Service personnel attitude good, and out all have a cordial greeting, but the room cleaning is very bad (window wooden floor beside the window ditch the dust thick to the outrageous), the equipment is very old, the hotel buffet Breakfast is acceptable, two stars is all to the service personnel of attitude and professional.

Although the floor does not have a very good view, but the room is clean and tidy, out of the hotel is the main street, food is not a problem, on weekdays to have afternoon tea and cruise ships, very good!

Family 15 people stay, service full marks, tell the wedding 40 anniversary, intimate card, enthusiastic help to celebrate! Worth recommending.

It is great to stay here, the bathtub is round, the TV cabinet can change direction, the bath can watch TV at the same time, very relaxed.
The bed is not too soft, the breakfast is simple but enough. The service staff are very friendly and geographically convenient, located on the old Street.

Rooms have small ants, salad lettuce has been yellowish and oxidized, the food does not look fresh, not clean and eat the same. Managers should manage and improve well. The only thing to commend is the clean environment at the gate and the design of the Bali wind.

The room is quite and clean, but the shower room quite small. Breakfast is good with a lot of variations. We can enjoy the view of sun moon lake from the restaurant. The Internet connection was quite bad.

Breakfast fresh, supply to 10, but too late to eat, porridge only super clear rice, parking convenient in the opposite alley, there are nine and cable car tickets project. Live Blue month, can't find wardrobe. Luckily, there's not much on short trips.

A few years ago, friends took us to the Ida Shao Yinghan Resort dining, to its elegant environment, overlooking the lake landscape, leaving a good impression. The food is rich and delicious, the price is reasonable, especially the service cordial makes people feel at home.
Yesterday, with a few friends and couples to visit Yue, entertain on the nine floor dining, service, meal as ever. After the meal on the 10 floor to enjoy Yue scenery, and take us to B1 play room. Guests are satisfied that the owner has face and is willing to recommend it.

It feels good to live in a family room.
The kids like it, but the windows may have to be ventilated.
Otherwise, the frolic of the old street visitors will come up.

An ideal place for holidays.

This apparently luxurious hotel hides a dark secret. It is the ultimate of form over substance. The apparently nice rooms do not have individually controllable thermostats. This means you and every one else on your floor are at the mercy of the buildings default temperature. Which in my experience is around 78 degrees Fahrenheit. If you complain, the staff acts as though nothing is wrong but will eventually relent and let you have a Fan which does a great job of converting your room into a convection oven. The bathroom doesn't have any soap other than a very small facial soap. You are expected to shower with 2 very small packets of shower gel per room. The in-house restaurant is terrible and is among the most offensive hotel restaurant food I have ever experienced. If you can overlook these issues then the hotel is reasonably well located but it's certainly not worth what I paid for it based on my other hotel experiences in Taiwan and Asia in general. Consider this review your fair warning.

Beautiful hotel located 1 block from Sun Moon Lake. Restaurants, shops, open market, 7-11, family mart, etc… surrounds the hotel! Everything you need is all around you. Rooms are very nice.

There's a restaurant on the 9th floor that's not too bad.
