Really disappointed servise even there receptionists are not talking properly no management at all rooms are not clean and not proper arrangement before they give us rates are higher than the servise they offer also no dialog 4g signel and we can't access there free Wi-Fi worst ever… we stayed beach hotel it was awesome and reasonable price and delecieus meals if you want reasonable price, delecieus food and comfortable rooms then I strongly recomended nilaveli beach hotel but they have pork dishes that's the problem.

It was a lovely & awesome experience for us. lovely, friendly & more helpful staff members & their services much appreciated. Foods are super delicious calm, attractive environment. Thank you all again for this superb hospitality…. Love this place so much. JKAB hotels & Resort 😍❤️ Highly Recommended.

We stayed at jkab beach resort, it was a very good place, child friendly place, where we stayed with two kids less than 5yrs, so it was a very good place with all the facilities, and the food was delicious, there were varities of food in the buffet, so would recommend to anyone❤️❤️❤️

Poor front office staff and food was horrible. If you say tell me a worst hotel that you have visited in your life time its JKAB resort. We pissed off for the payment that we paid and we left earlier because of poor services.

I m really so cheap about the communication that they had with us and the service they offered. So disappointed with the service what they offered. And I won't recommend this for my friend. Please train front office staff how to handle customers.

I stayed here for three days, I was asked at the end of my stay how I would like to pay so I said by cash. When I looked at my account they had charged me on my card as well. It’s been 3 weeks now even though I have given all my card details no money has been refunded. I will now be getting my back involved and they can deal with this. Please if you stay here don’t give them your card details.

Beautiful hotel. A very spacious garden with a gorgeous view. The restaurant is simply EXCELLENT. Tasty food reasonable price. Certainly recommend. Will definitely return.

Pleasant swimming pool and private beach. Buffet food was most of the times cold. Room was ok, bathroom subpar.

Plesent place, clean, and the good food. Only tried the Chinese and srilankan food and it's very good. There is small selection of continental plates but there is enough variety that no one will go hungry. The beach is about a 5 minutes taxi ride (~0.75$us). The hotel can arrange it if you ask. The beach at the JKAB Beach Resort is fantastic.

Very well maintained resort with friendly staff and excellent ameneties. We had a great time at this resort with our rooms located by the pool and 50 feet away from the private beach. The food at the restaurant was great for the most part and of course one sbould choose based on their preferences. All in all, a very pleasant experience considering the pigeon island trip as well. Definitely will return.

There were minor quibbles with the room such as I'll fitting doors that don't open properly and a minor issue with ants but all in all the rooms are lovely. We stayed in a pool side lodging which was equipped with air conditioning, a fridge and a tv. The pool is a mere 3 metres from the door. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were especially welcoming. The food is great whether it be a la carte or their buffet options which come it at around 700 — 900 per person per meal. We didn't mind so much but worth noting that the maids only came on one day and we had to make a special request for toilet paper. The pool is almost bath temperature and not too busy. They are extending the hotel and building a lot more rooms so it will be interesting to see how crowded the communal spaces become. All in all great value for money, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Really nice hotel with a nice location. Beach was awesome. Rooms were clean. Front rooms has a beach view which is amazing. Food was good. But I feel itz bit expensive. Had a lovely time.

Beautiful location, Good food and helpful staff! We love the surrounding and the sea view rooms & family rooms have better facilities. Enjoyed the stay with my family. Recommending!

Not so happy with the choice of food and guest service.
It’s a nice place needs to improve quality and standard at a resort.
I suffered 2 hours with my little brother and friend
Without water in the bathroom
And they were not even bothered to attend to the matter.
Had to continuously call and push them to fix the matter.
Later found out that the water tank was not filled
So disappointing
I was stressed out with some guest behaving as well.

Hotel is good located but services poor and no good accommodation for drivers.

I love this place. If you are going to trinco… Then this is the place to be. Food the people the stay and how can you forget the sunrise. A beautiful place to be. Loved it!

The Hotel is very close to the beach. Standing acceptable to the country. Comfort with air conditioning and ventilation. Highly chlorinated pool.
The beach in front of you. The waves… Pidgeon Island not far for lovers of swimming in corals.
Standard meal. Don't hesitate to go around in the small restaurants to eat fish.

The location is really beautiful. Stayed in a cabana type room. I stayed for two nights. Not really impressed on the taste of food and service.

Beachside accommodation with pool. Very clean room and bathroom. The restaurant is fantastic and the staff and attentive. We enjoyed our stay.

Dexter and his team of young staff members worked hard to keep us feeling welcome. With the beach close at hand watching the fishermen land their boats and then their catch was good fun. The building work that was going on was well controlled and did not detract from our enjoyment.

Good place good food only issue is after 10.00 pm hotel gates are closed and u can't go out.

More facinating place. Well enough treats & service. Good enough facilities to deliver service for 1000 guests at once. But pls have a better focus on hotel entrance. It looks much ugly in rainy days. Except this absolutely can be rated for all 5 stars above.

Hello. Be cairful with receptionist about the rates they offered. They are really cheating exchanging money, room rate, and writing the bill. Thay try to cheat you and take more money. Also small room vere bad. Smell. No good service.

This is a nice place to spent your free time in Trincomalee. They have a good breakfast. But the rooms are bit small (sea view).

The staff is very polite, anything you ask they will do. The place is very clean. They don't have blankets in the room but you just need to ask and they will bring, also you can see here the local fishermen catching the fish, we helped them and they gave us 3 fish and we coocked it in the restaurant. Fully recomend.

I stayed at one of their Cabanas. I was not happy with the experience. I wanted to show others the reality before they mislead with the advertising and fake reviews. At least the the hotel will correct these and provide a better service. *Bathrooms are very small and basic. They only provide the soap and you will have to bring you own shampoo and conditioner. *No Wi-Fi inside or out (you might be lucky to get a very slow connection in the outside the room) *No hot water. *Very limited space inside if you're planning to have a family or 4 people. * if you are planning on doing Snorkeling, whale or dolphin watching please use outside service. They are very expensive. * Even the restaurant is doesn't have the feel of what you pay.

View of the hotel is superb. Small but clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent food and service. Staff is very friendly.

A huge potential at this place. Prime location next to the beach and fairly close to many Trinco attractions. And a lot of space to expand or do whatever. The Cabins and Villas are great with the wooden finish (not sure how they'd look with wear and tear a few years on though), a really nice pool with a pool bar and great friendly staff. Dinner was passable but breakfast was a hit. Ample sleeping room in the family rooms but not much space for anything else. A double cabin with ocean view would be the best bet here.

One of the best resort in Trincomalee. The staff was so friendly and the Manager Mr Thomas Baptist was very helpful during our stay. The service provided by the resort was simply amazing. The breakfast was very tasty and with different dishes. The private beach was awesome. We really had wonderful time in the resort. Thank you JKAB beach resort staff.

One of the best places in trincomalee. We were group of 7 boys and we booked the JKAB BEACH RESORT last week. The staff were so friendly. Service was simply amazing. Food was best. The manager was kind enough to allow us to stay in the swimming pool even in the night. The private beach was awesome. The staff made special arrangements for us in the beach even in the night time. Had the best time. The memories will be cherished forever. Thank you jkab beach resort.
