We spent5/25-5/27, 2 nights 3 days with 2 meals daily in Grand Hilai Sun Moon Lake.
The staffs in all areas provided the most consistent and excellent service.

This is the best of the best for Sun Moon Lake. We booked a four night stay with breakfast and dinner. Service across the board is second to none. It starts from the moment you step onto the property.

Nice botanical garden, you have to pay to see it, good cafétéria, if you're passing by, it's worth it to stop and have a look.

Great ambience. The resort is surrounded by floral & fauna. In room hot spring bath (hot & cold). Activities includes strawberry picking (chargeable). Convenience store at the entrance of the resort.

It is a great resort with 5-star services. If you want hot water, always remember to open the taps in the bathtub first until the hot water comes out!

Im very happy about the 6 people room layout. It’s spacious, clean, hard wood floor, 3 queen size beds and good mattress!

I can tell the hotel was very grand during its heydays. It’s still beautiful, although rooms are a little dated now.

I want to praise their hotel night bar high quality performance by Filipinos. The pianist, the saxophone player, the singer are all good and professional.

The rooms with each theme are also very cute!

What a great experience! By far the best hotel in Taiwan including hotel boutiques and international chains. From environment, food, entertainment, service and all was just beyond expectations.

We arrived by bike, a very steep ride up the hill, but it was worth every meter. Phantastic location, ver, tranquil and peaceful, very nice and comfortable room, and super friendly hosts.

This is a great and peaceful place to stay near Jiji. The owners are very kind, and the breakfast is delicious.
