I love the central market, yesterday I went to Ricardo Camarena's restaurant, I think it is better to snack in the different stalls. The experience in that restaurant at the pace is not worth what it costs. But the market is one of the best in Valencia.

Delicious food at Central Bar! Fast, efficient service but you don’t feel rushed. Get on the list quickly otherwise it’s an 1-1.5 hour wait. So worth checking it out.
