Service was one of the worse I have experienced. Had been seated for well over 10 minutes before we got a menu only food, no drinks menu. When the food came Veal Cordon Bleu (enjoyable). However overpriced.

Really unfriendly and rude staff. Food looked and tasted like supermarket microwaved meals. Over priced for the quality and standard. Better off going to a McDonald’s.

The worst restaurant ever The food is the worst, coffee is like water. And the staff is not friendly. There are flies everywhere in the restaurant. My Bolognese is Spaghetti in tomato juice. My friend's risssoto was uncooked. Look at the fly in my Bolognese.

Please avoid this place at all costs. Extremely disappointed with the food and drinks. The risotto was undercooked and the veal piccata was too salty. Even the coffee was watered down. The pasta bolognese tasted like it was double washed with water before they served. The Venetian style veal was mediocre and was not cooked properly. There were flies all over and the service was very slow. The prices are too high for what you get here. Please go somewhere else.

Risotto is undercooked. Cheese fondue’s price not listed in the menu. The price we got per pot is CHF 28. (Refer to the receipt) The shrimp we got is delicious (and so was the cheese fondue)! The baguette is free. Service is poor. The waiters seemed not to be bothered about us and didn’t actually wanna come and serve.

Classic Switzerland hotel without a/c. Nice mini buffet breakfast with start at 06:30-11:00. Room & bathroom is big euough for couples with two kids. Comfort beddings.

Lunch here, two groups of 60 people poured together, a waiter Shingma, finally help us solve the problem. This meal is for steak. The decoration of the restaurant in this hotel is also very special.

Have eaten at the Derby a number of times. Had huge starter yesterday and kidneys as a main course. Really enjoyed the meal as did my two companions. Waiting staff were very efficient. Will certainly be back.

Food was pretty good. However, service was slow. We asked for non-smoking area, but was told there was "no such thing as non-smoking area"?! The checks took forever to arrive. Not a good experience for me.

Staff was the highlight of this place. So helpful and knowledgable. The room was HUGE, very un-european and we loved it. Location couldn't have been better, just steps from the train. Breakfast left much to be desired but I'll take something over nothing any day so it was nice that it was provided.

Very friendly. Room small but nice and clean. Small bathtub in the bathroom. Good breakfast included with the night.

Bad service. On 1 Jan they pushed people finish eating their with in 20 mins; I experienced with my group 30 persons they treat us like we are asking for food! Do not recommended this restaurant.

Close to Zermatt train station, convenient. Very good location and excellent value for money. The rooms are elegant, the bedding very comfortable. Cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel irreproachable.

We were here with a group. The food was a disaster. First there was Weissweinrisotto. The rice was more raw than cooked. Then as reparations they put us fries with a piece of meat. The fries were brown and the meat raw. And everything was not served at all tasty. Low level.

Central three-star hotel in the Centre of Zermatt. Rooms can be slightly loud against the road, but it is located in the village. 3min from the train station.

Some of the worst food I have ever eaten. Everything tastes bland. My guess is that most if not all the food is kept frozen then thawed out by being boiled or microwaved minutes before serving. Even the steak was boiled. It had that grey boiled look even though they tried to char it on what I believe to be a George Forman Grill. The cream of asparagus soup I ate had no asparagus in it. It looked and tasted like salted heavy cream. Steak tartare dish and mushrooms both tasted watery, which again, means it was formerly frozen and thawed out. The one dish that we tried that was redeeming was the tortellini with cream and ham. Perfectly cooked, but then again this place has boiling food down to a science.

Quaint little hotel in zermatt, not the flashest, but clean rooms, well located near to the train station and all the action.
