This hotel is just disgusting. Blood stains on the sheets, cockroaches in the beds, and the place doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned since it was made. DO NOT book this hotel, you could not pay me to stay here again. When we asked about the cockroaches, rather than sorting it himself (or changing our room), the owner simply proceeded to spray our sheets with insect killer, then leave us the can. Leaving us with the task of clearing the room of roaches and changing the now contaminated sheet. Following this the owner came back to our room and ridiculously requested that we write him a good review. The rooms are also about 50% more expensive than much cleaner but similar rooms with breakfast elsewhere in Trincomalee. Do yourself a favour and book one of the many others.
This place is not suitable to go they dont know how to treat guests, no parking space had to park in steet and lied about parking before booking. They talked very bad manner put so many rectrictions aftet arrival. Had to argive time to time. Worst experiece ever had. No any view as displayed and restricted to open windows.
