An easy walk into historic Bern. Very pleasant personnel.

Very friendly staff, no A/C, but room was pleasantly fresh. And quiet. Hotel is on a tramway line that goes right to the center, so quite practical. We were given a ticket for all Bern public transportation, valid during our whole stay. Highly recommended.

From the outside it doesn't look very nice but when you go in it's pure luxury. It is nice quiet and there are many food options nearby.

Beautiful hotel in Bern. The facilities of the rooms are good. Especially positive ly I was surprised by the presence of an electric plug F. The hotel no longer has a restaurant, but there is still a breakfast buffet. This is average but cheap. Another plus point is the free ticket for local transport.

Staff will go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. It's close to transportation and is in a quiet area on a back street.

Room was spacious and clean. New furnitures. Breakfast good but more choice would be wellcome. All in all it is an excellent hotel.

Location is very quiet and relaxing, while in a somewhat hip area. Tram stop with frequent connections to the city center is just one minute away on foot, and you get a free ticket for all public transport for the duration of your stay. Nice breakfast (only continental though). All in all, excellent value for money!

Exceptionally tastefully renovated house. The rooms are small but like everything in the house perfectly clean. On arrival we were introduced in the best possible way and provided with the exact required maps and a ticket for public transport (stops within 4 minutes on foot), together with tips that greatly enriched our visit to Bern. We had expected a certain noise in the middle of Bern, but we did not hear the smallest sound throughout the night. It was just absolutely quiet, so we thought to be the only guests. It was only during the very graciously offered rich morning food that we were amazed by numerous guests. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to stay at the Jardin again.

Hotel staff was friendly and guided us with the shortcuts of the city, that saved our travel time. Rooms were reasonable as per price paid, breakfast served was good. Overall a convenient place to stay with easy train connectivity from the main station.
