-He asks for a deposit on arrival (as we were at the end of our stay Bah we was a little annoyed! ) And so to say the sureties concerned the linen available (towels, bathrobe and slippers) we stayed 15 days in Thailand and made 3 different hotels and this is the only one has asked us for a deposit yet the others was better!
— the hotel is not transparent enough! especially regarding the mini bar in the room. There was a word in the room saying that if we took the slippers where shower robe one would be charged by cons yhad written nothing for the mini bar,. Yhad some soda, bottles of water and peanuts in the fridge so we used to think it was free but at the time of departure we announce the Bill, so we try to understand by saying that we were not warned that it was paying that it is not logical to put a word about the linen but nothing for the mini bar, and there the staff began to be very rude to us, he did not make us our bail and the Bill was 3 times less than the sureties he made us badly the currency, threatened to call the police. He cancelled the taxi reservation we had made to get to the airport, made us lose 1h of our time, in the end it is limit if we were not put out… In addition to all that they allowed themselves to fuck our face in Thai and laugh at us! I find it unacceptable for professionals.
So I would not recommend this hotel.
You might think that it makes sense to pay for things that have been consumed and I agree with that but it is for the principle, paid things must be signed to avoid unpleasant surprises. And we count on paying the Bill it's just that we wanted to understand why they put a note for the slippers and bathrobe and no word for the mini bar. In short do not go there. They are not professional!
