too sweet. I loved the spa area vibe, I had the best massage ever. My therapist did really good job! And the hotel staff were really helpful and friendly especially K. Kaimook and K. Kun lhek who worked at the Vertigo on the 61st floor. They were extremely nice to us and thank you for the complimenting dishes for our proposal. I'll definitely come back here again for sure. 😍

Joy. That’s what we experienced at Bai Yun Restaurant at Banyan Tree Bangkok. Pure joy. The floor staff were professional yet at ease, confident, respectful and had fun in each other’s presence. There was joy in the restaurant. The food was full of joy. The menu, the presentation and the flavours all spoke of their joy and invited us into the circle. We would like to thank the Chef, his team, and the front of house serving and welcoming staff for two nights of delight. They have been the highlight of our stay — a necessary trip to Bangkok to do necessary things which bring little joy. You all brought joy into our stay. Our experience in the restaurant was excellent. My children were well-fed, entertained and full of joy by the end. We haven’t had a meal with that level of success or smiles for a long time. Your willingness to go beyond your SOP to serve us in our room the next night, and your desire to make your dishes arrive in their best, most beautiful state was the epitome of great service. You exceeded my expectations and did it with grace and joy. Thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

My family am I had an excellent experience. The staff is warm and welcoming. The beds are amazingly comfortable—for me, this means form and supportive. Both train systems are easily accessible—either by walking or scheduling the hotel’s tuktuk complimentary service. The activities provided by the staff were fun ways to spend time together on site—my family and I did the Thai cooking class and flower arranging. Both were fun and interactive.

Famous hotel with fabulous environment. Got a hotel package with free upgrade to Serenity Club room. Good service and polite staff. Suggested to provide more options and variety of food for breakfast. The spa is fair. The staff of spa service should be trained for improved skills.

Banyan Tree Bangkok is an amazing hotel with great views! This was our honeymoon and the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our experience special! The pool area is lovely and they spa staff come round, offering delicious drinks and snacks and even a Head and Shoulder Massage, I had a lovely massage off Badminton! Overall I can’t say anything bad about the hotel and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Bangkok! Also deffinatly have a drink in the Vertigo bar in the evening!

Great hotel. Amazing buffet breakfast. Room are really nice, the hotel has many restaurants and a pool/spa. Many room have their own lounge office area. Great staff. Very attentive and helpful. Just be aware drinking in the bars here is crazy expensive. Like around £20 for single gin and tonic. Otherwise a great place to stay. Pics are the view from the room on 38th floor.

Stayed in Oasis Retreat room for 2 nights. Very nice room, highly recommend it. My wife and I had a very nice relaxing bath with incredible views of the city. The breakfast buffet was bountiful, with an amazing fresh juice and mimosa bar. Lots of fruits, cheeses, breads, Asian and Western style foods, made to order egg station. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The rooftop bar was incredible! It is a little pricey, but well worth it. Don't look any further, book this hotel!

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The people and service are amazing! The room was spacious and clean. We had great views from our room. The restaurant serves great food. I would definitely recommend this place.

The trip was overalls very good! The location is somehow hard to find for cab drivers. As an info the German embassy is very close. The room was cleaned twice daily and was very large! The service was O. K. For a 5 star hotel. The Thai personnel is sure friendly.

The Banyan Tree is still a great hotel. Everything is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms on the upper floors offer great views over the Bangkok skyline. Whether the bathroom or the bedroom, everything was very well maintained. The breakfast buffet is just great. I visited Banyan Tree Bangkok two times. Every time I had to wait for the room because the cleaning was not finished. Check In starts at 2pm. I arrived always at about 4pm after a 22 hour journey and the room wasn't ready. That should not happen with a hotel of this category.

Gigantic and full of contrast between the sumptuous temples and the houses on stilts ready to collapse.

Been to the Vertigo roof top a few (or rather a lot) of times and it is the best view of the city. Was a little worried that the small stairway up was the only escape route in case of fire, but a quick question to their email was replied promptly by their hotel manager sharing that there a 4 stairways to escape to level 60 and from here 2 stairways direct to street level. The service is as always very good, they have some very special glass for your Vertigo drinks which underlines the concept very well — go see for yourself. Can be rather busy on the top, so choose your visiting days carefully. Super cool!

Great hotel. Attentive service and cordiality.

Absolutely amazing visit. Was there on my honeymoon and was given a free upgrade. Room was spectacular as was the swimming pool and moon bar. Breakfast was second to none in terms of selection. Staff were also amazing. Only disappointment was the ridiculous prices being charged for dry cleaning, other than that I'd recommend to anyone.

Wow utterly amazing. 5☆ all the way. Exceptional suites with stunning views of city skyline even from the bath! Wonderful delightful Staff, treat all like royalty. Can't wait to return. One thing unless you are very rich do not eat or drink in their restaurants as we got sting with £100 bill for 2 slices of pizza & some rice in the buffet. Inclusive breakfast is fab.

Great hotel, the lobby always smells like fresh local herbs or fruit. The pool is a little on the smaller side, but is gorgeous and has a great view of the city. Very close to the train and easy to find.

Excellent hotel with friendly competent staff. Rooms and suites are extremely updated and centrally located. All of the restaurants at the hotel are great. Love Thai street food but when you're wanted to stay in and splurge I'd recommend their Taihei (sushi), Saffron (Thai), Vertigo (roof top dining), Moon Bar (rooftop cocktails), and Vertigo TOO (swanky tapas). Highly recommend the Vertigo TOO and Vertigo Lounge for the spectacular views. Attached photos are from their Presidential Suite, 1 Bedroom, and Oasis Suite. Highly recommend staying here when in Bangkok.

Very good location! There are many embassies in the vicinity, Malaysia, Germany, Australia just a few minutes to go, the entire road are high-end apartment hotels and office buildings! Look at the Sky Bar on the roof! The whole of Bangkok is breathtaking!

Amazing Hotel. Excellent friendly staff, rooms extremely nice with good views over Bangkok. Some of the best restaurants around, I'd recommend Saffron and two Amazing bars. One on the top of the hotel with panoramic views and one open air bar on the middle with and actual Banyan tree. Highly recommend staying here if in Bangkok and aren't afraid to pay a bit more.

One of the most beautiful view at 360 ° from Bangkok. The bar on the top floor (59th) is often full so go to the opening or otherwise prefer the bar of the 52nd floor much quieter, after taking advantage of the view of the rooftop! (correct attire required on the top floor, loan of shoes on site).

A nice, though not very new, hotel in the relative centre of Bangkok.

It has European prices and it sits very tight, but the view of the sunset is gigantic. But honestly, at home I pay almost the same for a cocktail without a view, what is the avarice. If I have no desire to pay there are enough other places where I can get cheap cocktails in Bangkok. There are dress code, men only in closed shoes and long trousers!

OK, so I hate heights. The rooftop Vertigo bar did the trick on me, and I lasted about five minutes before I had to retreat downstairs to a place with four walls (albeit a lot of them made of glass, so you can still see one of the best views of Bangkok on offer). This is a five-star hotel with all the bells and whistles — — and the prices. It's extremely popular — — even on a Tuesday night there was nowhere to sit at the rooftop bar, but it's also pricey. Be prepared to pay for what you get, and that's well above the odds for those of us on Thai incomes.

We stayed at the Serenity Club King Suite 56th Floor. Excellent luxurious rooms. Staff / team at the hotel are kind and attentive. The breakfast spread is catering to all cuisine types and atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The rooftop MOON BAR is the major highlight of Banyan Tree. To view the Bangkok Sunset while enjoying cocktail creations. Overall, Good value for quality and location to nearby sites for shopping entertainment and tours.

Staff are wonderful. Our suite was great, comfortable beds. Cleaned an turned down twice a day. Good location in the business district but close enough to everything. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast is massive and lots of choice which change slightly each day.

Wonderful hotel with spa, fitness, swimming pool on the roof featuring killer views. Thai, Chinese, Japanese restaurants to choose from served fantastic food not to mention the roof top Moon Bar with breathtaking views over Bangkok. Staff is super polite and courteous. We had a wonderful time here and will be back, definitely.

I stayed at the Banyan tree for 4 nights in August 2017. It was my first time visiting Bangkok and this lovely hotel and wonderful employees made it so special. Kind staffs who greet you with smiles and they all spoke good English. The room was big in the high floor and very quiet. They have lovely spa amenities of their own brand in the bathroom. They offer a different type of incense and local fruit daily. Breakfast is quite good and the roof top bar/ restaurant offers an amazing view of the city. The indoor bar is rather small and not as spectacular but it was handy to have drinks when rained during my stay. *Tip: Try the Muse hotel roof top bar if rains — it's very nice in the great Gatsby style. The hotel has a complementary tuktuk ride and flower arrangement class which I participated. A lovely lady showed me and my friend three different types of folding lotus flowers. Their spa is amazing — best one I had in Bangkok. You get a small discount if you're hotel guest. Overall, really enjoyed my stay at the Banyan tree, and I will be coming back to this hotel when in Bangkok.

Service is just outstanding, typical for Banyan Tree. Staff is very friendly, the suites are beautiful and the location is good to reach every place in Bangkok by a waiting taxi. View from the top is amazing. Make sure you book an executive room because of the many amenities you have then.

Mon bar was great… awesome views of the city. Only down side was very crowded and expensive but worth going for one drink.

They offer a free coupon for their famous skybar which is a huge plus. Room is alright, quite spacious but nothing too special. Breakfast is just fine. Location also isn't the best, it requires a 10-min walk from MRT station. There can be better options with this price.

Really nice hotel. All the stage are very nice. The girls that make the room, that every night bring us a present, the SukNoon pool masseuse and the Moi Thai trainer Lucky Winner.

They couldn't do more for us. Great airport transfers, complimentary massages when at the pool on the 21st floor, free beer and afternoon tea everyday. Excellent bar, Vertigo, on the roof (61st floor). What a place!

The hotel took care of the guests well. Look after me and my family. Guest service is remarkable while the facilities are well thought for convenience of the guest and well maintained. Loved the wellness theme and gifts by hotel.

Just a word; Extraordinary!

(location on Google Map is incorrect as of June 2014) + excellent service (counter, bell hop) complimentary shuttle to train station, Chatuchat at specific times big rooms but weird layouts excellent view from rooms on high floor - not much to do around far from train station rooms could be better maintained.

NOTE: Google map shows 2 Banyan Tree locations A and B. B is the correct one, A is a vacant lot. Had dinner on the rooftop restaurant in Jan 2014. Average food at best — for the price. There were plenty of waitering staff walking around but very slow service. Nice view though, would just go up for a drink next time.

Beautiful, in every sense of the term. The service is impressive, adorable and attentive in every detail. Every corner of this hotel are worked and leave room for negligence — yet it is huge, 60 floors of perfection. The Spa therapists will be enough to make you regret the country, and the restaurants located on several floors are all worth a visit, not for the view they offer on all Bangkok. The Hotel is very well placed in the city with quick access to shopping, partying and visiting historical sites. For those who want to test a very nice hotel Thai in Bangkok same a bit expensive (and not so much in the background) — choose without hesitation that l.

An excellent restaurant! Kind of just causes a shiver is high! Dishes tasty and hearty cheeses on top! Prices for dishes from 1500 baht. Beer from 300 baht and cocktails from 350 baht. The main thing to bear in mind that takes a percentage service charge! Recommend.
