Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. All the food was cooked perfectly, I would definitely recommend the paella and the cocktails.

In a suite lovely spacious Netflix too.

Staff was so helpful! Wi-Fi worked great. Didnt end up using it but was pleasantly surprised to see an actual kitchen. A lot of trouble getting service in the restaurant. Like, A LOT of trouble. The room was amazing tho. Couldn't have asked for better. View down below on the street was incredible.

Pack spa with dinner, the Spa is not bad, it is small and has the right, but it is new and if you're lucky and you're alone…. The dinner set menu very regulera, excessively heavy but nothing tasty, the best thing the Valencian salad…

This hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of the city and has everything you could possibly need. The rooms are modern, comfortable and beautifully equipped. We are thoroughly enjoying staying here. It is excellent. I would definitely recommend it.

Everything perfect and flawless. Reserve the hotel attracted by the punctuation so good that it has in all the portals of reservations and comments of the internet and the truth that a SUCCESS. The hotel is perfect has everything and the ubiocacion unbeatable. The restaurant is very good, we servirieron very well, fast, and always with a smile and the food was very very good. To repeat.

I booked a spa offer and food in the restaurant of the hotel. I changed the terms without prior notice. I book on a Saturday, I was informed that they had removed the weekends and that the reason for the change was due to the high demand. Customer service lousy and seriously no.

Hotel located in the centre of Valencia, a stone's throw from the most interesting artistic sites. Very efficient and clean structure. Bright rooms with a modern and functional design. SPA fee and 2x1 valid for the first entrance. The staff was very helpful Maybe it would have been nicer to give the first entrance to the SPA homage to the couple and not the 2x1, ditto for the welcome aperitif. Details that often make a difference…

Groupon deal for Spa and 3 course meal. Spa was nice but steam room wasn't in operation. Three course was great had some good options but not a great selection for vegetarians.

We had a spa and restaurant reservation. When we arrived at the spa, we were informed that the sauna was not working and they were not able to inform us before we went to at least be able to decide whether to change the booking date knowing for days that it was not going. The restaurant and the menu, very good just like the treatment of the waiters.

Location in the heart of the city. Spacious room with large bed, modern decor, all very new and clean. Take it easy. It has a kitchen with all the essentials. Spa and garage. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very central location, triple room with good space all in good condition, very clean and very comfortable beds, despite being in front of the market very quiet, I will return, price quality highly recommended.

The perfect place to eat at home in the very heart of the centre of València. All homemade and terrific. It looks like an expensive place, but nothing farther from the reality, the value for money is very good!

Cosy Hotel located in the heart of València, a few meters from the Central market and the Lonja. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, well air-conditioned, very well insulated from the sound of the street and are new. We stayed in one that has a small balcony that gives the market and by which the sunlight comes in, very nice. Breakfast is spectacular, varied and very spacious, with table service. Their workers are professionals and offer close and friendly treatment. We went in Fallas, and they had the detail of leaving a pair of handkerchiefs in the room with a note from the director. To repeat and recommend.

Staff very attentive, rooms spacious and very clean. Everything looks very new. We didn't use the Spa. Perfect location for exploring the old town. Many restaurants in the surrounding area and in front of the Central Market.

Great from the very first moment we've been welcomed at the reception. Nice room and super-friendly staff. We got a birthday present too! The location is right next to the central market. We will definately come back!

Hotel was lovely — comfortable and well equipped room BUT the restaurant was absolutely appalling. On arrival (at 6 pm) the waiter was not sure if if food was available. Kept waiting for 5 minutes and was told that we could order. The food was not as ordered and not allegation we had wanted. We were then informed that there was an issue with cooking facilities — we should have been told on arrival We were then presented with a bill for the full amount — when we challenged this it was slightly reduced by 4 Euros! The food was substandard, expensive and not what we had expected — will never return.

Great room and location. But I would remove the spa for a stemming pool.

First impressions were a very upmarket hotel. The receptionist went above and beyond. He was brilliant, extremely helpful and polite. He took our passports to scan, wished me a happy birthday after seeing it was my birthday and then explained the map of the local area and recommended places to go in valencia. The room was a good size and very modern. The lighting all controlled by touch buttons. Extremely good aircon in the room. There is a small kitchen area with cooking apparatus. The bathroom was large and had a great shower. Ate tea here and the service was brilliant. My Spanish is very poor but I do try and the waiters were very helpful and spoke as much English as they could. The food was very good, good portion sizes. Quality of the food was also very good. Would definitely recommend staying here or just eating here.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, Wi-Fi a fair bit, the treatment of the staff is excellent, as well as their breakfast very highly recommended.

Excellent place to rest in the center of Valencia. Spa to rest and very good both.
