This place is so special. Get to know the owner, prasanth, as he is such a special guy. I would even consider him a good friend now as he welcomed me into his place as if I was a guest in his home. He truly cares that you have a great time!

This was a best place I slept in Trincomalee, nice, clean, I got discount 50% as it is off season, the owner family is very kind and nice, tye son, who takes care of guests is talkative and very carying, he stayed up long for me, so I could come also after closing into hostel. It is in nice street A pity I stayed only 1 night, I trully recommend the place.

Shady Haven. This place is regularly booked even off season. This mother and son business thinks about all your needs. Very clean, comfortable and always working to improve. The Wi-Fi really does work as do the hot showers, a/c. But most importantly for me is the lovely shaded areas to sit, many of the newer places just don't have enough shade.
