The best family hotel with with the best breakfast.

Friendly staff. Good rooms and nice bathroom.
only minus (as almost every other hotels) there are nothing to place shampoo etc on in the shower. the hotel is placed good for walking to the most tourists attractions.
the parking is very expensive in this area (10+ eur/hour). Try to get an offer from the hotel.

A perfect hotel in the heart of Stockholm.

The rooms are small and if twin beds then the beds even smaller, and bed uncomfortable. Lack of ventilation in room and couldn’t open window cause too noisy with Main Street noise and was too cold anyway to have window open, no individual heating control in room. Guest info book in room says there is guest computer with printer and internet access but when asked at reception they said “no there isn’t” and they didn’t know it said that in guest info book. Breakfast was good assortment but didn’t really feel like breakfast after such a bad night sleep.

Exceptional service by charming and obliging front desk. Will definitely book there again if ever I am in Stockholm. Single room a little small but when they moved me to a double room it was super. Thank you to everyone for making it a pleasure.

Location was great, right in downtown. Breakfast is pretty good, but similar hotels nearby has better. Room needs some improvement; we were told we can't control the AC in the room, and air was stuffy. Room also had a damp smell. Shower room door doesn't block water from below. Our room faced the street and had significant road noise.

Great location near the arlanda express station, friendly staff, and nice rooms. I'd recommend to upgrade to a deluxe room as the standard and single rooms are small like dorm rooms. Only issue is that we couldn't cool the room off enough at night and slept pretty hot. Breakfast was adequate but nothing to be excited about.

Great hotel, nice staff. I'd suggest you spring for the larger room. One of our travel mates was in the smaller room (single) and it is quite tight. The next room up is spacious! The included breakfast was ok as well.

Stayed from Tuesday to Friday for a nearby conference. Great location for a hotel. Very central, and it was easy to get pretty much everywhere we wanted to. Rooms were good and the Wi-Fi was pretty fast. The breakfast was decent, but I wasn't a huge fan. The eggs tasted kind of sweet.

A very central location, a nice lobby to sit at, generous verity at breakfast buffet, very friendly and helpful staff, at reception or breakfast. I had a standard double room, simple and fine design, elegant even. Roomy enough, a bit noisy but understandable due to location. One silly thing is the shower, which is just too small, so when. U open the water u r immediately wet. Not wisely planned, because it's not due to lack of space… A nice addition — breakfast is until 11h Saturdays and 12h Sundays, plus Sunday is optional to check out up to 18h, a huge advantage if u r flying back late.

A hotel that I feel I can strongly recommend for both the location, near the station, both for the rooms and for the cleanliness. The breakfast is super abundant both salty and sweet which is served until 11 and the week until 12. Great!

Have been there for Easter for 3 nights. The location of the hotel is very convenient, 2 minutes away on foot from Central Station. The hotel staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was decent and the price as well.

Good restaurant, clean rooms, normal size, very good breakfast. Definitely would visit also second time. Suitable for business, good location not far from Central Station, connection to Arlanda Airport. Business districts close by. Parks for jogging also close. Recommended!

Exceptional hotel with excellent customer service. Wi-Fi was good never had any problems. The Bar and Restaurant had some of the best food I ever ate. Everything was in walking distance such as the Old Town and Vasa Museum. The only negative would be the room and bed was a little small.

An amazing, visually striking hotel, courteous staff, and a great location right next to Stockholm Central Station. The breakfast in the adjacent restaurant is also a great feature.

Great central location in Stockholm, easy to walk to from the Arlanda Express with luggage if you are flying in. From here we were able to take the metro adjacent to all the major landmarks. Also provides an amazing breakfast with lots of fresh food. Room was comfy and clean. Bed and pillows good quality.

Excellent location, a block from Stockholm Central Station. Helpful staff, nice rooms, and a comfortable bed. The breakfast spread was also excellent, plenty of options (more than others). Only hit was the 'fitness' room that had just one bike and one row machine, and the bike was out if order. I would definitely stay there again though.

Conveniently located at the central. Central station is just a 3 minute walk. Shops and restaurants all over the place. The room I stayed in was a new one and it was spacious enough. The service was great, the staff were knowledgeable and very helpful, I had no problem communicating to them. Only disappointed that they didnt have a gym only an exercise room with a rowing machine.

The hotel is well located, close to all attractions and transportation, clean and safe, room could use some update. The problem is that this hotel have no AC, they might not need for 350 days of the year but when I was there last summer, it was hot and having no AC we needed to open up the window for air, and being on a major street were people stay out all night, you will not have a good night sleep, in my book that is a must while traveling, second problem is if you have a car you need to find a parking garage somewhere since the hotel do not have a parking garage.

This was a great Hotel right in the centre of Stockholm. It was clearly signposted from Central station so if you get the train from the main airport in Stockholm you cannot miss it. The rooms were small but very we'll furnished. Remember you are central Stockholm within half an hour walk of the old town. The breakfast was great with wide selection of foods. You will not be disappointed with this Hotel.

Never go to stay to this hotel. You will have negative emotions and spoiled vacation. I put my suit-case in the luggage room when I left, after a few days I came back and my suit-case was thrown. When I asked where is my stuff, the personnel said: "There was nothing valuable inside your suit-case, so we threw it". I talked to the manager and asked for the compensation but she was very rude, interrupted me, she didn't listen to me and threatened me with police. Unbelievable! They didn't have the right to go inside my suit-case at all.

Great location close to main train and bus station. Very helpful staff. Within walking distance of plenty of sites in Stockholm. I would stay there again.

The hotel is average for its price but the location is fantastic as it is only a block away from the central train station. They have a minimalistic gym and you can buy vouchers to a fully equipped gym close by. The breakfast buffet is adequate and meets what I would expect from such a hotel. The building is old and beautiful and tastefully decorated.

I just needed something easy and safe for a post business trip visit. A single room was plenty of space for one person and very clean and well kept. The price was sensational — $100 per night + tax. Having just come from some high end hotels, I was worried but this place was very nice and comfortable. Stockholm is very convenient to get to from the airport via the express train — the Adlon is a block away and easy walking distance to top sights. Windows are closed so I cannot comment on noise and I have a garden room. I'd say most hotels would have noise with the windows open — it's a city.

Great location and value for money.

Comfortable hotel in convenient location. No restaurant thus no room-service. Prepare to leave for food. On the plus side, the popular hamburger restaurant Max is just across the street.
