The hotel is very nice. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. They are spacious and the bed is really comfortable. The view of the mountains is just beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The SPA covers 1000m2 with two hot water pools, a cave, a sauna, a Hammam and a repo room. There is also the possibility to reach the public baths via a souterain tunnel. The breakfast is complete and really good. There is also a bar in the hotel where you can drink delicious Mojito. I would recommend this hotel where I would definitely come back again.

The Hotel was clean and good, Hotel staffs were also very nice only dinners at Hotel de France were very disappointing, overall satisfaction was good. Mrs. Chloe Pambo from Reservation Desk is a great person and organized our hotel reservation in Leukerbad perfectly well!

Staff at the reception impeccable in particular I found great professionalism in Mrs. Paola De Benedetto and courtesy in Mr. King Antoine Billy. They gave me great advice.
The spa is very beautiful.

No more what it once was! Staff very rude and unmotivated. Food is too poor and the hotel is in need of renovation! Despite the fact that the outdoor pool was renovated, one was not informed and faced with fait accompli. You had to pay the full price for the bathrooms anyway.

We had a room in the renovated part of the Hotel de France. A four-star.
However, although the room is redone, the finishes are really to be revisited. A sink faucet that does not fit, a split sink, not a linen hooks (in a spa of linens and bathrobes that is not what is lacking) and a temperature in the room that is equivalent to the saunas of the hotel.
The cushions really lack thickness.

Roman-Irish Bath: Access very bad to not at all signposted = We were quite mistaken in the building.
Wardrobe cabinets with a confusing locking system. The one cupboards so, the other different, many keys are missing…
Roman-Irish Bath: actually beautiful, but many sections with white Plättli, which only remind of the hospital atmosphere. There's no mood.
Beverage offer is limited to tea, sugar does not exist!
There is no food (a bowl of apples would be appropriate).
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Thermal Bath: The spectacular outdoor pool was so cold that no man was outside in the bathroom. An imposition (! ) in the beautiful weather and the actually magnificent view of the mountains.
Conclusion: A) urgent changes and improvements are necessary if the plant is to remain attractive.
b) We are not going any more.

I really like this place off season when everything is quiet. It's a great place to rejuvenate.

We arrive very nice hotel part renovate! The water was a little colder due to the eissigen cold, not 36 °. But otherwise OK.

The room was outdated and the shower was damaged. The hand soap was empty. One of our bathrobes had an ugly red spot. This was then exchanged for us. We first went to the hotel's pool area. An outdoor pool. The pool was covered in with a green algae layer. The floor was slippery. Just disgusting. Drinks are served to the pool. The bartender, however, had the first time unfriendly and harsh. We didn't think about the service staff. More on this later…
We were suddenly taken out of the pool area, as a burst pipe happened, for that we received a free entrance to the Alpine Spa. Much nicer bathroom. However, it was also rather unclean and slowly coming into the years.
For dinner we had reserved a table at the opposite restaurant Maison Blanche, which seems to belong to the hotel. The whole dinner was a complete debacle!
The Russian service staff understands poorly German and has served us incredibly unfriendly and harsh. Totally incompetent. We were simply undesirable. We only got the Apero during the second course. Until then it was impossible to get a drink. Neither water, wine nor a Apero. After several requests, we were annoyed that they had to bring the beer to the hotel bar. We didn't trust our ears. The food was unloved and bland. The plates under the nose pulled off and the next aisle only so quit. The service staff wanted to do the work as soon as possible. At breakfast the next day we also knew why.

Very good hotel. Clean and nice staff. The thermal swimming pool is a plus. Highly recommended. I am not giving 5 stars because some rooms should be renewed.

Walier Alpentherm: Facilities are sorely lacking in maintenance. There are only half the showers that work, the bottom of the showers is dirty, an uncountable number of traps are useless for lack of keys. Sauna part: Half of the showers work.
This would be super baths if maintained especially for the entrance fee.

The spa is beautiful, clean, suitable for children, bathrooms and bars within the structure by the pool and the elevator that takes you to the top floor to do other thermal paths like the Roman Baths Ecce.
You just have to be "very careful not to slip. " Because the tiles around the pool with the water become slippery. So "walk cautiously and have fun. "
I personally didn't stay to sleep in the hotel so the rooms I can't talk about… but I can guarantee that the spa ' is worth a visit '.

The experience inside this hotel was not the best.
Dated hotel.
The room we stayed in was definitely not up to the 4 star rating.
Furnishings early years 80, electrical system not working, to turn off or access the light you had to get out of bed and cross the room.
The sockets, 2 of 4 not working.
Non-functioning switches.
Tiny room.
The room was cleaned at 5pm. 00 and not all towels have not been replaced.
But the most unpleasant thing is the beds… practically cots.
That we can stay in a guesthouse or in a hostel.
But not at 150/200 francs a night apiece…
Accustomed to Trentino that at half Price offer you the menu pillows…

The room is very big and beautiful! Guests can enjoy open-air public baths, massage equipment, although there is no kettle in the room, but the reception hall has coffee machine can be used. The bed and bathtub in the room are very good, the hotel staff service attitude is very nice, cordial and reasonable, there are feeder cars, when necessary will be immediately transfer, very convenient.

Good room, about what you'd expect from a 2/3 star hotel but they give you ammentities like lotion and robes that make it a 4 star. Decent English, good for US travelers. Amazing free breakfast, very English. Discount on the thermal bath, free indoor pool and hot tub and sauna, as well as access to their spa service made this hotel an amazing decision. Don't miss!

Wonderful in the midst of picturesque Alps.

Bad experience, Staff not friendly at all, after 25 Min of waiting in the bar for our drinks, I went to check with the bar man, he gave me my drinks to me by hand, I had to carry it back to my table. The Spa Staff didn't speak any language a part of German, and they communicate between them in east european language in front of us. The restaurant's guys were amazing, professional and very very polite. The value of the money we paid not related at all to 4 stars hotel.

For several years we know the hotel (as Hotel Parkhotel Lindner) and later as an Alpine spa. From ever, good and friendly staff is in the house. The bookings and inquiries are structured. The rooms and hallways shout for some renewal. The breakfast is plentiful and fresh. The Bath and spa area has unfortunately deteriorated. There is a lack of supervision, cleaning, control of water, guests and the environment. There is no service in the pool area (although tickets are not available). The contact to the Alpine Spa and the discount of 50% associated with the booking compensates a little. But if you would have given the house 4 stars 3 years ago, there are now 3 — with the hope next year to be able to give 2. The town of Leukerbad itself is definitely worth a visit. 3 — 4 days to relax and explore the area, you can only guess. After that, the Valais still offers many beautiful places.

Old-fashioned… needs a good renovation. The hotel was top of the Lindner time, it is only unfortunately well degraded. Ditto for the terms.

The staff are very friendly and comfortable and the spa is not too bad. Very nice breakfast Cocktails to avoid. Expect long wait time at the front desk to pay for poorly organized.

Nice. Ideal for relaxing. Wonderful landscape and Pulitussimo. Treated.

Hotel?. In Spain we call it a pension. Depressing rooms. 4-Star Nothing, I shouldn't have more than one. Poor attention and worse stays. Price for the clouds. In the area any "hotel" is better. Not recommended. 18-2-2017.

The reception was very good. We had to ask questions by ourselves
Correct rooms but antiquated. But the worst is sound insulation when a team of young footballers decided to spend his weekend here at the same time as you, and doesn't care about your opinion. The staff is not effective at all in the face of this blatant lack of education (cries, music, various blows in the walls).
The baths, the delicious and copious breakfast, and the beautiful scenery save the bet.
But I will never go back to this hotel.

We came for a few days to go skiing to Leukerbad. Something in the years come, but who like ok rooms. In the opposite restaurant Sacre Bon we have dinner eaten, waited too long you could hear loudly discuss the staff, what has disturbed us.
We felt the Executive Board as rude and unpleasant. We never do again come with security.

The rooms at Maison Blanche has us well-liked, but the bathroom, max 1 star value, because it is very worn. But to us has not very disturbed, we have always down in the Spa area to shower and the bathroom was not used very much. But the room and bathroom were still very clean, which is important to us. The Spa area in the Hotel we found super. All buildings incl. Park are underground connected to each other, which is very convenient. The Breakfast buffet, the Hammer. The staff is very accommodating and we felt us very welcome and comfortable. We have for again next month for a Wellness weekend there posted :)

11.21. The room is still roomy, at least put down the coffee table and the sofa. Facilities classic, not outdated, there is a Spa pool. Give Five Stars is the Breakfast special. Note that it is divided into two building. Three-digit room number, the first floor and the second floor, Tong, 0/1 is the front wing, and 3/4 is behind the building. A Spa, a sauna, a swimming pool in the building. Deputy building negative a layer can have underground passage directly to the main building. Rain, snow wing, guests could also wear a robe by underground tunnel to the main building of the bubble soup.

Super Hotel. Only the facility is dirty. The Asians are very annoying with their reverbed even while eating. Price performance is right.

Went twice and have love the experience.

We were once more very satisfied at this hotel and are guaranteed safe return. We look forward already now on more stays.

Unfortunately it feels rather in a good 3 star hotel, in a 4 star facility. Staff is friendly, but not always competent long, often you must gather the information itself, driving directions are unclear and we ourselves had to drag the stairs up luggage to the room. We asked, someone would have helped. But this works not andes 4 stars? In the room we have found some hair a not vacuumed area next to the bed and a few drawers were full of crumbs. The morning buffet you was neither welcomes nor instructed on how the process is. EG, that you can select a table yourself and can make the coffee myself. Also were the (very tasty! ) Food is not labeled, and sometimes you had to wait for several minutes for operation for a fried egg or Omlett. When the onions and tomatoes were assumed, you just had bad luck even though the buffet had opened more than an hour. But the Hotel Spa is fantastic, the bar comfortable and the location is simply unbeatable.

We were not accompanied to your room. Our vehicle was not parked. Room no. : 356 a panoramic suite for around 340 — — Fri / night and 2 persons. Is strongly in need of renovation. The sofa looks as cats in the room would have been. The bathroom with shower is so small that fall to impossible is. The door latch cover is missing inside and a screw is loose. It has several holes in the tiles. Rusty screws in the bath and and and. There is no Wi-Fi from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was insufficient, which scratched plate and also the 3 glass had even fingerprints. The Spa at the hotel is OK. We will definitely never stay a Lindner hotel. For this price, we would have expected more.

We had a bad experience due to an unforeseen event of the hotel (we're not sure it wasn't an overbooking event) : several weeks before going, we booked 5 rooms in this hotel as we have 5 children and we would have liked to be able to go directly in the pools from the hotel. Just 3 days before going, we were told we had to go in another hotel (not as good as this one), but even though we asked for things (babies' cots and bathropes) we needed, we had them just after getting very angry with the incompetent staff.

Concernant le buffet (italien), le choix des mets était moins varié à la fin du repas (vers 20h30). Plats pas très chauds.

I did enjoy myself, however, I would have appreciated to be told when I booked, that the hotel pool was not functioning. I really missed the early swimming with the morning tea, which was very special. Maybe you could have negotiated an earlier opening time for hotel guests with the main pool. Also my single room was at the furthest point away from the pool so it took quite a while to get there. On one occasion the armband did not work and I could not access the pool until it was all sorted, which took some time. Although the sun was shining, there were no comfortable chairs outside for 'sunbathing', which you did have when people were using your pool. However, I must say that the staff in the dining room, especially in the evening were very friendly and welcoming.

Neither quality, service, facilities are befitting of a 4star hotel. Bedroom: small, bed narrow, not very clean and in desperate need of refurbishing. Dining room: especially the way the buffet is presented reminded me of a canteen. The quality of food was. Fair. (On both evenings exactly the same salads were served although the first evening should have been "italian" and the second "Wallis"). Breakfast had a good choice, but then there were Pancakes without maple sirup (It's just a little thing but it all adds up). The bathrooms in the lobby and on the restaurant floors must reminded me of hotels in the ex Soviet Union. Looking for better quality at a better price, go to Austria.

Have a conversation about how to accomplish been lucky with Mr. Director Roessler. Warden pointed again to the Freedrems Treaty, which unfortunately last fall was announced, should be reactivated again.
Also Mr. Bigler of the massage in the Roman sauna is a very good masseur tenth.
I'm hoping expression, that the Freedrems contract is reactivated. We were already 4 times with Freedrems you. Always fully to peace.

Me and My Husband recently had a fabulous week-end.

The staff and service are top notch and really friend I. The room had a small renovation but ever necessary. The wellness zone the underground connecting corridor to the Alpentherme and the parking garage is very nice, very pleasant, especially if it was snowing out there during our stay.

Excellent Hotel! The way getting there is a little bit dangerous but worths it.

Excellent location, nice pool, good breakfast, but close očentmal′n′kie rooms, high prices.

Very nice place! The hotel has its thermal pools and there is a tunnel in an urban SPA! Very tasty food! To the ski lift into the mountains too close! There Is Free Wi-Fi.
