Basic breakfast. Hate the scrambled eggs. The rest was very ok. Small roms. The bed war a little hard, but I slept well. This is a hotel with personality. Quite nice. Very polite people working there. A lovely little Japanese resturant (Kichi) going right from the reseption. Excellent yakatori og good Beer. The Kichi bowl was great.

Good location, rooms a bit dated, and was a bit noisy. Staff were very helpful and allowed us to use the sauna.

The hotel itself is very nice with a street view, but they lack TV channels and a good Wi-Fi signal. I was trying to use the Wi-Fi to connect with family back home and was unable to do so from our room on the 3rd floor. The only way that I received a good signal was in the lobby. I do want to mention that the man who worked the desk overnight was a huge help to us when we accidentally got our car locked in a parking garage and we needed to leave early to get to the airport. With that being said, USE THE PARKING GARAGE AT THE HOTEL! You will have 24/7 access, unlike most parking garages nearby.

Excellent breakfast, friendly service, super fast check-in. Rooms are a bit small and the shower is tiny, however. 15 minutes walk to the old town, and in a nice part of Stockholm. I'd definitely stay here again for a flying visit — — but I might go for something a touch larger for a longer stop. Rooms are lovely and clean and have a fridge.

It's convenient. The rooms are small and a little shabby. Hearing in the rooms is perfect — you can hear everything that happens in the hallway and at the neighbors. Cold.

This hotel is almost in the middle of everything interesting. 15-20 minutes from the central station. There is breakfast, not posh, but you will not stay hungry. The rooms are not large but with amenities and clean. We stayed just one night so no comment.

I never stayed in this hotel, but I had a horrible experience yesterday when I went there to meet a friend that is visiting Stockholm. I arrived in the hotel and texted my friend telling her that I was in the reception waiting for her. While I was waiting in the reception, a guest approached the front desk and asked something to the receptionist (a brunette man wearing glasses). I'm not sure what the guest asked, but the receptionist's reaction was extremely rude: He started to scream: "I DON'T KNOW, I DON'T KNOW, I DON'T KNOW! YOU HAVE TO TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT! " Again, I don't know what the guest asked the receptionist, but receptionist's reaction was really uncalled for. It's unacceptable to scream at a guest like that. He should have shown a little more professionalism. I don't care how good are the rooms or how cheap are their prices, but I will never stay in a hotel that treat guests like that.

Affordable prices, humble and pleasant employees and a very central location. Lobby, rooms, bathroom, elevator and hallways needs some serious renovation. Stockholm has hostels that are as central and as cheap.

I happened upon this hotel while planning my trip. I decided to risk it because the rates were affordable. I received much more than I bargained for. The Hotel itself has a fantastic location by the library and a 10 minute walk to Gamla Stan. The staff was not only helpful and warm, but they also catered to our every need whether it was directions to Ikea or pain relievers for a headache. The room was spacious with a lovely view over the surrounding neighborhood. I always felt comfortable and cozy when I returned from a long day of sightseeing. It was a great experience and Stockholm was even more welcoming with its help. I will definitely return next time.

Perhaps this will be the first negative review of 646 positive about this hotel, but can't write that after spending two nights in this hotel in mid-September 2010, we with МЧ earned Scabies (! ). Something like cured, had to boil all underwear, pereglaživat′ clothes, be treated with medicines, in General, the warm welcome:) Otherwise, I like people unpretentious and compassionate can say that all is well — and the rooms, the breakfast and the location of the hotel. But because of this blatant stuff like itch-mites, I rated "below average". Dear future guests, please tell us about this administration, if you stop to take any action. I suspect that it is not enough only to wash clothes, but also treat bed with insecticide, as well as very seriously treat linens (boiling for 10 minutes, during normal wash itch mites do not kill). Itself was in shock after arriving, were treated at first "allergies", because they did not believe that such a good hotel and country this can happen (see only positive reviews before you order it). Don't cheer, all good health and a successful holiday.
