We had an absolutely fabulous few days at the Eastin. We can’t recommend it enough! The staff were incredible, the food brilliant, the rooftop bar and pool had such a nice vibe.

What an amazing place to stay. Staff were friendly and so helpful. If you ever in Bangkok this is the place to stay. Bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Breakfast was amazing. Its FIVE STARS for me.

Gorgeous hotel with extraordinary pool, staff and breakfast. We stayed here for three nights and we loved every aspect of it. Love the fact that it has a direct connection to the BTS skytrain, and it is a station away from the boat taxi pier. Oh, and the pretty room and the views!

Great place to discover Bangkok. Hotel has all you need for relaxing and refreshing from a day trip. Perfect connectivity to train, boat and others. Lots of shops and street markets in walking distance. Always friendly staff. Highlight for sure the infinity pool on 14th floor with bar and restaurant. Minor issue could be waiting time at elevators as there are no stairs for regular use (only as fire exit).

Great hotel. The service was excellent and the amenities were immaculate. I loved the international buffet breakfast at the restaurant on level 5. This hotel is directly next to the BRT so it is easy to get back to the hotel to rest your feet. The gym is well equipped and the pool looks amazing.

Very wonderful hotel. All the staff are well-trained, trying to help in everything. All smiles! There is a slight lack of cleaning (divorces on tables, dust in hard-to-reach corners), but it is such nonsense! You walk into a hotel and you're greeted with happiness on your face! Feed for breakfast well. Pickles do not spoil, but there is nothing to complain about. Both overseas cheese and thermostat yoghurts and eggs are cooked differently. The pastry is delicious. Shev the chef bow.
I only swam in the pool once, but I was pretty happy with it. A damp mattress on a sunbed is a negative, but no one promised to change mattresses after everyone. But at the entrance to the pool are large towels that you can take and adjust to yourself. I was in the pool and noticed the calmness of others. Many were with alcohol in glasses, but no one was buoyant, which is fine.
In short, I have only the best emotions from this hotel, and we left this morning from it.

Chinese restaurant, buffet restaurant with plenty of seafood, Western restaurant, there is everything. Large choice for breakfast. I will pick up this hotel for my next stay in Bangkok! I highly recommend!

Very bad experience within this establishment. We were three friends and wanted to enjoy the rooftop and the pool. Arriving at the reception, a staff member tells us in a very professional and correct English that there is no rooftop or swimming pool, and that the hotel's pool is located in the hotel's premises across the road. We had a stroll because it was obviously a false information. We tried by ourselves to access the pool area of the hotel. When we got there, we ordered refreshments and lunch. Even when consuming cocktails not necessarily good but expensive, it is impossible for people who are not part of the hotel's clientele to bathe in the pool. We complained about the reception of the Concierge and this situation to the Manager, who was shocked by the attitude of the Concierge and sorry for not being able to welcome us in the pool. No action was taken in our respects as a result of what had happened. So we confronted the janitor with his lie when we left. The latter played on the words and sought more embarrassed to answer us rather than apologize.
So don't waste your time, it's not in this place that you will enjoy a setting and a pleasant time.

Great hotel, right at Skytrain. Very nice pool on the 6th floor. Yet it also comes at a cost.

I was staying at this hotel in 2013 and five years later I came back to check that it is still a marvel. The value for money is ten, I don't think for this price you can have something better in Bangkok. The service as expected in Thailand, very correct and polite. The breakfast is very complete, from dim sum, Min Pao, noodle soup, tortilla, sushi, fruit, various types of rice… passing by the typical continental breakfast dishes. It has a BTS stop that leads directly to the hotel (Surasak), and is only a one stop from the port to catch the boats that climb up the river. In the hotel there is a pretty good Chinese restaurant. Next door is the Blue Elephant restaurant, a classic Thai food, and close to very good spas like Infinity Spa. Also noteworthy is the infinity pool on the 14th floor, along with the happy Hour from 17 to 7pm (half price).

Nice hotel but I enjoyed my stay at the lit hotel more and lit is only 4 stars, this is 5 stars. Room was clean, comfortable, no bum gun on the toilet though. I have to say it is a feature I really enjoyed about all the previous hotels I stayed in. And without going into too much detail here if you have any adverse reactions to street food (like me) you will appreciate a bum gun on your hotel toilet. The room was average size, similar to what premier inn back in the UK offer. Swimming pool is nice, very beautiful view over bangkok since the pool is outdoors and 14 floors up, they call it the "infinity pool".

We would not have been able to make a better choice when choosing our Bangkok Hotel. The booking took place 3-4 weeks in advance and we paid for a double room including breakfast about 90, — € per night.
The hotel is ideally located directly on a Skytrain station and only one stop away is the pier, from which you can reach almost all noteworthy sights.
Disadvantage: in the evening hours the street in front of the hotel is a single traffic Jam. This makes it difficult, for example, to come to the hotel by taxi or TukTuk or to get away from the Hotel. This should be taken into account in time planning, for example, if you want to reach the train or the PLANE. The travel dates in Google Maps are not very reliable.
The service and the hotel itself do not have to say Much: great hotel, First class service, perfect pool with view to the Lebua tower and a breakfast buffet that has left nothing to be desired.
On the day of checkout my girlfriend was not so good and we could easily stay at 4h longer in the room at no extra cost. So my girlfriend could rest a bit and we have recovered in the evening hours our journey can take off. A great and hassle-free oncoming staff that is not self-evident.
We would definitely stay here Again.

A hotel that had been recommended to me and I was not disappointed.
The lobby is grandiose, the rooms are accessible by lifts. It is obligatory to have his card to access his room.
The map is not necessary for the 3rd floor (restaurant and access to BTS Skytrain) and the 14th (gym, swimming pool, restaurant).
The room is spacious. I loved the King size bed and the beautiful bathroom with its large shower.
The highlight of this room is this beautiful Bay window with this breathtaking view of the city of Bangkok.
It was a short stay of 2 days and the rain of Bangkok allowed us to enjoy the little pleasures of this hotel!
A note all the same on the swimming pool: beautiful and fresh for the hot days of the capital. A swimming pool overflowed the city. It is a shame that an imposing building ruins the view of the pool.
Please note that this is a non-smoking hotel.

Great hotel, Super Pool direct transfer to Skytrain and only 10 minutes walk to Sathorn Pier.
Mini Bar surprisingly Inexpensive.

So far very much enjoyed our stay here. We arrived early in the morning and though check in was only at 14:00 we were able to use the pool and they had the room ready by 12:00. The hotel was on the expansive side for us as we're mostly backpacking around Asia but it was a very welcome treat to spoil ourselves with. The pool is nice. We haven't had breakfast yet but we went to The Glass House restaurant for lunch and had a delicious veggie burger thing. The only down side is that the shower head isn't big enough for two people to shower simultaneously.

Fantastic place where I found myself as if I were in my house, absolutely all the staff very friendly and attentive, always looking out for your needs and with a wide smile on your face. The kitchen very good too. It has a wonderful swimming pool where you can relax after an intense day.

Very good hotel. Value for money is also very fine. The pool overlooking the city is also highly recommended. Very good drinks menu with even different wheat beers. You don't really need it in Thailand, but it's a nice change from the Chang beer! The cocktails and long drinks, as well as the beers, are extremely cheap, especially at happy hour by the pool!
We really liked it! We will certainly open again at the next Bangkok stopover there!

Bedroom quality pretty much as expected and the Executive lounge was excellent. The lounge offered early evening snacks and an open bar for about 2 hours. Also, breakfast is also served in the lounge, including an egg/omelette station. There is also an excellent outdoor pool and bar which is open until about 9PM. Metro station right outside the hotel gives a quick connection to the shopping at Siam and further afield. Overall a most enjoyable stay.

Beautiful hotel with a view of the city. Access to the BTS is done directly via the hotel. The rooms are cared for in every detail. The staff are helpful and attentive. A great experience!

A true 5* hotel, service was impeccable and consistent. The hotel room was exquisite and the view was great. We frequented the hotel pool in the evening which was surreal and stunning — well worth a visit. One other great thing about this hotel is that it has a bridge link from the hotel to the sky train, so very handy. It is also next door to a very good restaurant and cookery school. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Location was fantastic. Direct access to the train made our daily trips so convenient. Also feels really safe coming off the train past 11pm and having to walk directly into the hotel. Room was modern and room. Room service was quick and efficient. Pool was always too busy so we never tried it out. View is amazing from the room. We were on the 18th floor. Check in and check out was a seamless process. They were quick to get us a taxi to go to the airport as well. Friendly staff that spoke fluent English. I highly recommend this hotel to foreigners looking to explore Bangkok.

Could not imagine a better hotel for the start of the holiday or Graduation. Everything is just right here. Great is the direct access to the skytrain, the pool is a feast for the eyes and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.

Here for a week. Enjoying our room on the 31st floor. Top place in every sense: friendly, warm and very professional service, attention to detail, location (floor 3 straight to the Sky train station), quality and variety of food at the exec lounge, pool, cleanliness and comfort of room, great turn down service, great atmosphere… Highly recommended! Would suggest perhaps adding sparkling wine/cava or prosecco to lounge drinks list would add to the evening sundowner experience.

Nice hotel. I stayed overnight only, staff were courteous and helpful and spoke reasonably good English. Location is good as next to the BTS. My only concern was the taxi I took early this morning, my understanding was that it was a metered taxi, having then driven out the driveway, the taxi driver wanted a non metered fare of 600 baht. I told him normal metered is probably only 400 baht. He said because at the airport he could not pick up another passenger and would have to come back into Bangkok hence he wanted 600. As a patron of your hotel, please make sure that in the future, the taxi drivers at the hotel go on a meter fare. It is unfair for the passenger to go through ordeal at 4am in the morning with a 7am flight.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2017 and we had a wonderful experience. Beautiful hotel and very grand lobby that smelt amazing! Really impressed with the service and the lovely infinity pool. The staff were polite and welcoming upon our arrival and rooms were very clean. The breakfast buffet was large and varied. We woke up late on one of days and missed breakfast, but staff were more than willing to provide us with breakfast which was really nice of them. Would definately come back and highly recommend. Location is perfect, as the hotel has connection with sky train station. Thank you Eastin Grand hotel for the memorable experience!

The hotel is just gorgeous! I think he is the best, well or one of the best in Bangkok! The staff is smelled friendly. It's like a good 5. Great breakfast. European cuisine. Thai, Chinese, etc. Choice well very big. And everything is delicious. There is a pool no longer remember on which floor. But the view is chic! There is dinner from 17 30 to 18 30 if memory does not change. Eating snacks. Drink drinks. Still very tasty. Red Fish, sushi. There was caviar. Nice hotel. Worth the money!

Really nice hotel. We stayed 3 nights before leaving for Phuket. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is right by a sky train station which is perfect if that's how you choose to get around. They can exchange your currency in the hotel but you can get a better rate on the street. The area is very walkable.

I stayed at Eastin for 4 nights during my holiday in Bangkok with my wife. The hotel is just awesome: the room (we booked a Sky superior room, floor 29, totally worth it) is very big and clean. The hotel has 3 restaurants, providing different kitchen from the world. The pool is very nice, located at the 14 floor, it gives you an outstanding view on the surroundings. The hotel has a direct connection to the BTS which is a plus if you are going to use the public transportation (and you definitely want to). Absolutely recommended.

Good hotel, its infinity pool is the best along with the attention of the staff. They have happy hour at the pool bar which makes it fuller at that time. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Cheap price in relation to Spain but the area where it is located is so modern that it seems that you are not in Bangkok. It has a link to the sky train and provides you with a taxi at the hotel gates.

Simply Perfect, fast on the subway (separate entrance). Breakfast was just great, I miss my breakfast soup with glass noodles and the pancakes with syrup. The rooms were always clean and the service was withholding friendly.
UH, the best but also the best burger in the city, has it at the pool bar. The mango salad and delicious dessert (with a sharp surprise) was simply an experience.

At the 14th on 33 floors is the swimming pool of type infinitypool that overlooks the city. Excellent restaurant at 14th open until midnight and run by an Italian chef, very nice even during the aperitif, with excellent music drinks; I also managed to eat a pizza very similar to the Italian.

I'm not one to to leave reviews usually but wow, this place is amazing. This is honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Every single member of staff greeted you and everyone is very friendly. We booked a sky room but on arrival they said they had upgraded our room free of charge which was great. Our room was massive and everything was so modern and clean. You cannot say enough about this place, our only regret is we only stayed for three nights. Definitely one to go back to, thanks Eastin for the fantastic visit.

Easily one of the best hotels we stayed in in the past two years. Had a room on one of the executive floors and therefore had access to the complementary executive lounge, offering quiet breakfast, free drinks and coffee all day long and even dinner with complementary cocktails, beer and spirits. Great value! The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, the rooms very spacious with an amazing bathroom and a large window front. Highly recommended.

This hotel has a lot going for it, its modern, clean and cozy. Location is fine as its next to a metro and a few stops from the river for the river transport options. there is an outdoor swimming pool high up and the view is pretty awesome! the swimming pool area also serves drinks and snacks. the restaurant has good options and food is pretty good. if you take the deluxe option on the rooms you have access to the restaurant at the top where they serve unlimited food n drinks for certain hours. staff are friendly and helpful. when visiting attractions in Bangkok don't be fooled by hawkers saying the attraction is closed etc. Its a con to get you to visit various shops where they get commission.

Even if the hall and the entrance are a little bit old fashioned, the remaining part of the hotel is really nice to see and stay. Swimming pool is at 14th floor with a cool view rooms have modern furniture and are big. Great bathroom with a huge shower. Italian restaurant at the swimming pool floor is really good even if dishes are not so big. Restaurant at 5th floor is international with average quality. Breakfast has international food but not a really big choice in sweet cookies and so on (important for an Italian guy…). Definitely useful the link with the sky train station. Also position is not far away from temples and marts.

5 star hotel located in the South of Bangkok. A gateway gives you direct access to the BTS (skytrain) station. Beware, the morning at breakfast, a queue can be created given the size of the hotel and the number of customers. Tip If you prefer quiet, take a room with access to the Executive lounge…

We chose this hotel for the infinity pool view which we thought was excellent. The room was satisfying especially that they kindly gave us a high floor room. Breakfast buffet had everything from American, Japanese and Thai food. The hotel is next to a BTS station which pretty much will take you to all the shops and malls you'd like to go to.

Convenient access to surasak station. Nice, clean rooms. Good Wi-Fi. We could stay at the pool floor waiting for our late flight, have shower and free Wi-Fi even though we already checked out.

A very nice Hotel, good location with direct SkytrainStadion as well as a free Ticket. The pool area is super and the Breakfast, as well as the Coktails in the evening by friendly staff serves would always Eastin book.

Very nice Hotel, which offers everything the heart desires! My heart was beating particularly high when Swimming in the Pool in 14. Floor with an incredible view! Unfortunately the internal Restaurants are very expensive in relation to the quality of the food, so one star deduction. But otherwise Top!

Good hotel. Very conveniently located, with direct access to the Ⓜ trains. The dim sum on the third floor is amasing. Very nice breakfast buffet. The pool and gym where used diligently and where nicely located on the 14. Floor. I'd go back for a second stay.

Very nice hotel with direct entrance from skytrain. The breakfast is superb. A nice gym available at the pool area. The pool is good enough but rather small. I can recommend this hotel.

The place is suitable for lovers of the palaces since there are 31 or 33 storeys now can not remember the more a I from the sea is nice although a little cold chilly for those like me. The Hall is air conditioned in Bale and beastly cold as well as every time you return to your room from the city because the lights again, obviously just give and twenty minutes back all you want. The best thing is the breakfast where you can find anything and everything is good.

Excellent Hotel, I would give 10 stars if I could! The stuff is attentive and way beyond professional. We've had to change our booking due to an unforeseen circumstance and they have been fast and understanding. Their customer service is beyond regular levels, so I will definitely book this hotel again.

Excellent hotel. Excellent service, beautiful infinity pool on the 14th floor. Well equipped gym with city view, but a couple of the treadmill screens were broken. Has 3 restaurants — we only ate at Lucce, the Italian restaurant by the pool — reasonably priced and good pizza and pasta (many meals under 400 baht and well sized). Buffet breakfast is fantastic with Thai, Western and Japanese options — they even have a pancake machine! Happy hour in the lobby from 5-7:30 pm, half price cocktails (normal price is 280 baht). We stayed in a standard room on the 26th floor and the view was great. I'd come here again.

Prices within extreme: foot massage 900 baht (300 everywhere), soda water in the mini-bar 50 (seven èllevene 9 Batt) bun 70-100 Baht. Laundry expensive. Within walking distance is almost nothing.

Great new Hotel with a wonderful Infinity-Pool on the 14th floor. We stayed there one week for our honeymoons and were 100% satisfied.

Super hotel. Lying just in the big comfy bed. Very clean and all extremely friendly. Hotel is perfectly located with direct access to the "sky train" and only few meters to feet, or a station using the "sky train" to the Brown River. The 14 floor pool is a dream. Exterior overlooking the city. Like to come back.

This hotel is highly recommended! Very clean, very friendly staff, directly to the skytrain and very good breakfast! There are in the whole House fast Internet and a very nice clean pool area. Anyone who spends a few nights in Bangkok is very right in here.

Location is excellent. Connected directly to the BTS Surasak via a bridge. Perfectly override the busy and congested Sathorn area. Clean, new, comfortable and helpful staffs. Gym is good. Had breakfast for two mornings and that was awesome with splendid black coffee.

Great hotel, more than happy to have stayed here. Perfect location, directly connected to Skytrain, very easy to get into the busier areas. The hotel is outstanding and the service superb, amazing for the price we paid. Nice infinity pool area on 14th floor. Paid for an upgrade to executive floor so could avoid the crowds at breakfast. Worth the extra cost (there's also complimentary tea and coffee all day and cocktails in the evening but we missed those unfortunately). Highly recommend this hotel, especially for those looking for a few nights of extra comfort at a really low cost.

We stayed at this hotel in October. We couldn't have chosen a better place. The staff were fantastic, and nothing was too much for them. We felt really special. The pool is magic with little pods to lie in. Its on the 14th floor overlooking the city. Wow. Breakfast was included, and was amazing, and slightly different everyday. The Motel is beautiful and new. We would definitely stay again if we get the chance.
