Great location, 100mtr from train station, small room, tiny shower, no air conditioning, very noisy with worker noise outside if you need the windows to be open for ventilation, good breakfast — a more modern place wouldn't have these issues… but you will pay more.

Location is great. Service and breakfast are good but rooms are small.

Very good hotel. Breakfast fresh and delicious. Was already in much more expensive hotels in Stockholm who did not have such a good breakfast. Unfortunately, the air conditioning is missing otherwise it would be five stars ⭐️

Beautiful hotel in wonderful location with excellent, friendly staff. But good luck if you’re stuck staying in the servants quarters they call double rooms — 2 single beds in a tiny room (even by Stockholm standards) one of which is a 3” Ikea mattress on a daybed (tall people beware). We ended up staying the night out of principle after spending so much money on the room but seriously considered leaving to stay anywhere else. Would only recommend if you are guaranteed one of the full size rooms.

The rooms are nice but small. Very comfortable. The view from the window is no, as the hotel is clamped among other buildings. The main minus is the cortonnye walls. The staff is friendly.

Very central and friendly Hotel. Breakfast buffet very full, but without any chocolate. All the staff nice and helpful. The metro and many buses nearby.
All kinds of shops next door. Perfect. In the same hotel there is a restaurant, specializing in Belgian cuisine.

For a couple of days of arrival will come down the car gagging in 3 minutes. From the bus station you can get to the airport do not confuse from there you can get to two different airports.

Great location, though a little hidden in an alley. The room we rented was inexpensive and in excellent condition upon arrival, also the employees have been very sweet and helpful to us. I'd definitely consider staying there again the next time I'm in Stockholm.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are small but you should know that when you book here already. Small but very comfortable. I had a single bed in the efficiency room but it was exceptionally comfortable. Love the old time style. And the location can't be beat right by the central station. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only negatives were my room was a bit drafty in the winter time and the eggs at breakfast weren't very good. Would stay here again tho especially in the warmer months.

I have visited Freys three times this year and now I have three cute teddy bears at my house. Besides the adorable teddies, your location and price-quality ratio is the best in Stockholm City. You also have very nice personnel, for example there are always friendly receptionists who remember my room number, nevertheless how tired I am after having a good party night. :) I recommend you for all of my friends. The bathroom should have been a bit cleaner. Lime stains and the drain smelled. We'll be back. :-)

A chic boutique hotel right at the centre of Stockholm. Extremely close to the main station and there are so many options around including shopping, restaurant, bars and cafes. Rooms are very tidy and well-decorated. Also, the elevators are very vintage and interesting.

Great little hotel, really quaint and so ideally situated for the train stations, great shopping and the old town. Brilliant breakfast with amazing selection on offer too which set us up perfectly for a long stroll around town. We enjoyed our stay, thanks!

Very nice hotel, excellent beers available, well decorated rooms and very comfortable bed. The hotel is also very quiet, close to the Arlanda Express station, and the staff is friendly and very sympathetic.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Cozy room had everything we needed, centrally located yet quiet. Helpful and smiley staff.

Very convenient location from the station, with good breakfast and reasonable room size and sufficient amenities. There is a small sink with a microwave inside the room. You can reserve a sauna bath as well which free of charge. All staffs are very friendly. Only issue is the furniture is a bit old.

The service was absolutely wonderful! Every single staff member speaks fluent English and is more than willing to help. The room we (2 persons, double bed) had was pretty small but this isn't surprising considering it's a city hotel. It's also very very close to the main train station and the hop-on-hop-off buses stop directly in front of the hotel. You can also reach the 'old city' by feet and on the way cross the main shopping street. The hotel is very central. The breakfast was very good as well, with a big variety and also a good variety for allergists, with for example soy milk etc. The only con would probably be the shower, since it's just a shower head on the wall in the small bathroom and therefore, when taking a shower, the whole bathroom gets a little flooded, but it wasn't too bad. We would nevertheless recommend this hotel!

Good location and close to the city center, great for shopping. The reception is nice, and a hostess speaks a little French the rooms are cosy and the bedding exceptional. Your back will say thank you. Original but convenient bathroom.

Close to the station, the city centre and the main shopping street. But at the same time in a quiet side street. Good bar downstairs, a huge selection of beers for all tastes. Internet, sauna, good buffet in the morning.
The cheapest rooms are small in size, but the feeling is still good, not "David". The room on the top floor with a great view.
The friendly staff knows English.
So recommend.
