Breakfast that belongs to our room price must be booked by using a QR code wich is in the elevator and the code doesn't even work. So we couldn't book the breakfast. I tried to call to the reception. After 8 times still no answer. See what happens tomorrow… Room is very basic. No hotel information in the room. Four stars seems too much for this hotel. — Next morning update: We had our breakfast and it was very good 😊. Service is also friendly. 👍🏻

Hotel is great for the purpose we choose it. OK price, but rooms are maybe on the smaller side. The hotel restaurant though, is COMPLETELY AWFUL! No mentioning that they were out of some foods. No drinks to the dinner (not even asked). When the waiter came back, I think he misunderstood something and instead of asking again he left and attended something else. Tables not wiped of between customers. Pizza burnt. Waiter/Host was more interested in flirting with the girls on the table behind us than provide service, and he was speaking loudly on topics concerning women to be "protected" by men. The waiter/host also was speaking poor English and no Swedish. It was a terrible experience!

Currently staying here Not worth the money 1) no daily room make up, even though there are signs indicating this in the bathroom (towels etc)
2) coffee making ingredients in room however no kettle
3) web site promotes bar however forget it, no draught beer & poor drinks
4) room safe does not work
5) although the restaurant is closed the web site says nothing about having to go to another hotel for breakfast of which the quality is not great
5) staff not very helpful and on the verge of rude Definitely will not be staying here again nor recommending.

I just tried to cancel my booking with this hotel due to current world events and they refused to cancel my booking. I am extremely disappointed with the way they handled the situation.

Great location and nice breakfast but you can end up with room with NO WINDOWS. Rooms are small and chilly.
Claustrophobs beware — this is the place your nightmares are made on.

The rooms are cozy, the Icebar is wonderful, the breakfast buffet is delicious, and the staff here are very helpful. I've been here twice and I can't wait to com back again.

Location is unbeatable if you’re travelling and need to get to anywhere in Sweden. It’s right beside central station and the train to the airport is slightly to the left of the main entrance of the hotel. You can also get regional trains from that station, fabulously central it is! My room was quite small, but fine for one person. No windows but I was only there over one night so I didn’t mind. Had what I needed a bed, a TV and a toilet/shower room. I’ve been here a couple …of times and would gladly come back. Here’s my review: STAFF: 5/5

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights this week… The staff were great… the breakfast is fantastic and a visit to the Icebar is a must! A few things were not so good… the room we had was actually fine but we were seemingly upgraded to a suite but this definitely was not what I would call a suite — it was just a normal sized hotel room so don't know how small a regular room is… the housekeeping was a let down — we had been out all day and got back to hotel about 345pm to find room had not been cleaned then at 4pm a knock at the door but amazingly the next day when we were departing although checkout isn't till noon we get a knock on the door at 11am… it's a pity housekeeping hadn't got the timings/days the other way around… but the main annoyance I had was here is a hotel that has guests from all over the world and yes Sweden wants to go cashless but a hotel bar/restaurant should be the last place that only takes card payments… and the waitress said that we would find this the case in most places in town… lot of rubbish every other bar or eatery we went to happily accepted cash… I have said I would recommend hotel as there are good points too and FB don't do the stars anymore and I would say give the hotel a go… but would I return… not so sure.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent customer service. Our room was amazing and on the 6th floor. We would definitely stay there again.

Edit ***** The next morning we talk to someone else at the desk and they took care of us very nicely. They change the room without any charge and they give us a fan too. Really appreciate it for our last night here before taking the plane tomorrow. Thank you! We have 3 nights to stay there. First night, they give us a fan that doesn’t work and the room is really warm. When we try to have it change, the next morning, someone at the front tells us that they will take care of it. We come back at the hotel in the evening to see that the fan haven’t been change. We go back to the front desk and they tell us that they are out of fan and that there is nothing they can do, even if we are in a room without window and it’s 30 degrees. We ask to change the room if one is available with a window. They want to charge us more, even tho our room was already 135$ per night. I’m disappointed that you can’t offer a proper fan but you won’t change us for a room with window to accommodate us. Customer service is bad. It sad because so far, it was going well for the rest of things!

Nice hotel next to the central station. As another review said, should probably be two blankets in a 2 person room right away. Had a small nice room with a winter theme which were nice.

A top hotel, having its heart in the Icebar. Great Service, excellent breakfast. Romney classes are varying widely, so watch out that you don't book a room without a window! That's too strange. The other roomtypes are very spacious, but could receive a refreshment and renovation. Perfect located only 1minute away from the station and especially the express train.

Great location, lovely staff and excellent breakfast — suited a glutton like me very much and helped me save because I could not eat anything else the whole day!

Quite a nice hotel. Stayed here for work and had a day of meetings in their conference area. Meals were good, staff were friendly. Room was well sized and comfortable.

Overpriced as previous users have commented. I respect the eco and ethical concept that is explained at length in the pamphlet book, but otherwise not as noticeable in the hotel. There are some organic things at breakfast and the shampoo bottles say "eco" on them, but that's about it. Aside from that it's pretty much just a normal city centre hotel with tiny rooms and not horrible interior design.

Had the smallest room without a window, perfect for me as I just needed somewhere to sleep as I were attending a conference. Clean room, TV with accessible HDMI port, free and fast Wi-Fi, shower with good water pressure and a really nice breakfast. Recommended!

It is really good hotel to stay in Stockholm.

A hotel like this should not be allowed to sell such small rooms without windows! And they have 56 of them. I was unlucky with the price (SEK 4400 due to a major conference in town) but a bad experience even with half that price. Go to the waterfront or many other hotels instead.

Perfect location with price.

Nice clean hotel and located 10 steps from the Arlanda Express train. Breakfast had a lot to offer and tasted excellent although the interior of the breakfast area was not that compelling. The downside was when we in the booking asked for a baby crib but didn't get one.

Clean, new, cool, different. Asked for a cold room, and we got it. Located were the airport express trainstation.

Absolutely perfect location if you're visiting Google Stockholm. 3 minutes walk from the office and across the road from the airport express train. A little pricy, and the rooms are a little small, but that's pretty standard for Stockholm. The Ice Bar is *in the hotel*.

Fun to have been there once, but it is not that much to see. Fairly high price, but it does include a drink, and drinks in Stockholm are expensive.

So 190 sek for one ounce and a small room to figure life out and the next place to go after your drink. Not worth your time and money.

A small room, whose walls are lined with blocks of ice. Located directly in the hotel bar, so this imposes certain limitations. Paul-metal decking. At the entrance to put some semblance of Chukotka parks with mittens.
The price includes a glass of alcohol to choose from. Alcohol is served in ice glasses. In the bar there are several ice benches. All in all, not a bad Entourage. It is a pity only that through leânye walls were transparent Board.
