Went there with 6 people (4 adults and 2 kids) for two nights, two rooms. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was delicious and generous. Service was attentive. Can get a bit noisy if people who walk around outside the room talk a lot, luckily no one was going in and out during night time so it was quiet. You can hear the mosque in the morning but that's everywhere in Tanzania. If not the mosque, then it would be the roosters. Price was very good compared to what you get. Hot showers, AC, toiletries, etc. Keep up the good work!

Breakfast compared to other accommodations more expensive and NOT better. Rooms wer OK. AC was good. No sun beds at the pool. I did not feel at home at this hotel. Staff was good.

A beautifull place with well manicured flowers that welcomes its guests as you approach the main door. Thereafter as you checkin you experience the customer service. Justine and Josephat go beyond their normal call of duty to ensure you are comfortable and settled in. At tbe restaurant, Shabaan and Julius will amaze you with the meals on offer cooked to perfectìon The swimming pool is also great. Tulia is a great place to be, wished it be my home.

Nice hotel with modern decor. Rooms are ok, bed is too soft for me. AC in all rooms. Food is not the best and bit pricy. Service takes long. Good place for budget travel.

Awesome tranquility, amazing swimming pool and super cool breeze!

This a budget hotel with good service and reasonably good rooms. We stayed here 2 nights during our recent visit to Arusha. The food is overpriced, but the service is good. They have free Wi-Fi, a decent restaurant and a quiet room. The location is not great, about 200m from the Nairobi highway, the approach pathway is an unpaved street. It didn't matter much to us because we headed out to the national park for the most part of the day. If you are looking for a good room in Arusha and don't care for the neighborhood of the hotel, I'd definitely recommend this.
