Great location and spacious room. Very clean and quiet. Suitable for family and friends gathering.

The hotel has its best of services. The rooms are cozy and equipped with various outlets. I like how seperative the bathroom is but still clean. Ventilation is well-defined and the staffs are very welcoming and accommodating considering that they are Filipinas/os.

Twin rooms don't have windows and stink of mould.
My room was listed as having a window without a view. This was not the case. The used the opportunity to upset me a more expensive room and then lied in their reply to my Tripadvisor review.

The room is very clean. The staff are quite helpful and friendly. Very near to talad neon. The beds are very large. Overall, we’re very satisfied. HOWEVER, this area has few to no halal restaurant. But, there are still a few stalls at talad neon.

Nice place to stay. With well English speaking receptionist. Near to Talad Neon night Market, big C, pratunam market, platinum, paladium, and central world.

Nice hostel, with a clean room. But they dont have dispenser and microwave. And the Wi-Fi on and off every 5min.

Nice and friendly staff. Weird room policy that blanket is super thin and short, 50 bath for upgrade. Also, towels are not changed during 4 days. 50 bath for each change.

First place I stayed in Thailand. Very friendly staff, and they were very helpful Will definitely stay again Perfect for couples or groups of friends travelling It is in a safe industrial area (coming from a south africaner it sounds like a paradox) . We drank and make a huge noise outside the hotel, we could use their Wi-Fi and we had no complaints I give my approval (y)

I like this hostel. It's inexpensive. It's located near the MRT going to the airport. Its owned by a Filipino so the service is almost outstanding. They also offer tour packages in and around Thailand. What I like best is that this hostel is very near night markets and food park.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel last week. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, though breakfast food can be improved. The hotel receptionists are mostly Filipino who are very accommodating, patient, and kind in giving directions and suggesting places to visit. If I will go back to BKK, I would definitely choose to stay in this place again :)

Nice hostel too stay… near to the Pratunam Market, Talad Neon, Pratunam Mall and place which the staff are really nice.

Great deal for backpack tourists. Offered much more than what you pay for. Wifi was quick which you don't see on much of Thailand, and cleanliness of the compound was great. Close to hypermalls and convenience stores, this place is a 10 star for tourists backpackers.

Really clean, perfect four bunk room for our family, modern clean bathrooms and very friendly and helpful staff. It makes your stay happy when all the staff smile and say hello. This includes reception staff, breakfast staff, cleaners and even the night security.

I love the idea of bunk beds and the employees were very nice and they're Filipinos! ❤ next time though i'd like a private bathroom. I would recommend this place for people who wants to shop coz Fashion Mall, Siam Paragon and the leading malls are close by.

Great experience! Last minute decision to stay here but we are glad we did. Super friendly staff and the Chef was awesome. There were 2 men named John who were very nice and helpful at the front desk. All around great place.

Our 4days n 3nights stay was really very pleasant, memorable and unforgettable. The location was really good coz its near the Neon Night Market, easy access to all kinds of transportations. Train, trike called Tuktuk, taxis. Big n small cars and vans. Walking distance to all big malls and supermarkets.
Front desk reception staffs are very polite, respectful, accomodating with ready smile on their faces all the time. They are very helpful in giving instructions regarding places you want to visit. Offering nice tourist spots to see and experience inorder to make your short stay in Bangkok very memorable and unforgettable. The 2 big rooms we occupied with 2 double deck bed in each room are very spacious thou it is more convenient if the bathroom is inside the room. But anyway the common bathroom which is for ladies and men separately are cleaned and maintained. The housekeeping sees to it that towels are changed everyday as well as the bedsheets with new bottled water ready. Overall. The hotel is recommendable. Thank you Metro Pratunam Boutique Hotel.

Comfy bed, functioning facilities (hot water shower, water bidet, A/C, keycard access to rooms, elevator) and a very clean shared bathroom, it's hard to believe that I am staying in a dorm since the room is so spotless and spacious (cleaners will help tidy your room everyday) There's a shared table (for those who want to work or send out an email) and a couple of chairs in the room and on top of it, complimentary mineral water for you to enjoy during your stay. Just remember that some house rules apply (no smoking, eating strong smelling food in the room) Location wise, it's a bit of a walk from the nearest BTS (Chitlom) but closeby to Platinum Fashion mall, Palladium IT Mall, Pratunam market, Talad Neon night market, CentralWorld, and some of the best chicken rice you can find in the whole of Bangkok. Staff is helpful and accommodating, if there's anything that you are concerned about, don't be afraid to ask them. Whether you are a flashpacker or someone who's looking for a fairly priced place to stay for work (I am on a work trip), you can't go wrong with choosing Metro Pratunam.

I and my Friends visited Bangkok Last week and I chose Metro Pratunam Boutique Hotel as our Hotel.
Upon Entering the Lobby, I saw the "Smile" that followed by a warmth welcome from the receptionist. If I'm not Mistaken, the name of the receptionist is "Des" or "Desi".
She was very accommodating. She answered all my inquiries and she is very professional.
Staffs of this Hotel had the willingness to Serve every Guest. They are all easy to get along with. From my experienced, They will provide their best when it comes to customer service.
Talking about the rooms, They are all satisfactory. Rooms are well cleaned and I can still smell the fragrance of it.
We were very Satisfied with the Service and We are actually planning to go back there Next year.
This Hotel deserves a 5 star rate.

I've never felt so well rested and relaxed before. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's quiet and the temperature can be adjusted to your wanting. I suggest that there would be complimentary water instead of the costumer paying for it. The Bathroom is really clean and has the usuals — — cold and hot shower but no tub, toilet, very nice sink. Their toiletries are very organized. No free tooth brush nor toothpaste. The shampoo and liquid soap is placed in a small despenser-like container glued to the wall near the switch of the shower. The bed is simply comfy with a nearby lamp and a socket if you want to charge. The TV is small but can play flash drive or external hard drive devices. There is a small refrigerator as well. The window view is not really that amazing because of the building. The hallway towards the room is kinda hot for a tired traveller. The lobby is welcoming. And the staff are really good english speakers as well. They are polite and really service-oriented. The food in their restaurant is satisfying. There is a free breakfast meal where you can choose between oriental or america. Oriental being a bowl of soup with rice and seafood. American has toast, jam, ham and egg. You can choose between milk tea, coffee, and juice. All in all… It is a wonderful experience. Do I recommend it? Yes, if you dont stay in the hotel too much, then it would be a great place to crash for the night. But if you just want to stay in the hotel.

All the staffs are excellent, friendly, full of smiles. Highly recommend this hotel for service, great staff. Great location in central Bangkok, conveniently located for the sky train, shopping malls and restaurants. Stayed here for 6 nights. Breakfast are western style and oriental style, both are very good and rooms were comfortable.

The hotel is new, very clean and easy access to shopping area around Pratunam. The hotel staffs are nice and helpful too.
