Trincomalee District Hotels

We decided to celebrate my partner’s 40th birthday at DSK, and it could not have been a better decision. From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of extraordinary.

If you're looking for a tranquil, beautiful place to stay this hotel can't be beaten. We stayed in a Beach Bliss room with private pool which was very private.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to families. The entire staff was incredibly kind, polite, and helpful throughout our visit.

This resort is truly exceptional in every aspect—from the warm welcome and seamless check-in experience to its stunning beachfront setting, excellent facilities, cleanliness, and great service esp.

A wonderful hotel with equally wonderful staff. Very attentive and always smiling.
The rooms were clean. Outside it was peaceful and quiet with a wonderful beach front restaurant.

A Perfect Coastal Escape – Nilaveli Beach Hotel.

Had a truly luxurious stay in Trincomalee at Uga Jungle Beach. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt exclusive and thoughtfully curated.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Uga Jungle Beach.

We spent 10 wonderful days at Nilaveli Ayurveda Resort, and it was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had.

Really enjoyed my stay at the resort. The staff, doctors and management were really good nothing to fault. They looked after me really well and the treatments are very effective.

"Great stay High Park Hotel in Trincomalee! 😊
Stayed 2 nights (Jan 29-31 2026) and was impressed with the helpful staff and clean rooms. Manager was super nice!

We’ve just enjoyed a wonderful 5 night stay at this gem of a hotel.

Very clean rooms and beds weee very comfortable. Lovely pool. Food was very tasty with lots of variety. Staff were very accommodating. Highly recommend.

The hotel was great in every way! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool was a nice addition and it was in good condition. The food was tasty and the gluten-free diet was taken into account.

This hotel is a real jewel, located just 2 minutes walk from the beautiful Nilaveli beach itself.

We spent a wonderful week in pineapple house at Bella nilaveli with our 6 year old son.

My last minute change of accomodation proved to be a wonderful move. Just be aware the location of this resort is isolated so make sure you have whats needed from the main township before arrival.

Had a great stay at Anukama! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The swimming pool was also clean and enjoyable.

Friendly staff very clean Environment… rooms are very spacious and clean… food was very nice… highly recommended…

Normally I do not write reviews for anything But this ‘Amaranthe bay resort & spa’ definitely deserves a review That’s because starting from the hospitality, simply saying perfect more than enough.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced, which made it great value for money.

I stayed here for a month and had a wonderful experience. The hotel manager, Chithra, went above and beyond with exceptional customer service.

Amazing place that stole our heart, small but very nice hotel where they treat you like their friend and deliver service always with a very genuine smile, they go above and beyond and nothing you ask

This place is excellent for staying. The sea view rooms are the best option as most exciting part is looking at the sea from your room. In a clear day you can see the sun rise.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights and were extremely satisfied with everything.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The accommodation is nice, the rooms are clean, each has its own terrace on which you can sit pleasantly.

Very nice hotel right on the beach. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The excellent cuisine is particularly noteworthy.

An absolutely amazing property. The location is perfect and offers a wonderful atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

Overall our experience was good, I think it’s worth what you pay cause it was a cheap stay. But I believe you can find better options in Nilaveli.

My fiancée and I had a wonderful stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The staff are so kind and helpful, go out of their way to meet your needs.

Had an amazing experience at Villa Hotel, Trincomalee! ✨
We celebrated our 100K milestone here and did a cake cutting—it was truly a special moment.

This is my first time coming to Srilanka especially on a solo trip and I must say this hotel made my trip 100x better.

I had an excellent one night stay here. The elderly man took so kindly care of me, felt like home. The room is spacious, clean and the decorative wooden windows were a plus.

Great place in Trincomalee. We stayed there in the first week of Dec 2025. The place is well maintained and clean. Special thank you to both staff for their kindness and attention to detail.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and all the facilities worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a nice calm place to stay. A very friendly service they provided and the room was also very clean.
But the bathrooms are very small.

Wonderful place for me! finally I have Kettle and glasses in the room, the size of the room and private bathroom is perfect, plus they have drinking water provided, Wifi is working well, balcony is

I'm giving 5 stars just because these are such helpful, lovely and honest people. Good people make the stay great. Neville and Siila are wonderful.

I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Trincomalee. It was so well situated to the town and the beach.

The owner was very friendly and made our stay easy — he even picked some fresh coconuts straight from the palm tree for the kids.

One of the best places in Uppuveli! ☀️🤩
We loved it there! Location is excellent, right on the beach sorrounded by coconut trees and facing the ocean.

I had a lovely stay at French Garden Regish Beachfront Hotel, and it truly lived up to its name. The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beachfront, with the sea just steps away.

Nice location. Loved the beach and easy access. Food was good.

My girlfriend and I spent one week here at So J and it was great, exactly what we hoped for. The rooms were large and comfortable with good A/C and the breakfast was delicious each morning.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The traditional breakfast was well prepared and generous portions.
The room was clean and tidy but an additional chair would be convenient.

Spacious squeaky clean rooms with comfy beds off the main Habarana road, so convenient for the town but quiet. Excellent Wi-Fi too.

Thank you Malith and the M&M Diving team for an unforgettable experience! 🤿
The trip underwater was absolutely amazing, such a beautiful world beneath the surface.

We had a phenomenal stay at Under Water Safaris Hotel. Comfortable and spacious room with balcony, restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner all within a 1 minute walk to the beach!
