Small hotel very cute and modern. Very well located. Very clean. The breakfast was very good. 100% recommended.

Feel that the Swiss wealth is really saved by saving a point, but do not know door only for foreign tourists or the national tradition? French Community hotel facilities have been mini to wonderful, German-speaking is the challenge of thinking limit. Mini Room Mini Bed Mini toilet, even toiletries are also cartoon to make people laugh. Tall's German, childlike heart so, have you considered the feelings of obese people? How do you feel like you've checked into a kindergarten! Breakfast can eat very little food, the most hateful is that not many of the three kinds of fruit kiwifruit is very small, go late will not eat at all, and Apple is not only not fresh, unexpectedly four out of three are broken. Is it my luck too bad, or is it all at all? Imagine it …!

Really convenient location for me. Room is okay, breakfast was good, construction next door was an unwanted alarm clock as was the children heading to school. Yet not anything to do with hotel not it's staff which have been very accommodating. The no Air Conditioning is a challenge in the heat but I would be okay if my room was 50F or 10C degrees or even colder.

Small room but clean and good breakfast. 15 min walk to downtown and nice staff.

Super friendly staff, I did appreciate my stay. The rooms were okay, nothing too amazing but nothing bad either. Very nicely located easy to walk to town and some restaurants arounds. Public transport also directly nearby.

Small hotel in the middle of the city. Well suited for a visit.

This hotel's management doesn't care for its guests. One of the cleaning ladies broke my glasses during cleaning, but apparently hadn't noticed it. The hotel management refused to take responsibility for this during my stay, but instead advised me to write an e-mail about the matter. Despite several e-mails, I never received a response, let alone a compensation for the damage. This is not the way a self-respecting hotel should treat its guests…

Discreet hotel in the vicinity of the centre of Bern.
Room and bathroom small but extreme clean breakfast more than good value for money.

From the station to take tram No. 9th about 5 stops, the location is very convenient, the nearby environment is very quiet, in the morning from the hotel jogging through the Rose Garden, Riverside, botanical garden back about half an hour, very comfortable. Rooms are clean, comfortable and bright, the staff is very friendly, you can walk from the hotel to the old town to stroll, watch the light show at night, very good.

Location in Bern excellent tram links to the historic, particular emphasis must be friendliness, service, and especially the cleanliness.

Convenient location near public transit pickup and nearby restaurants. Upon arriving at Waldhorn, we were provided with a complimentary travel card that gave us free travel on public trans. You can easily hop on a tram and be in the heart of shopping or the train station in a matter of five or ten minutes.

Very clean. Very efficient. The room we had would barely fit a yoga mat but fortunately the beds roll easily. Doing yoga without the mat I found the carpets super clean with a pleasant neutral smell. (Thought I throw that in) Breakfast was a happy discovery. After reading reviews I may tend to agree that they do not refill bananas but everything else seems well tended. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Super easy connections to public transit. Sleeping with the window open we found the neighborhood quiet with a nearby clock discreetly marking the quarter hours. Nothing elaborate that would keep one awake. It is a good choice. We'd come back if we found ourselves here in the future. PS: USB charging ports in the room a nice feature for the techno-tied. No wall adapter needed! PSS: Neighborhood convenience / grocery store about 2.5 blocks away if you are shocked at restaurant prices in Bern.

Very friendly staff. Small but comfortable room. A walking distance from the Rose garden, and reachable transportation nearby. Lost a star for no air-conditioning!

Convenient location to walk to Rosengarten and a couple tram stops to the old town. Service and breakfast are great. The room was a little hot at night during the summer, but bed was comfortable.

A bit out of the Waldhorn hotel, however, is an excellent compromise.
Clean and sober rooms. Quiet area and city centre accessible in a few tram stations (the stop is 30 seconds walk from the hotel).

We have Mobility of tickets to the room for the use of public transport. Very great and very practical! Staff was polite.

Location in Bern with Tramanbindung in the old town is excellent, particularly to emphasize are the friendliness, Service, and above all the cleanliness. One is the guest trying very hard, Breakfast buffet is super. This Hotel is for the visit in Bern, very, very recommended.

The hotel was nice, confortable and clean. What was really good was the position, very near to public transportation and to the city center.

Well located. Compared to competitors of the neighbourhood too expensive. Have also Smoking rooms. For non-smokers, generally, are not necessarily recommended. Breakfast fine, but in the basement.

The hotel was really comfortable. We stayed only for one night, but the staff was nice. We had some problems with payment (not because of the hotel, it was simply our own mistake), but the staff was really understanding and patient. So, only good words for the staff and the main appearance. Only the breakfast room was a little old-fashioned.
