Amazing staff and amazing food! Love this place! ❤

Fantastic little hotel in St. Moritz — spotless rooms. Super comfy beds. Gorgeous hand carved doors on every room, two minute walk to the lake, five minute walk to Signalbahn for Corviglia-Piz Nair access, two minute walk to the amazing town pool complex (spa, five pools, water slides, restaurant) and the awesome summer playground behind it. Shops all around. Perfect location. Wonderful people. And, on top of all that, one of the best restaurants in St Moritz, if not THE best. Can not recommend it enough. You can spend three to ten times this in one of the super fancy hotels in the Dorf side of town but you won’t have a better time than you will have if you stay here. But what do I know? I’ve only been coming to St. Moritz for 45 years. (No other reviewer knows more about this town than I do, since the locals don’t leave reviews).

We were there for dinner and enjoyed a very good and charming service. The food was delicious! Thanks to the team we are happy to come back.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is great and they offer parking as well right in front of the hotel. We experienced friendly and excellent service.
And yeah, we can definitely recommend the restaurant as well.

The facilities are great. Many things are made of wood, so it feels romantic. The prices at the bar is fine. St. Moritz is fine.

Nice Hotel in traditional style, very kind staff and convenient and strategic location.

The service professional woman served us very unfriendly. Hospitality, one of the most basic features in the hospitality industry, left to be desired this evening. Also the service force not convinced us with their expertise. The cocktail and wine nothing customizable could be recommended. Also, we find that persistent justification discussions from service expert do not belong in a restaurant. In future, we will avoid this restaurant.
Only positive was the beautiful homely ambience.

Cosy atmosphere, good food. Unfortunately, our mood was marred by hostile operation. We assume that the staff was stressed out or bad mood this evening. Nevertheless you should not so obviously remember this and give no way to track the customer. Certain service rules were not observed according to our perception. For example, The wine was poured without asking all persons. The supernumerary, filled wine glass was then a wine drinkers with the phrase "then drink the halt later" portrayed. In addition, we think that include words like "huh" and "gäll" not to the vocabulary of a service expert.

Super cozy restaurant. Very pleasant ambience and the operation despite stress very friendly… Can I recommend. The price performance ratio is top.

I have been to this hotel and I highly recommend it. Warm, clean, friendly atmosphere. The restaurant is also well groomed, friendly staff. Breakfast simple and genuine. Nothing is missing. I really enjoyed it.

Great food and service, traditional Swiss & vegan options available when I visited in June :) vegan main & desert were both lovely.

A small charming secret. One of the nicest small hotels, if not the nicest, in st Moritz. Cozy and beautiful bedrooms. An excellent restaurant. This hotel is conveniently located in St. Moritz Bad a two minute walk to the lake, the spa and very close to the Signal lift. There are some very good shops and restaurants nearby if you do not take all your meals at the Hotel. We have stayed here many times and are always happy.
