Sun Moon Lake is the prettiest when you stay in Grand Hilai. This comes from someone who grew up in Taiwan and had made countless trips here.

Really enjoyed our stay here, it is conveniently located right infront of the ita thao shopping district which has variety of local Taiwanese shops and cuisine.

Incredible views with wonderful, heartwarming service! My favorite was the rooftop lounge: Rita and Vanessa were absolutely delightful hostesses that made the stay extra welcoming!

Nice botanical garden, you have to pay to see it, good cafétéria, if you're passing by, it's worth it to stop and have a look.

Great ambience. The resort is surrounded by floral & fauna. In room hot spring bath (hot & cold). Activities includes strawberry picking (chargeable). Convenience store at the entrance of the resort.

It is a great resort with 5-star services. If you want hot water, always remember to open the taps in the bathtub first until the hot water comes out!

Im very happy about the 6 people room layout. It’s spacious, clean, hard wood floor, 3 queen size beds and good mattress!

I can tell the hotel was very grand during its heydays. It’s still beautiful, although rooms are a little dated now.

I want to praise their hotel night bar high quality performance by Filipinos. The pianist, the saxophone player, the singer are all good and professional.

This is one of the best stay you will find near Sun Moon Lake area! So affordable and best quality of a local villa you will find in the area.

The B&B has a badminton group, a swimming area, playing cards, fun equipment, and mahjong.
The rooms with each theme are also very cute!

Our family stayed in quad sharing unit facing the lake. View is great! Room is clean and well maintained. Internet speed is fast. Lots of shop around the hotel.

We stayed here two nights and a really nice hotel. Within walking distance of the lake and I loved the huge soaking tub.

An absolutely wonderful retreat to enjoy Sun Moon Lake overnight. The leisure centre was great and offered electric bikes for rent, as well as other entertainment for a quiet relaxing evening.
