The Indian curry tasted very good. Take Away offers 3 kitchens. It would be very nice if you were informed that it is not possible if from different kitchens the food orders to serve the food together and that it comes at a distance of 10-15 minutes. Just like today my father Thai it was first my mother and I Indian that came about 10-15 minutes later.

Prices are now adjusted to the place. However, you would expect much more care for the dishes. The dear is very wide, but maybe a little too much.
Although out of season on a cold evening we opted for the fondue. Unfortunately one of the two portions brought was definitely too liquid and not quite up to par. Someone took pizzoccheri with potatoes on the edge of raw.

For prices and for the place you would expect more quality and care. The staff still very friendly and helpful, but with little experience.

Very normal ski resorts. The Italian restaurant inside is delicious. Very cold area. Suitable for those who just want to go skiing.

A modern classic in St. Moritz and therefore very popular with both locals and tourists. They have been able to maintain excellent quality, and price/performance ratio for many years now. They have nice hotel rooms and several restaurants/bars, including the "famous" pizzeria. There's also an event hall. They have the best New Year's Eve party an ordinary person can afford in St. Moritz!

The interior was very nice and the service was fantastic! Could use a business center and some touching up on the exterior, but a great location near the lake and clean and comfortable rooms. I would stay again.

Staff prepared great cuisine and beautiful place the dishes are a delight both from the first and the unique dessert maybe the price but in St. Moritz you can not expect less.

Very nice hotel with view of the lake. Close to everything important in St. Moritz. Food and drinks are very good. We were here in the winter — simply enchanting in the Swiss mountains. From experience I can also recommend the Engadin super in the autumn — the forests look gorgeous. As everywhere in St. Moritz, prices are of course higher due to the remoteness. I will certainly come back again I liked it very much. Thank you for everything.

The hotel is a reasonable walk from the station if your luggage isn't too big. There are several restaurants offering a range of cuisine at the hotel, making a reservation is a good idea. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great range of options from healthy to fried. Staff speak a range of languages and are friendly and helpful.

Was a very cozy evening. Despite the mid season a great menu, fresh salad Buffet, very friendly service. Everything was tip top.

All the best! They are from Chiavenna and the sauna open to the public is fantastic! You are on the 4th floor and from there you can admire the lake of St. Moritz.

Considering the location of St Moritz, it is not unusual for the passes leading to it to be closed for the risk of avalanche. This is what has happened to me this Easter where all 3 passes closed on Friday evening and re-opened on Sunday morning. In particular coming from Milano the Maloja pass and the Bernina pass were the two passes that would have allowed me to get there. I Did call the hotel on a daily basis to let them know that I was waiting for the roads to open up and news on viability was being published online on regular basis.
I did request refund since the road did not open the entire weekend and the hotel denied any compensation. I would call this totally dishonest!

Not a bad hotel but the rooms are single very not big.

For star hotel standards. We had a big room. Breakfast and dinner are good. Nice spa. I don't know whether all hotels give out bracelets in a public spa pool. But we were given and it is very cool!

Very nice hotel with good breakfast, nice bar area and plenty of restaurants. Bus stop right outside brings you right to the slopes. The rooms are fine but can be noisy, you can sometimes hear noises from the floor above you or the room next to you. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Picturesque views from the SPA area, a couple of nice and cosy restaurants, good breakfast, close to the lifts, walking distance from the city centre. Rooms are cosy, but need a minor redecoration. Overall a pleasant experience :)

Great value for money. Since we were able to use the low season, there was ample space in all areas. The location, the restaurants and the sauna speak for themselves. The staff is always helpful, answered questions. In every situation we felt comfortable. We're guaranteed to come back.

Perfect stay! The hotel is rated as a 3 stars hotel, but I would easily give 4. The breakfast was delicious, many types of cheese, bread, croissants and tasty coffee. The hotel has 5 restaurants for dining. The parking is not enough if the hotel is fully booked. Take care if you park on the street. The police is vigilant and you can get a fine.

It is in St. Moritz, so whatever has the highest prices!
1/2 of wine are 30 euros, but they have an inviting buffet, we ate very well, with some very kind and very friendly staff!

Good hotel in a great location, everything is close and easy to reach. Fair prices. The rooms are not in the latest condition but OK.

We had a delightful stay ar Hotel Laudinella. It was snowing whilst we were there and the views from the hotel were lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delightful.

Great food and great service, not really a cheap restaurant but still less expensive as other places around St. Moritz.

Rooms are a bit sparse yet clean and comfortable. Power outlets in the room are difficult to find and those that aren’t are poorly placed so charging various electronics can be challenging.

Very nice place, cool staff, free pick up and drop off from railway station, high speed internet etc… and the best is 5-star breakfast buffet… anything and everything you need for breaking fast is there in a cozy atmosphere… Loved it!

Very good living experience with family here. They provide free pick up and drop off from the train station. Very cordial staff and are much helpful. This hotel provide highspeed internet free of charge. Most room has got a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. What is the actually mind blowing is the free (read as: included in your room rent) 5-star breakfast buffet… all American and Canadian breakfast places should come and learn from Europeans, how and what to provide continental breakfast for their guests. This is was of the bests we ever had!

Great view, very clean rooms, great location, decent kitchen, very nice staff.

We went there for vacation. It was very impressed by the hospitality services and catering was excellent. The Thai cuisine was very authentic and very delicious. Visit here do not miss the Thai and Asian food.

We were on a tour thay included the buffet dinner, which was really outstanding. Classic old alpine hotel outside city center. Rooms do not have air conditioning. Nive neighborhood. Very clean. Great breakfast.

The raclette was great and amazing value! Staff were prompt and discreet. Opening hours are excellent too.

The rooms are very comfortable, nice to come back to after a day of skiing. The food choice is excellent, the hotel has four or five restaurants itself with a range of different food so there will be something for everyone. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. A very enjoyable stay here!

Only use the lunch service to visit the surrounding places of a single day. High quality buffet service and great variety. Staff always present, attentive to the needs of the customer and quick service.

I found the staff very messy and rude, they screamed in the middle, the waiter spilled the prosecco on my friend and not even offered another new. (We also paid him even though he spilled it) a nightmare… The pizza was very good. Pity all the rest.

Very nice hotel in all aspects. Cordiality on arrival, clean room, ample and tidy, with car for the tea. The price is convenient to the level and location of the hotel which is 2 steps from the lake.

Dated hotel but has great food options.

This is a comfortable, clean and well maintained three star hotel. It's room is spacious for three persons to use. It is clean and well maintained. The washroom is clean, bright and new. Most helpful of them to have included a safe. The hotel arranges a pick up service for all her guests as It is located about 20min away from the train station. You'll be spoilt for choices as there are 6 restaurants to choose from. There is probably nothing else to do in St Moritz after 5.30pm as all the shops are closed for the day.

Good hotel, liked the raclette and also had the mama leone pizza in the caruso restaraunt in the basement. We had taken a family room which had two rooms each can sleep two and a spacious bathroom. Also loved the railway pickup and dropoff facility.

Fantastic food and a huge variety of different specialities/restaurants.

Great value for money. Convenient location for parking and lifts. Includes access to the beautiful public swimming pools in 5 minutes walk and a lovely spa on the top floor. There are also two restaurants and a good pizzeria.
