The room was outdated and the shower was damaged. The hand soap was empty. One of our bathrobes had an ugly red spot. This was then exchanged for us. We first went to the hotel's pool area. An outdoor pool. The pool was covered in with a green algae layer. The floor was slippery. Just disgusting. Drinks are served to the pool. The bartender, however, had the first time unfriendly and harsh. We didn't think about the service staff. More on this later…
We were suddenly taken out of the pool area, as a burst pipe happened, for that we received a free entrance to the Alpine Spa. Much nicer bathroom. However, it was also rather unclean and slowly coming into the years.
For dinner we had reserved a table at the opposite restaurant Maison Blanche, which seems to belong to the hotel. The whole dinner was a complete debacle!
The Russian service staff understands poorly German and has served us incredibly unfriendly and harsh. Totally incompetent. We were simply undesirable. We only got the Apero during the second course. Until then it was impossible to get a drink. Neither water, wine nor a Apero. After several requests, we were annoyed that they had to bring the beer to the hotel bar. We didn't trust our ears. The food was unloved and bland. The plates under the nose pulled off and the next aisle only so quit. The service staff wanted to do the work as soon as possible. At breakfast the next day we also knew why. Without being able to order drinks again, we were quit four courses within a short hour. Service personnel did not care about us at all. On the contrary. They ignored us consciously. Despite repeated eye contact and signs, no one came to our table except to bring the plates.
We were a little shocked and went back to our room where we looked forward to breakfast and the next day bathing. By the way, in front of our room we had a table full of dirty dishes since our arrival (see photo). The dirty dishes were still there when we left. Would not amaze me if it still stands.
In the morning we went to the breakfast buffet. There was no reception. So we thought it was free seating and we were looking for a table. An estimated 15 tables were occupied and the remaining estimated 30 tables were all full of dirty dishes. A complete hall full of dirty tables. It was simply not cleared. We couldn't find a single clean table. I spoke to someone from the service staff and I was amazed to find that the same service team is working as before in the restaurant. I also realized why everyone worked so unmotivated and disgusted. The unfriendly man totally annoyed a table free. You could feel right in the air as the service staff was disgusted. Slowly it was just laughing. The whole scenery with the filthy, half-empty buffet, the filthy tables, the grimly clean-looking service people (which all together hardly speak German).
We were just going to check out. At the reception we waited 20 minutes until we were the turn. Although there were hardly any people. Since it was a complete offer of mydays, we only had to pay tourist taxes and drinks. Drinks were hard to order, which also not much to pay for. On the invoice was still a fee of CHF 10. — for half-board. As I pointed out, the Nuschelnde receptionist re-made the bill.
Mydays is the same dump. I sent a feedback to mydays. However, there was never a reaction…
