Rooms: (2/5) the rooms are very clean but are extremely dated. The rooms and bathrooms feature decor from a couple decades ago.

A wonderful place to stay. The owner and staff are very welcoming and may every effort to ensure you enjoy your stay.

Nice Hotel, very quiet and clean. We had a gekko in our room, we hope he survived and found his way out. Theres a weird smell in the lobby.

Super good hotel with great view of the mountains and direct view of the valley.
With a lot of luck you get to have views of white clouds over the mountains or clear view of the horizon.

This resort provides an excellent view of the mountain range. Got an upgrade for the room to one with balcony and the view was spectacular.

Nice botanical garden, you have to pay to see it, good cafétéria, if you're passing by, it's worth it to stop and have a look.

Great ambience. The resort is surrounded by floral & fauna. In room hot spring bath (hot & cold). Activities includes strawberry picking (chargeable). Convenience store at the entrance of the resort.

This resort is a very special place in the mountains. Everything is European styled and beautifully decorated and the service is really amazing! The staff even took us to the nearby 7-eleven by car.

I booked this hotel for a one-night stay, and while it offers a great location with easy access by boat (150 NTD per trip), there are a few areas that could be improved.

We’re glad that we chose this one. Staffs are very friendly. They have a balcony on the top floor that offers a great view of the lake.
Parking is not on site.

Rooms: no fridge avail, some spider webs in the corners. The beds come with a bed warmer. No elevators.

Very nice place. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff from front desk to management. My wife has a handicap and they did all they could to move us to a more accessible room.

Joined tour group to Taiwan. I must agree it's old hotel but the room I had was clean & decent.
