Customer service poor.
Rooms pest.

Overall the hotel is overrated with poor services.
Do not go to this hotel. Travellers beware. The website is a complete fraud. The rooms were dirty, the bedspreads stained and torn, the bathroom rusted, broken and moldy with no amenities, electrical wires hanging in the bathroom, a broken fall-out-of-the-wall rusted safe, scurrying critter in the night, lock on door not fully functional, employees sleeping in lobby, terrible food and poor service. And to top it off this morning we were awoken just after 5 am by a man with a key trying to break into our room — 3 times! Not clean, not safe, not comfortable. The website is a complete lie and the experience was beyond terrible.

The hotel is well decorated but not much works, classic. You can hear the beer that the next door neighbor keeps every morning at 5 am, that's nice, who likes it :)
