The room was clean and we enjoyed a very nice view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. It was basic accommodation but sufficient for our needs. We did not use the food or any other service, so unable to comment. We hardly saw staff, but when we did they were friendly and polite.

The good thing about its location is the fact that it's in quiet area with a nice view of the ski lifts and Mount Matterhorn. I really like the view and it's surrounding. You could see the central downtown from here since its located a bit upper. The problem is just it needs a long walk to the central downtown from the hotel with a lot of stairs, so a walk back to the hotel will need extra energy. But, I guess it's fine because the walk through Zermatt was interesting in almost every corner. The room was clean and classic. Too bad that the room we booked has no view to the mountain. But, from the breakfast area we could see the mountain while eating the breakfast. Oh and the milk on breakfast was so fresh, I liked it.
