Very nice rooms. Very nice reception. Only the breakfast master should change his question. "Coffee or tea"? "Tea". "You have to get it yourself". And this with every guest.

The room was simply amazing and the lobby/restaurant atmosphere completely unique. Just the right feel of cozy paralleled with excellent quality service.

A very good welcome and in French. Just perfect. The hotel is beautiful, warm and very well equipped. We ate a fondue at the restaurant. Excellent with a sumptuous desert.

A fantastic hotel in the heart of Zermat. We stayed in the attic suite. Very bright room with fantastic amenities. The staff were delightful, and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. Everything in Switzerland is expensive and this hotel is no exception but even for the price it represents good value.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, good restaurant, excellent ambience and feels like a combination of bed-and-breakfast and hotel. We like it because it’s right in the center of town. Everything is ultra close and there’s no waiting for elevators and tons of walking to and from the room which I personally don’t like. There is also a ski room in the basement with two heaters and it’s super convenient because it’s only one flight of stairs right out to the street no schlepping your gear all over the place. I would stay here again. The breakfast which is included is extensive and would typically cost at least $20-$30 in the US. There are homemade breads delicious cappuccino’s, eggs to order and all kinds of interesting jams and real Swiss muesli. The clientele is European. Our room has a balcony overlooking the street. We came with two kids and they have their own bunk room. I did have to wear ear plugs because the voices of People talking as they walk home from the bars and restaurants did carry up to the room but after around 12 PM it’s very quiet. The whole town is quiet because there’s only electric vehicles and people here are generally respectful of others.

We went there for dinner 2 evening in a row because the food is nice, people are friendly, and one of the cheapest fondue you can find in Zermatt. Portions is huge for us Asian, so, we usually order 2 main for 3 to share. Must make reservation 1 day in advance else you can only dine downstairs without fondue! (Not mentioning, one of the waiters is quite pretty as well ;) )

We didn't have a reservations but they were able to squeeze us in at the bar. Got the deer and it was amazing! Definitely will be back again. Service was very entertaining and made our night!

I love here, very welcoming. The Room Smoke to fines of 350 Swiss francs. Someone is punished.

Convenient location in zermatt and only minutes away from the train station. Room was nicely spaced and comfortable beds. View outside the window was beautiful.

Decent food. Took us 10 minutes to get drinks and then 45 minutes after that to even get a menu. Pretty good food though!

It was one of the nicest places I have stayed in. We had a lovely room, well appointed, best feature was a skylight that allowed up to look straight out at the mountains. Staff on the front desk were very friendly and extremely helpful!

This hotel is a well-located gem in the middle of Zermatt. The staff are very kind and helpful and the restaurants within the hotel are all very nice. The room was very nice and big (and surprisingly modern). I cannot stress enough though that, if you can, request a room that is not facing the Bahnhofstrasse (main street) as these rooms are noisy because of Zermatt having such a prominent night life. Having said that, it was relatively easy getting to sleep so don't fret if you can't. The breakfast was very nice and the spa and sauna rooms were a godsend after a tiring day on the slopes!

A "Delicious" experience. The hotel is top! We ate very well in the Arvenstube — great BBQ! We really liked the stay. Very friendly staff, top price, excellent service, top value for money and great location. We like to come back in the winter. Thank you very much.

The hotel Pollux convinced with a very good value for money in all areas. The partly renovated rooms promise design and rustic alpine charm. The Fondue in the "Pinte" is a real treat and breakfast impressed with regional charm. All the staff are very friendly and obliging. We will go again and again during the next visit of Zermatt in the Pollux.

We came here for drinks on a Saturday night. The bar was well decorated, so much so that it left me wishing there were similar bars in London. The volume of the music was absolutely right, there was a candle at each table (I love that), and little lightbulbs shimmered everywhere. The cocktails were good (except for the margarita, which was in a slushy form, instead of on the rocks) and we did not have any difficulty finding a table. Overall the ambience was perfect. There was even a fire kindling in the fireplace. All in all, a great experience.
