The hotel is a boutique hotel located just 5 minutes walk from the train station. The room that I had, room 306, was huge — it had an L-shaped balcony which offered a wonderful view of the Matterhorn on a good day.

Beautiful Hotel, overlook the beautiful mountain. Front desk staffs are professional, helpful and friendly. Room is spacious, clear, comfortable and come with coffee dispenser. I love the super clean and spacious wash room. There are small oranges and hot tea FOC for hotel guests. Love this hotel, highly recommended.

Very satisfied with this hotel. Big room with good views, I can see Mt Matterhorn from the room, very close to train station too. All the hotel staffs were so nice and provided good service. High recommend to those who are visiting Zermatt.

Wonderful stay! We stayed 2 nights in June. Staff was welcoming, gave escort and tour of room. Room was semi-small but enough for us. No air conditioning, so opened the windows to get a cross breeze. Bathroom seemed like it was brand new, very nice. Location was very great! close to all kinds of food and shopping, 15+ food choices within just 2 blocks! 3 blocks from the train station, not a bad walk even with multiple bags. Would likely stay again if in the area, although the views (if important to you) are better from other hotels.

Good points — Great location and clean modern rooms.
Bad points — reception staff (we saw 2 different ones) were very un-suited to their role. Did not engage at all with guests, hardly smiled and seemed almost reluctant to deal with tourists, which surely is their job!
The breakfast buffet was poor — only 1 type of cereal on offer (cornflakes in a tiny boxes), warm milk for the cereal. No toaster available and the bolied eggs were randomly supplied!
We were very disappointed given other reviews!

Very centrally located. Clean and bright. The receptionist Yelela was extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Had booked rooms at this hotel but were referred on arrival to another one since they had a water damage since the previous day. Booked the hotel only one day before. Had to haul all our luggage to the other hotel where we had already walked by. Do not understand at all, wiso we have not been informed by SMS or mail.

Very clean, modern hotel with a balcony off our 4th floor room and a view of the Matterhorn. Right in the hustle of the town and just a couple blocks from the train.

Lovely newly renovated hotel. In the center of town and only a couple of minutes away from the train station. Spacious room that fit a travel cot we brought along. The Matterhorn was visible from out shared balcony. The breakfast was limited due to the lack of a cooking kitchen. No fridge in the room.

We couldn't get enough of the beautiful view from the porch! The rooms were great and the hospitality was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Situated in the heart of Zermatt main Street where you can have access to restaurants and shops. A few minutes walks to train station which very convenient. The room is nice and clean equipped with modern contemporary design. The manager is very helpful and friendly. Oh, they serve breakfast here as well.

Really nice hotel, close to the zermatt station and we got the perfect view of matterhorn from the hotel. Very nice and friendly staff and the breakfast was great as well.

The room is great, we had a room with a balcony and a view of the Main Street and the Matterhorn. The bathroom if fantastic best shower I've had on my 4 week trip so far. They are renovating the hotel at the moment so tradies working, but it's not a worry and didn't bother us. Due to the renovation breakfast was across the street, however this was not a problem.
Excellent location close to everything. The only problem we had was the entrance is a bit hidden and we walked straight past it but found it on the way back.
I expect it to be an even better once the renos are finished
Only extra thing would be a fridge in the room, we were fine as it snowed and I could use balcony. Plus milk for the coffee in the room would have been nice.

Welcome to the Testa Grigia Zermatt hotel.

Location-On the main street, within 5 minutes walk to the train station, close to many eateries. View-We had a nice partial sky view from our room Service-Outstanding service from reception staff, especially Veronica. Very helpful in guiding us around. Room-Simple, clean, comfortable. Noise was not an issue. Food-Breakfast was included. Plenty of vegetarian options. Anna provided great service here.

Right in the Centre. Good value for money. Very much recommended!

+ Really good location, in middle on the center. + Easy commute to cable cars. — Breakfast is really simple, so more variation would help (especially for long stay). Moreover, better coffee would be a plus (they have espresso machine in each room, but during breakfast they serve just plain coffee)
