A modern hotel with spacious rooms (we booked a superior). The hotel is at a great location on the waterfront and is just a few minutes from the old city and the train station. Plus, there are plenty eating options right around the corner. The best part was the gym: they have four or five treadmills and an extensive weight room.

The Sheraton Stockholm is both a great Hotel and a great place to base yourself for exploring the city. With all of the modern amenities that you would expect including International, us, local Outlets it also has a very good breakfast on the club floor. The rooms are comfortable in the beds provide a good night's sleep.

Stayed here for 5 days while attending a Conference in Stockholm. Professional and courteous staff. Good size rooms and comfortable bed. Full breakfast service with good options. Used their business centre which was good. Great views overlooking canals. Close to train station, and bus and train stops.

The staff were courteous, and quite helpful. I had broken my ankle less than two weeks before our stay, and the staff arranged to have a wheelchair standing by for me. There were many instances that the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to enhance our stay including making reservations for us at a restaurant we wanted to try. Also, everything was extremely clean, and well designed.

Centrally located hotel, that is 5 minutes away from The Central Train. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Bed comfortability is 4 stars out of 5. There is a restaurant and coffee bar on site. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. It is child, handicap and elderly friendly. Elevators are fast, so there are no longer waits and you need a key card for your floor so no one can just go to any floor.

Very good hotel with absolute top location to explore. Room so far super. However, the bathroom was very small. In this hotel class you can expect much more…

Definitely didn't feel like a 5 star hotel. The food selection was terrible (veggie trend, anyone? Allergies? ), and they were unable to react flexibly to our issues and questions — I get it if you're a small hotel in a small city and you already went to the pains of opening your in-house restaurant, but for the class and the price here I expect more service. What's more, cleanliness was *not* guaranteed everywhere, and the bathroom was more nay than yay. Really disappointed; I've had better experiences in hotels with 3 or even no stars.

Nice, comfortable and conveniently located.

A little ageing, the places deserve a refreshing. The rooms overlooking the courtyard are to be avoided, the view is somewhat desolate. The buffet at breakfast was interesting. The restaurant is also of quality and offers a reasonable price of varied and well-executed dishes. A convenient option when you don't have time to get out. The hotel is also very well located, right in the city center and next to Central Station.

My work as a tourist guide in Stockholm allows me to often meet the clients of Sheraton… Everyone is satisfied and for what I see at the front desk the staff are nice and discreet the lobby is always tidy and clean. I think this hotel is at the time better than the Hilton competitor.

Good hotel. I only stayed one night but was perfect for my business trip. Bar was social and the bar staff were friendly. Very accessible from the train station by foot and a number of shops near-by.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Awesome staff, always with a smile on the face. Comfy rooms, delicious breakfasts. Very good location, at the city centre. Highly recommended to anyone planning to stay on Stockholm.

Such a nice city hotel with proximity to every where in the beautiful City of Stockholm. First time to Sweden, nice hotel with nice view over the canal and spacious room. Lovely Swedish food, great staffs with special recognition to Michael & Jeff at the hotel bar and very caring staffs as Francesco and Max from the concierge and also to the reception team. It's a great room. It's all level. Polite reception. Convenient location, 5 minutes on foot to the centre. Station, 5 min walk to the Old Town (Gamla stan).

Didn't actually stay there but went to a conference. I ate lunch in their restaurant. And that was honestly not impressive. My burger was boring, and the fries (carrot) had to be sent back to get fried a bit more so they didn't taste raw in the centre. Don't know why I ate there twice. But the second time I had fish. The fish was acceptable, but the potatoes on the side where dry. Would not go there for food again if I can avoid it. The staff was pleasant enough though. And conference space fine.

Hotel that can be comfortable and very well located. Rooms 834 very close to the elevators it is impossible to sleep properly. 03/08/2017 Room 309 significantly better renovated room. 26/08/17 Hotel Noisy in fact. Night it is a disco and in the morning a conference center so impossible to rest and take a quiet breakfast. 05/01/18 finally a quiet room (526).

Unbeatable location to visit Stockholm.

Of the pluses only one, a beautiful view from the window. Everything else is pulled by the ears. Five with a very big stretch. No pool, no restaurant for dinner, all the food is on two pages. And the quality, quantity and price are not charged. On the walls in the restaurant phalos. I'm attached to the photo. Probably for the appetite. The impression is very twofold.

One of the top hotels present inside the city. Near to the city central station. To the bus stop too. Very well maintained by the staffs and authority. Rooms are well designed. And the morning view from the hotel Window is awesome. Staffs are so cooperative and friendly. Food served here is so good.

Always accommodating hotel. It’s a solid staple. I have never been displeased. It has easy walking access to many features a tourist would enjoy. Close to public transportation Tourist transportation and tours Walking distance to old stockholm Shopping in close access.

Very nice hotel in fantastic location. Two kinds of gluten-free bread with own toaster as well as gluten cereal and cornflakes for Zöliakpatienten and good breakfast buffet. Nice, very clean rooms. The only drawback is that the staff in the lounge have to put a little bit of a leg so that you can order something and the food is not worth its (expensive price) there.

Very good hotel, with lot of amenities and things to do. Breakfast is super-great, however in 2 years it's still the same, in every single food. Staff is wonderful. I met lot of great people.

Amazing Hotel! True to the Sheraton brand inside and out. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds really comfortable, not too soft or too hard. Every staff member here is friendly and welcoming. The location extremely central. Many of Stockholm's sights are within walking distance from this hotel. The Centralen train station is literally around the corner. Highly recommended.

Very good reception and relaxed atmosphere with a high quality service.

The Sheraton is one of the larger hotels in central Stockholm, suited to large conferences and group stays. There are plenty of F&B outlets on site and the central location gives guests easy walking access to most of the main attractions in the centre. Marketed as a four start property, rates are competitive and bedrooms are well thought out and comfortable.

Friendly service both at the door and reception. Comfortable room with good amenities. Location good for the station, nearby bus stops and has 3 nearby cycle hire stations for easy access to the rest of Stockholm.

The Sheraton needs no introduction, I have stayed at multiple hotels in Sweden with the greater Stockholm area, and the Sheraton is that nicest of them all. The room: it's clean, big, and practical. Room service is great. I think general Im an organize person but I forgot to hang my clothes, so after work, the room service hanged them for me and even put my tooth brush and past in the cup, not all hotels do that. The hotel: it's big, clean and shows it's a bit old. Nonetheless full of facilities. General service: appsouletly customer centric, anything to help you and resolve your issues. To sum it up, it's the best customer experience among all the hotels I stayed with in Sweden.

Thank you to all attentitive staff for making sure I was comfortable during my three day course at your lovely hotel. At 8 months pregnant one is happy for all kindness and help one can get.

Loved this hotel and the location. Walking distance from the train station and old town. Rooms are big and comfortable. Cheaper than expected.

Cons: Dilapidated accommodations. Broken light fixture in bathroom. Broken toilet paper holder. Tub would don't drain without service. Speaker controller broken/missing. No bathroom fan. Bathroom layout abysmal. No shelving for one's personal effects in the living quarters. No refrigerator or optional ice bucket. Grounds did not offer outdoor common space. No optional balcony or terrace. No pool or pool area. No outdoor sitting area of any kind. Busy road. Surely one of the top three hotels in Stockholm. Located on an excellent spot in the heart of the city. The services provided are 5 star standard with a little extra effort to make your stay memorable.

Hotel is located in the heart of Stockholm and provides an excellent base for sight seeing. Rooms are large, modern and well equipped. Breakfast buffet is well stocked with varied foods. Staff are super helpful and friendly. We stayed over a holiday weekend and it was busy, as you'd expect to from any large hotel chain.

The bar in the lobby is nice as it is open pretty late, when other places around were closed. It's not too expensive but obviously there are cheaper local bars. However, it's a good place to grab a drink if you're in the area late.

Nice location-very central! Superb… but not very clear for the check-out when several rooms on the same bills! ;-)

The Hotel is very close to the city centre. Allows you to discover the city on foot. Comfortable and clean rooms. Lack of electrical outlets! Beautiful gym with complete equipment. Very good breakfast A nice base to explore Stockholm.

Love this hotel. It's a typical Sheraton with the usual amenities. Club lounge etc. The staff is very friendly. It's very nicely situated in the city, just steps from the train station.

We stayed here for 4 nights, think this is a first class hotel, amenities, rooms spacious, beds comfortable. The times we enjoyed staying here. Hotel also has a restaurant, offers a wide range of delicious food, as well as comprehensive breakfast catering to most tastes. Integrated experience staying here are great, I highly recommend here!

Stayed on a double room with large comfortable beds. The room were very spacious and well decorated. There are a kettle on the room to make coffee and tea. Very useful. The hotel is well located near Gamla Stan, City Hall, The Royal Palace and many others. Private garage available. Free Wi-Fi on the lobby.

The location is great. What I did not like was the fact that airco was terrible. Super old and the control consisted of two knobs BEHIND the TV set… Hello? And, another BIG minus was that they charge a very hefty charge for Wi-Fi… Very uncommon in Sweden. And… the furniture in the room needed fixing.

The Sheraton is the Sheraton. Huge rooms, very clean, spacious and several rooms for meetings and conferences. Courteous staff and formal. The restaurant is very good. Obviously … All dear.

Very close to the railway the noisy environment comfortable and clean room and bathroom well clean up in general little and poor breakfast staff ok, expensive little kind most so it offers the next time I try another.

Great location. Building needs some restructuring. More attention to details would be appreciated: rooms could be more clean, service at breakfast more accurate and fast, towels in bathroom in line with people in the room (we were 3 but kept getting only 2 towels despite we signaled 3 times).

Had some late food in the restaurant. Nothing special and slow service. Didn't stay in the hotel.

Lame services. Outdated building. Just 30 minutes of free wireless on rooms per day. No swimming pool. Waiting 4 hours for my room to check in. For skiping the 3 house time I was asked for another 120 euro. Over priced bar. My advice : find something else.

Dated hotel. Rooms are big but old. Breakfast is decent (that guy makes a good omlet). Bar is ok but bit over priced. Place needs a facelift.

Honestly the building is rather ugly, outside plain concrete without a minimun decor, in the inner court even worst like a prison, grey concrete no flower no tree no decor but grey stones with a useless fountain. The lobby is poor and old. The rooms on the back gives into a speed way so lots of noise as the window are poorly sound proof. The sauna is a small mixed sauna working only every 4 hours. Top of bottom is the arrogance and non professional attitude of the whole personell: the worst is the front manager. Usual excuses but not real feeling of sorry for the late check in and all others poor attention and cheap service ("it's high season / hotel is fully booked/ the system is slow today", ect). Next time I will not come back to this hotel. Too expensive the breakfast.

Out of courtesy for the international customer I will write this in english. Shame You do not refuse to serve customers their complementary breakfast because of their etnicity. You should count your blessings that you are behaving this way in Sweden where all you will get is shamed. In other countries this "incident" as you portray it would result in a sizeable lawsuit. And you would so deserve it. No more breakfasts at Sheraton EVER.

Modern hotel, great breakfast, very friendly staff that are focused on client satisfaction, centrally located. Club lounge on 7th floor has a modern look with a decent breakfast choice, great Nespresso machine, adequate seating (can imagine it can get full very quickly), extremely friendly hostess (Elin) who just shines customer satisfaction. Handy check out service.

Hotel very well located, right in front of one of the bridges being Gambla Stan and 5 minutes walk from Stockholm central station and the tourist office. The staff is very friendly and willing to help whenever you need it. The rooms are very spacious and are very clean. The bathroom that we had was brewed. Only downside would say that breakfast and Wi-Fi are a little expensive, the great rest.

Reasonable sort of business hotel, not brilliant inside. The room are fairly basic, but nice. Breakfast is not included, something to think about when looking at the somewhat more expensive clarion sign, since it does include breakfast. The hotel people were fairly useful in most cases, helping with issues getting my phone connected to the data network, although less so when I asked for places around the hotel for breakfast. They didn't give any useful suggestions, when I looked this up online there were a whole bunch of places nearby that would fit that sort of description. Overall an ok hotel, nothing brilliant.

Perfect location, all important in secret, breakfast plentiful, our room (No. 333) has nice views of the old town, free Wi-Fi in the lobby.

Don't know what you're talking about. We had no such problems. Were together with his wife, everything was okay. The only thing forgotten massage belt.
