The hotel was situated in a lovely setting right on the slopes of Mount Meru with great views all the way out to Kili. The location was excellent! Service particularly from the waiters and kitchen could have been much better. It was often slow and uncoordinated. The food was great though.
I had the greatest experience staying there!. The fee was very affordable and the he staff were very welcoming and efficient. It was really nice waking up to the view of the mountains, very relaxing (exactly what I needed). Honestly speaking I loved staying there and would recommend others to try it out.

Even though our stay was short it was wonderful. We only stayed for 1 day before going on safari. We wish we could have stayed longer. We utilized airport pickup from the hotel and Victor was great! When we arrived at the hotel the staff were waiting outside for us, even though our flight was delayed for over an hour. They greeted us with fresh watermelon juice and hot towels, which was so nice after traveling for 22 hours. Check in was quick and the staff were so helpful!. Communication was wonderful prior to arrival and I'd been chatting with Stephania to arrange for birthday decorations in my friends room. They did a phenomenal job and we were all so surprised! Balloons and flowers and they all sang happy birthday to my friends as well. They upgraded both rooms, which were wonderful. Before we went to bed after our long journey, Stephania told us that the view from the roof at sunrise was beautiful! The sounds and sites were undesirable. We were able to Kilimanjaro. What a wonderful way to start the day. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were wonderful. Winnie was just so great and friendly. We only wish we could have stayed longer and checkout was a breeze. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you so much Stephania and Winnie!
