It's a great hotel. Good service. Good breakfast.

I didn't stay here, only had a few meeting and a dinner but the service we received was excellent. The dinner was superb. No idea what the rooms are like but judging by the meeting room facilities and the restaurant, it's got to be good.

If anybody is trying to find good deals on hotels visit HoteIRᴀven. Com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! Tidy and modern rooms. Very good breakfast buffet. There was a chef making omelets on demand at breakfast and you had to wait a while if there was a lot of people eating at the same time. Quality food overall and it was worth the wait.

This was a wonderful hotel in a great location. It's just a short walk to the tourist sights in Gamla Stan. And a short walk to a good variety of non-touristy restaurants in Sodermalm. The hotel breakfast buffet offered a huge selection of food, available until 11 a. M. For late risers. Our room was very quiet despite the busy traffic of Stockholm nearby. I highly recommend staying here.

No fridge or cold bar. Small rooms, uncomfortable bathroom. Free drinks only for special rooms, not for everyone. There's no wardrobe. There's nowhere to put the suitcase away. No coffee machine. You can't open the windows completely. Good location. It's a comfortable bed.

It's a beautiful location, a panoramic view from the window. Pleasantly surprised by the presence of a Russian-speaking girl at the front desk, which for free raised us the category of room, adding access to the lounge area. A varied breakfast, however, Hilton in this regard is always at a high level.

The marble effect bathroom in our room was beautiful. The staff are lovely and despite it being cold outside the temperature of the room was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Only downside would be that out room was a little bit far but you could request a more accessible room.

Well situated and accessible to most of the major tourist attractions in the city via public transit or walking. Decent views but also less than ideal positioning as the hotel basically sits directly over train lines and major traffic so feels constantly busy directly outside the window. The rooms themselves are decent but even with upgraded reservations the amenities are fairly limited and showers are poorly constructed as water leaks everywhere. Fantastic breakfast though. Worth exploring other hotels given the expensive price point of this place.

Okay, but certainly not a Nobel hotel. Small clean rooms, 80s US charm with golden applications and lots of precious wood. If you are looking for Trump-style and would like to pay a lot of money for a room, you are in good hands here. For everyone else, there are worlds of modern hotels at the same price in Stockholm.

Excellent location. Breakfast very good. At least our room somewhat abgehalftert. Therefore only 4 stars.

As a tour guide I had several people who stayed at Hilton. Everyone was happy and they said they paid almost like a three star at certain times of the year. Either way for the 2018 I would choose Sheraton at the same price. Close to Hilton There are some public works and there may be little inconvenience.

The name Hilton is wrong at the place.
It's not worth the price. Old and run down.

Sensational breakfast and sooo near the tourist area with excellent and nice restaurants in the area.

The hotel is good and comfortable. We booked a room with sea view, which is beautiful. It has a good location. We could even walk to old town. It’s also near subway station. Highly recommend!

Nice location, just off the river. Beautiful view from the coffee shop and river facing rooms. Walking distance from the old City. Lots of options to eat and drink around the hotel. Pubs and night life mere minutes away.

Really nice with rooms that have the view of the city and location of the hotel a five minute walk to the old town. The staff are friendly and prepared. You can dine at the restaurant attached to the zero floor.

As always I enjoy staying at this centrally located hotel. Nice & comfy restaurant and bar with good food. Located near Old Town and the South side with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Breakfast is very good offering great variety. Ask for a room with view, and you will face the waterfront and Old town roof tops.

Customer service isn't good in Sweden but it is amazing here! We upgraded ourselves to a balcony room with a view. They gave us a corner room which was spacious. Bed was not very large but was fine. Bathroom was beautiful (marble) and had heated floors and a towel heater. Breakfast was amazing. Will be coming back!

Hotel room was extremely comfortable, the bed and pillows were perfect. Room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and had plenty of bread options, cold cuts, hot items, a waffle maker, a chef making scrambled eggs, yogurt, and cereals. Plenty to select from forms drink, they even have a juicer and fruits for you to make your own juice. Location was great. Easy access walk to subway, attractions and shops. The view from our room was beautiful too.

Excellent location the executive rooms with access to the lounge are well furnished and complete with every comfort with great value for money the attentive and caring staff especially with the Hilton honors Guest, the lounge could be implemented especially For choice proposals and also of staff that despite you do in four difficulties to satisfy all guests! Nice the fireplace in Scandinavian style!

An excellent location for tourists with top rate service.

The hotel is split into 3 towers for rooms, with common reception/basement levels. The room was fairly standard Hilton. My two minimum requirements were fulfilled: Bed was comfortable & shower was hot. I didn't use the exec lounge, or have breakfast so can't comment on those. I did attempt to use the fitness center, but it was too busy — seemed to be quite popular as a private fitness club. What I can say is it seemed fairly small — a few of each cardio machine, and free weights. I couldn't see any signs of sauna or steam room. In terms of location I found it quite convenient. Close to many shops, restaurants and stations. I've stayed at other hotels in Stockholm before. Maybe a bit more basic in terms of styling, but for me, had better value.

Fantastic hotel. Paid not too much more but staying in a great room with 2 TVs, living room space, in room iron / ironing board and heating floor in the bathroom! One of the TVs had a spare HDMI cable out which is a nice touch. Restaurant has views over the water and also has a gym and sauna. Would stay again!

I’m surprised with some higher reviews! Some people need to travel a little more. This place is literally a 3 staff hotel dressed under the brand Hilton. Rooms are small, shabby and dated. Lounge has nothing more than soft drinks and nuts. As a diamond member they r fuse to upgrade you. Dinner menu is the worst I have seen and the food quality is best of poor and disgusting. Marble bathrooms are great and the large shared gym with the public is good. Besides that — this place is a disgrace to the Hilton name.

Hotel Hilton! Name says it all… It's located in Slussen, Stockholm, close to the waterfront, offering a majestic view. It's quite well maintained and a good place for hosting events.

Stockholm is beautiful, alive and full of cultural interests. At the beginning of October I suffered a little ' the cold. Maybe better to go there late spring. Definitely is to visit.

I was a bit concerned based on other reviews but my 4 night stay was terrific. I'd say the executive lounge isn't up to Par (that's Hilton's fault) but the staff, the breakfast, the bar and the woman who cleaned my room all exceeded my expectations Thanks for a nice stay.

Quite expensive for what it is e. G. £200 for a standard room overlooking an office block without breakfast. Room service food is below average. Good location and transport links.

Very clean hotel with a nice breakfast with many options. Close to old Town in Stockholm so it's a fantastic location for touring the city. Just a walk away are the hop on/hop off tour boats as well as the archipelago tour boats.

Nice facilities but they seem to underequiped and/or staffed. Only one corkscrew openener in the entire hotel? I waited 20 minutes for it and still needed to physically go down to reception to ensure they found one that I could only borrow under supervision, as they needed it back. Breakfast provides was tasty but only comped because of gold status. No other perks were provided.

Check in was fast done by nice and welcoming staff. Room was clean and comfy with desk and chair for work. Used valey parking which made it simple. Rich breakfast with a wide selection of both warm and cold food. As hotel was full it was a bit busy in breakfast area but noise level was not disturbing. Breakfast area had a great view over the water across to the Old Town. Willing to return everyday of the week.

Clean and well located between the old Town and the south of the city. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Access to the other islands facilitated by the boat within a 10 minute walk.

Very clean rooms, great floor heating for a Scandinavian weather. The breakfast is heavenly, staffs are nice at checkin. Generally, my experience depicts the promise by Hilton standard — thanks to all reception and breakfast staffs!

My best friend and I are here to celebrate my birthday, although the hotel location is very good, I think the price is too high. Price does not include breakfast, only a few staff are attentive. Most of the bar waiters and doormen very well. There is an Office Manager is very good at night, after the wrong Bill provides breakfast for us as compensation. If I go back to Stockholm, I will live in other places.

Excellent hotel. We stayed here during a long weekend escapade and we loved the room, the service and the location.

Very nice stay. Friendly staff. Clean every where. I liked it although veg options are limited that is no showstopper.

I got into the room and it hadn't been cleaned. There were papers on the floor, stuff left open in the mini fridge, water left in the water heater. The breakfast is ok, but repetitive, and it stops being served too early in the morning. The night room delivery menu is a joke. The Wi-Fi is one of the worst ones I have ever had to deal with in a hotel. Their only available sparkling water is disgusting.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Excellent executive suite, friendly front office staff. Great location and accessibility to the Slussen and Gamlastan area — I'll definitely be staying here again.

Hotel is with great location. On arrival we were upgraded to a room with gorgeous view, which was quite a nice touch. Our room was clean and spacious, with modern bathroom. Breakfast was extremely delicious, with great variety of cereals, breads, dairy products and fruits. We will definitely come back here on our next staying.

Great hotel to enjoy the fantastic view across to Gamla Stan and Djurgården. Rooms were extremely cosy and staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. Rooms on the executive floors give you opportunity to choose between extensive breakfast buffet in the restaurant or smaller selection in the cosier surroundings of the executive lounge. The evening buffet in the lounge is enough so you won't need to go out for a dinner. Wonderful stay and great experience.

We stayed here for 2 nights in a beautiful room with great views of the Old Town. The Metro station is only 5 minutes away. The airport is also conveniently close to the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was modern, clean and cosy. Breakfast was rich and tasty. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Great and spacious rooms that were clean and modern; the beds were however a bit on the stiff side. Good gym which is open 24/7 and a wonderful breakfast buffé. Service was outstanding and I will for sure stay here again.

Positive: location of this hotel, not that far from Gamla Stan and the city center. Polite service. Negative: — Very small rooms, and almost no room in wardrobes for our clothes. — Moreover, it is a very noisy place, do not expect to sleep well. The air conditioning in our room was broken, and the rooms are poorly ventilated. Thus, the only possibility was to open windows to let some fresh air into the room. I was lucky to find earplugs in my baggage which helped to sleep me during this long week in Hilton hotel. — After we opened the windows, we were shocked by seeing cigarettes butts in window frames, this was really disgusting for a 5 star hotel. — There is also no swimming pool in this hotel. Sauna was out of order. — Wi-fi Internet vouchers (yes it was really annoying to enter every 24h a new network code to access the Internet). I cannot understand how this hotel is supposed to be a 5 star hotel?! It is probably only because of its name. To summarize, it is one of the worst Hilton hotels around the world.
