Traditional Art Nouveau hotel. Renovated but keep style. Very nice service at breakfast. Dinner at the sister hotel Laudinella.

Beautiful. Everything in St. Moritz especially he Hotel Reine Victoria. Transported us into an era long gone by.

Stayed in this hotel during group tour of Europe with Thomas Cook. Very Good Hotel located within walking distance from the St. Moritz lake. Rooms were clean and spacious, housekeeping was good. Staff are really good and always ready to help. They guided us well while exploring the city locally ourselves. Location of the hotel is very close to local bus stop which is very convenient mode of transport. Breakfast spread was very good with wise choices of bread, cakes, fruits etc.

From the point of checkin to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms this old style hotel is an oasis for the overseas travel. When we checked in we were given a card to use on buses and the gondola’s and were able to use them for a very enjoyable sightseeing day. Thanks Reine Victoria for a very comfortable stay including our drinks this afternoon in the lobby.

Tucked away in the beautiful St. Moritz this provides a great place to stay. Friendly staff. Great ambience and the surroundings add to the glamour. The views from balcony is fentastic. The vast corridors, halls and apt interior decorations gives the place an air of a royal place in India or England. The food is great. The chef does prepare great Indian food but the Idly, Sambar and Coconut Chutney (South Indian food) was a fiasco. Apart from this and a couple of desserts every other dish was awesome. Enjoyed our two night stay here was really treated royally.

I loved my stay at Reine Victoria, St Moritz and didn't want to leave! Staff were so kind and accommodating, my room was gorgeous, grand and spotlessly clean and had a view of the lake and the church, and breakfast was varied and superb. I will most certainly be back :)

Very nice hotel including full breakfast, entrance to indoor pool across the street, parking, ski lockers, and good service! Very close to ski lift (4 min walk). Very nice stay for the family.

Very friendly service, good breakfast and nice views from the restaurant and most rooms. Loved the 19th century art deco style and comfortable leather lounges to read on and have a coffee. Very nice hotel!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights. Reine Victoria is a beautiful Art Nouveau heritage hotel built in the 19th century, which slightly reminds me of the film „The Grand Budapest Hotel“. The hotel is conveniently located — surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores, a block away from the bus stop and a 10 mins walk to Old Town. Our room was warm, very cozy and clean with comfortable mattress and fluffy duvet. Breakfast buffet was excellent and very fresh with lots of options. Staffs were very attentive, efficient and proactive for our needs. We also loved complimentary spa for the hotel guests at „Ovaverva“ next door. The Spa has hot springs, sauna, swimming pool and water slides. We look forward to staying here again for our next visit in St. Moritz!

In style… old Palace… wonderful! Large spaces, high ceilings… spacious rooms and grand buffet breakfast! You have to love the story…

Wonderful Vintage Hotel. One looming the golden era of the past when winter tourism began in Switzerland. We had a very generous family room with a nice bay window. Incredibly comfortable beds. Teebeuzel and kettle in the room. Free parking available. Great breakfast buffet with super cappuccino. Everything Tip Top!

Rental Service and maintenance of equipment on site. Stefano is very good advice and very kind.
Breakfast was excellent and varied.

The —: size of the room OK but not much space a 2.
No bathtub.
Cleaning done but no reassort of hygienic products.
In the whole excellent hotel with a historic charm.

It will be because it is in Switzerland but it is a very romantic hotel.

Evil, evil wass goes off at the Hotel Reine Victoria. Three nights of reserved and spent … I call Two hours before arrival by train: Pick us up at the station? Yes, gladly … I'm told and then nix and no one there at the station. After 20 minutes we take the taxi … During my time at the hotel I ask by telephone at the reception to see if we can have fresh tea bags for the kettle in the room. Nix since I am first asked to come to the hotel bar after 15:00 (Thank you Mrs. Bottle). At the checkout, the driver is not there again for the station. All very complicated. Service in the hotel = zero and Pfui, never again.

Hotel is located near the lake. The building has been very well maintained. The room was nice and had a nice breakfast.

A beautiful 19th century building houses this historic hotel that brings to its customers the magnificence of a past that no longer exists. Beautiful lounges, huge halls, Regal chandeliers, a staircase leading to the large, comfortable rooms with large bathrooms that are no longer available. Period furniture with beautiful tapestries, precious tapestries, prestigious stucco although in some cases the effects of time are felt and then some spaces and perhaps many rooms would need for a successful restructuring. The hotel is situated in St Moritz Bad is a few dozen meters from the cable car to Corviglia and Corvatsch bus stop. Breakfast and dinner buffet, but of excellent quality and great variety. Staff courteous and always helpful. Presence of the animation. Not very efficient WI-FI service. Great value for money.

I was in the hotel from 3 to February 10, 2013. The reception was amazing, great treatment, the staff ready and willing. A great experience.

Went there for 5 days with a big company: the Knights of the Grail. Well. I have to say it was magnificent! The food was great, the rooms were cozy. Nothing was missing! Maybe we were there to give more annoyance. Still, it was fabulous! My room had a gorgeous view! L emontagne wonderful! Thank you for your hospitality.

The Hotel Reine Victoria has been my skiing resort destination for years and I have always been very happy with it. The architecture is amazing, there is none other building in St Moritz that can match its beauty. The location is excellent: on the slopes in 15minutes without the need to move your car! Cross country skiing track across the road, which means breath taking scenery in minutes. 15 minutes walk from St Moritz Dorf and Banhorf, less by bus. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The Italian food served is also excellent! The hotel also provides a ski rental and store facility that is very accessible.
