Words cannot describe how I feel about this place and the hosts.

My recent stay at the Carlton-Europe Hotel in Interlaken was nothing short of spectacular, and I cannot recommend it highly enough!

My husband has already left a review, but I truly felt this hotel deserves another one from me as well. They genuinely operate at the level of at least a 4 star hotel.

Nestled in a quiet and serene location, Hotel Bären offers travelers a delightful blend of historical charm and modern comfort.

Fair budget value for money (by Swiss standards) if you look for lodge close to Jungfrau ski area, good food and quiet setting in a nice little town.

Lovely hotel not far from Interlaken! I enjoyed my stay a lot. The room was immaculate, terrace with a great view and tasty breakfast at a good value.

We stayed two nights here and really enjoyed the peacefulness of being away from the town center. The hotel and restaurant staff here were all very sweet and attentive.

Outstanding hotel with great views, attention to detail and an amazing breakfast.

If you’re visiting Switzerland and craving some authentic Thai food, this place is a must-try!

Wonderful Stay at Hotel Du Nord.
We stayed three nights at Hotel Du Nord and had a great experience.

If you staying in Interlaken looking for a 4-star hotel, make sure you check out Hotel Du Nord. I researched many hotels in the area and so wasn't sure how this one would turn out.

First, let's address the elephant in the room. This hotel is incredibly ugly from the outside.

Webster’s dictionary should put Metropole’s photo next to its definition of a great hotel. No exaggeration.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is located in a very beautiful area of Wilderswil. It is just few steps away from the railway station. There are 2 grocery stores near the station.

Good hotel and near to the train station. Will come here again for my next trip to Switzerland.

Editing my response and stars due to Max's reply. Thank you very much for the sincere response. Perhaps we will give this place a second chance in the future. Thank you.

Everything about my stay was exceptional. The view is breathtaking, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive.

An unforgettable experience from start to finish. The dinner at Fiescherblick was truly exceptional.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Fiescherblick very much! We liked that it is situated at the quiet end of Grindelwald across from the beautiful church.

We had the most amazing experience in Interlaken for our family vacation. It is a magical place that almost looks fake. It is so beautiful.

We had a fantastic week at Backpackers Villa while skiing the Jungfrau region. The location is perfect for easy mountain access, and the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

We stayed at Grand Hotel Beau Rivage in Interlaken for 3 nights as a couple in a Doppelzimmer River View room.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel for 1 night. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view from our balcony. The staff at Reception, the Bar and Breakfast were very pleasant and helpful.

Staying at Hotel Edelweiss was easily the highlight of our trip! We initially considered staying in Lauterbrunnen, but staying here was 100% the right choice.

I would absolutely stay here again.
The staff is incredibly kind and genuinely cares about every guest. They provide personalized service that truly makes you feel at home.

This beautiful hotel is full of character and history. It’s just a short, flat walk from Wilderswil station, ideally located for all the main day excursions.

Very atmospheric location and convenient base for exploring the Jungfrau region. Great food and friendly service — also a Michelin starred restaurant on the ground floor if you fancy a special meal.

We had a great experience while our stay at the hotel.
The room was really cozy and had that distinct Swiss chalet infrastructure.
Location is excellent.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with breakfast included. The location is great—just a 5–10 minute walk to Interlaken West station.

If you are visiting Wengen, look no further than Alpenkräuter Hotel Bären. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel completely at home.

Great hotel located very close to the train station. The room was spacious and very clean, with all the amenities you would expect from a hotel. The breakfast was also delicious and excellent.

The Beausite Park Hotel in Wengen was our first stop in Switzerland. The service and breakfast were amazing, and every staff member was very friendly and welcoming.

My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon. There is a shuttle they can pick you up from the train station. (We totally walked up because we didn’t read the email so be sure to read the email).

The location can’t be beat! Just steps away from the train station and the train was very quiet.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Eiger Guesthouse.

Hotel Eiger was our favorite hotel during our trip to Switzerland. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome.
