The place was beautiful. Right down town Arusha! We were greeted right away. And the hospitality was amazing, from them carrying our lounge for us to the morning breakfast.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Arusha Annex-Acres Hotel, formerly known as Lush Garden Annex Hotels, and I must say, the transformation is nothing short of impressive! While the hotel has retained its charm and welcoming atmosphere from its days as Lush Garden Annex Hotels, the enhancements and upgrades under the new brand have taken the experience to a whole new level.
Working with the hotel to to better it's digital presence and setting up the hotel pms, I booked with the hotel and from the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly professional and accommodating, offering the same warmth that made Lush Garden Annex Hotels such a beloved place. The rooms have been elegantly updated, blending modern amenities with the classic comfort that regular guests of Lush Garden have come to expect. The attention to detail in the design, along with improved facilities, demonstrates a clear commitment to providing an elevated guest experience.
What stood out to me the most is how Arusha Annex-Acres Hotel has managed to honor its roots as Lush Garden Annex, all while moving forward with new innovations.
