Very unfair hotel. We booked a room with no free cancellation as we never cancelled our trips before. Due to the coronavirus, we couldn't travel to Sweden and governmental websites from Sweden recommended not to travel for other than necessary reasons. Hotel wouldn't refund the money or even offer to stay another time. Very bad customer service and no sensitivity regarding the situation. They seem to be only after the money and not customer satisfaction. Wouldn't recommend to go there. As we didn't stay there, we couldn't even post a review on booking. Com.
➜ Room not redone at 14h. Impossible to open the windows to air the room. The elevator does not serve all floors.

Very unfair hotel. We had booked for July without cancellation. Due to the extraordinary corona situation, our flight was cancelled and the travel warning was not lifted due to increasing infection numbers. The hotel was unwilling to accept a later appointment, arguing that no borders were closed.
