This hotel is in a perfect location. The pool is beautiful and clean. The breakfast is to die for, English bacon and sausage. Lovely friendly staff.

Stayed at the venus Hotel so many times. As far as I'm concerned it is the best hotel in benidorm. Great staff, good food there will always be something you will find to eat. Lovely rooms. Only thing I don't like is the bathroom door. It's glass!

Not very happy. We booked a extra night. So we could have complimentary tickets to benidorm palace. This evening. to be told it was holiday weekend and it was full. There was no tickets left. Buy 2 staff members. After telephoning. I could buy tickets at the door. where I should have been told that the hotel quote had already been given out. so not very happy with being told it was full. where as I could have just paid for tickets. And not stayed another night.

Love this hotel. Staff amazing, cleanliness second to none. Meals delicious, quality and so much choicr.

Everything I think all the staff are brilliant the place is spotless and I love going here for my holidays can’t wait to come back and see you all xx.

First time at the venus 11th of july and I have to say it was 1 of the best hotels I have ever been to staff were so friendly and helpful. Bar staff were friendly and always up for a laugh clean rooms salted pool and nice pool area and the food was amazing no faults at all see you next year ☀️

Good poolside, excellent food, and choices. Good clean rooms good size, only drawback is on main road, but good if you like people watching. Very central for entertainment across from Jokers and close to market areas, couple mins either way and you have choice of entertainment,

First time in Venus and really enjoyed it. Rooms are spotless, great pool also the food was really good. I have to have GF food and te staff were great Thankyou Florin and Rosa you done a great job. Hope to see you again.

We have been coming to the Servigroup Venus for about 10 years now and love it. Lovely hotel, friendly staff and good food what more could you want.

There can't be any complaints about this hotel. Myself and my partner have stayed here for our holidays 3 years running. Excellent food, a quiet pool, situated perfectly in the new town but not too close to the noise. And the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.

Nice clean hotel, prices are not too high, close to supermarket and not far from the sea. There is a swimming pool and various entertainment programmes.

Excellent, this is the fifth year that I'm with the family, it is like arriving at your second home. Very pleasant staff, excellent food, good location. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic people and a really nice and clean hotel staff are amazing I would recommend everyone to go. This was our first time in spain and had a great time. I also had my 50th birthday here and was give a bottle of bubbly free from the hotel which was a really lovely surprise. Thank you VENUS HOTEL for a great experience.

My partner and I have been here for almost 10 days we go home early in the morning but I can honestly say the best hotel ive stayed in The hotel spotless room cleaned every day lovely fresh clean towels every day floors shining every where you go lifeguards at pool. Staff first class so friendly very very neat and tidy I never book half board never. I dont know why I did this time but so glad I did the food fantastic my partner is very fussy regarding his food and we always eat out in restaurants but we didnt have to as this hotel offered such a fantastic range and ohh my god we ate alright its showing that on our waistline super food so well organised. I work for a hotel group in N. Ireland and I must say this hotel deinately deserves it stars and more we asked for a few requests and the meet everyone. Reception staff exceptional bar staff during the day bless them they are kept very very busy in this heat but so nice to every customer including kids overall a fantastic well organised super hotel. Not bad for the money. Staff are very nice and friendly. The pool is a bit small but not many use it as the people are mostly 50 plus and just want to sunbathe. A pint is 2.6 euros but soft drinks are pricey as are shorts and small measures. 3.7 euros for a can of John Smiths is a total rip off there 70 cents in the consume supermarkets the food is quite nice with plenty of choice and lots of fresh salad and fruit and more cakes than I've seen anywhere. The rooms are tiny though I sit on balcony while Mrs gets ready as no room for us both to move around. Going to Spain ain't cheap anymore £1830 2 weeks full board. Nice hotel really but tiny rooms let it down a bit. Oh and drinks at lunch time and evening meal are not included so you have to buy water wine and beer soft drinks etc so factor in another 70/80 euros for that. Charging for water is just not acceptable when you have paid full board.

This hotel is a very friendly place the staff are polite and helpful the meals are lovely and the pool is not overcrowded at all, it's location is ideal for the beach and the market. Would recommend this hotel with no hesitation.

Nice hotel, perfect for older guests but not great for younger groups. Individuals warned to refrain from swearing or they would be removed from the hotel. Very little to do within the hotel itself. Hotel food is buffet style which is of a good quality.

I am a regular customer of this hotel, we love it, very good food the professional hotel staff and very friendly, close to the beach and atmosphere area, the only downside is that it can be a little noisy in summer.

We have stayed here with family nearly 20 year's and the front of house staff are a cut above the rest. And we like the food in the restaurant and the staff are smart and very helpful and the food is better than a lot 4 that we have been in and the bar staff are definitely what you want always happy to help anytime of the day. And the pool area is fantastic it's massive with sun all day and the room's are very clean like all the areas spotless. And now the Management always there to sort things out and make it better than it was when she came here a few years back. ️

My husband + I love the Venus hotel we stay there twice a year it's lovely and friendly we will be there on the 6th of may hope we get a high floor oveeeer looking the pool area would be great looking forward to being there.

Had a great holiday at the venus staff very good in all areas traveled with my husband and elderly mum nothing was to much trouble for staff in assisting my mum.

Just home from 10 days in the Venus and can't fault one thing. Rooms are spotless, staff are all friendly and welcoming. My 3rd visit 2 benidorm and the Venus and would highly recommend to family and friends. Will be back next year once our little 1 is here. The staff in the bar area were wonderful with me as I am 24 weeks pregnant, couldn't do enough for me.

Nice place to spend the holidays, close to the beach and in an area with lots of places to go at night. Still, the rooms are not as big as it seems, and the shows are not the best. Pretty good Buffet. The service is professional.

Good hotel, clean and tidy same as all servigroup hotels. Well located. Food very good but repetitive Only downside in this hotel is the towel removal policy. Even off season when there are plenty of empty sunbeds the lifeguard will remove towels. Understandable in high season but I saw a lot of arguments between lifeguards and clients. Terms like "prison camp" were used. Dozens of available sunbeds and more in storage and they go round lifting towels? Didnt see anyone who agreed with the policy, all it did was create bad feeling. I saw enough to stop me going with Servigroup hotels again. Its a holiday I want not tension and friction.

Hello everyone I am now just two weeks in hotel Venus Check in Playa Levante belongs to the Hotel service group. There are a total of 16 hotels on the Costa del Sole. Here in the House Venus there is a letter box just in front of the reception and an ATM counter over from the hotel there is also a bus stop for the shuttle service to Alicante airport. The staff is very nice and friendly and helpful and every single employee gives his best to make the stay… memorable.

Excellent we go every year we cater very kindly at reception, especially Antonio, in the dining room are also very friendly Augustine and all the others, the food very good and in quantity, and all very clean.

The hotel was great I had only 1 issue and that is the bathroom doors in the rooms are not doors at all, ita just opaque glass on hinges that has gaps between that and the door frame while is small but can still be seen through. Other than that the holiday was fine and I enjoyed my stay.

The first hotel that I stayed in abroad. 1977 on a lads holiday. 40 years later still remember it. Great location, good food, lovely staff would Come back again. Recommended.

Very nice and clean hotel. Food is really good and staff are polite and helpful. Do try to get a room on the poolside of the hotel as our room looks over a road that can get quite noisy at times.

Just back from a 7 day stay in the Venus hotel I loved it, the food was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Plenty of choice at the buffet and really could not fault it at all. The room was a fine apart from the bathroom was a little "tired" but was clean and functional, so not in any way a complaint. Fantastic location for all the entertainment in the evening. Near enough to everything, but far enough away to avoid the music and bars that go on practically all night. Enjoyed watching the "sunbed shuffle" at 8am every morning when the doors opened to the pool area, but if you do want a certain spot at the pool area, needs must I suppose. On duty lifeguard did monitor towels on sunbeds without occupants… we saw him removing several after a certain length of time if the owners had not appeared. One thing I found quite alarming is how easy it must be for Joe Bloggs to walk off the street, use the pool area and… go for a bite to eat as well! Chatting to a neighbouring sunbathers, they informed us that they were not actually staying in the Venus but just come into the hotel anyway I know you need your room key card to access the pool area but you just need to walk behind a paying guest, and you're in! No checks going into the buffet, so really anyone could just go in. Think there needs to definitely be some kind of monitoring/check. All in all, we really enjoyed our time and have already booked for next year.

Bedroom bit on the small size. Very basic. Restaurant food in nice but plates glasses etc was dirty. Not being allowed to bring drinks in from outside making you buy theirs at an expensive price with your meal. Won't be going again.

Only grievance was with the stupid lifeguard who was to busy removing peoples towels from sunbeds even if they where in the pool or had to go to shop or room etc instead of doing his job which is making sure there is nobody drowning in the pool
But aside from that if we came back to Benidorm again we would definitely stay at the Venus.

I have been coming to the Venus for approx 10 years now, nice clean rooms, have everything you need, comfy bed, fab shower, good sized balcony, the restaurant is excellent, fantastic choice of food of good quality, waiters/ waitresses constantly clearing away empty plates, cleaning tables, bringing out fresh food, really cannot fault this, pool area is a good size, and now for the let down! Put your towel out on a sunlounger and expect it to be removed after 15 mins if you leave it unoccupied! And it really doesn't matter if there are 20/30 spare sunloungers stacked up available to use and plenty of spaces in which to put them! How do I know this? because this is what happened to me and my party who I came with, I would go out early like the majority of the people staying there, to secure more importantly a parasol for my autistic daughter who cannot sit in direct sunlight for very long, a quick nip to the shop down the street for refreshments around the pool and on our return the sunloungers, parasol had been occupied by others, now I really don't have a grievance if there are a shortage of sunloungers and you aren't occupying the ones you've put your towels on and other people need to use them, that's perfectly understandable, but when there are plenty of other ones to use? Really? The lifeguard (gestapo!

Hotel is in a great location and easy to find and near the sea and bar's. The hotel is very clean and tidy. Food is top class. Would stay here again. X.

Been here for two days, eight more to go but so far things have been very good. Check in was quick with two rooms next to each other on the 8th floor. Rooms are a bit on the small side but very clean. Big shower tray with lots of water pressure. The pool area is spacious with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. At no point during the day were there no beds available. We have breakfast and dinner. The food has been hot and tasty but sausages at breakfast very tasteless. The hotel overall is bright and clean.

2nd time in Benidorm. Venus is only 3 stars but it should be 4+ in my eyes. It's central for everything. Walks, beach, pubs, shops and cafes/restaurants. The staff are very friendly and so helpful. Beds are so comfy, the rooms lovely decorated and very clean, praise to the housekeeping staff. The shower was great too lovely and powerful. It would of been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in rooms to make a cuppa in the mornings or last thing at night. Food is absolutely gorgeous so varied everyday and you can even see through into the kitchen which I took notice of how clean everything was. There is plenty of sunlounges but just a couple of parasols need looked at as they either lean over or won't stay up. Only issue we had was our keycard kept playing up but they said it was if they were near coins or keys and phones, but were always happy to replace them it wasn't a problem to them. Thought I might need to book a late checkout room but they gave you a complementary room for half hr to freshen up with clean towels and toiletries. We will be booking again and highly recommend to family and friends. We travelled with jet2 and loved the idea of checking in your bags when you checkout so that you don't need to trail them around all day when you have a late flight. Well done to you all 10/10 still.

Our first stay for 1 week at the Venus. Can't recommend this hotel enough. All staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were not huge but had everything you need including comfortable beds and good shower. Only down side was the glass door to the bathroom (maybe a roller blind or similar for a bit privacy would be a good idea). We had a pool view and no noise at night from surrounding pubs and clubs. Pool area was lovely and clean with plenty sun beds. Restaurant was one of the best I have come across. Food was excellent with a varied buffet selection at both breakfast and evening meal. Location of the Venus was perfect. 5 minute walk to the beach and plenty pubs and clubs within a few minutes walk. Even walking to the old town only took us around 30 mins. Hard to believe only 3 star hotel deserves more.

Everything is excellent about it, absolutely very clean, cleaners are at it all day, they clean everything, cant fault the meals, staff are brilliant, cant fault the hotel, they wont put up with people who disturb others, but not spoiling peoples holiday so no hooligan gangs certainly recommend it my partner and I have been going back 2/3 times a year for quite a number of years now. Stayed at the Servigroup Venus end of May 2016. This was our second visit and we found the hotel to be clean comfortable and very well organised. The meals were good (especially apple pie and custard) the staff helpful and cheerful. I am sure we will choose The Venus when we come to Benidorm again.

In January spent a weekend very family, 30 families of various ages, grandparents, sons, nephews and cousins. Very close to the beach, we filled a whole plant. We loved the cafeteria with employees of first. From the cafeteria with a coffee we could see as children played in the playground located in the pool every Sunday market a few meters from the hotel, we will return.

Having been a guest at The Venus for quite a few years, there has been improvements year in and year out. The rooms have been upgraded to high standard finish, the food as always is first class and the overall service will not be bettered in a 3 Star superior hotel.

. This was our ‘umteenth’ stay at the Venus. It is absolutely fantastic and still the best hotel in Benidorm. From the moment you enter the large impressive reception area, the hotel just oozes quality. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The staff are all so really friendly and helpful and can’t do enough for you. We had asked in advance for a particular room and mentioned that we would be arriving early and the requested room was ready for us when we arrived. The food is fantastic and is constantly being replenished well before any of the food trays become empty, so never have to wait. The sweets are ‘to die’ for. The rooms have a fridge and TV with many English channels. There is a large walk-in shower in the bathroom. There is free Wi-Fi that is excellent and works anywhere in the hotel. Outside, there is a large impressive swimming pool with more than enough sunbeds and the area gets the sun all day. The location is perfect, being very close to everything you need – the beach, bus-stop, and taxi-rank. It is in close proximity to the nightlife but it is very quiet inside the bedrooms and we have never heard any noise. The twice-weekly market is held a few hundred yards away and it is only a short pleasant walk into old Benidorm. I would recommend booking the hotel directly with Servigroup as much in advance as you can, as it works out much cheaper. You can cancel up to 24 hours before your arrival date if necessary and you only pay on arrival.

The hotel Venus is a fabulous hotel with great facilities the most wonderful & friendliest of staff L visit three times a year and would not go anywhere else keep up the great work Venus love you all just have my room ready for October please thank you once again for a fabulous stay.

Clean, good food, close to the beach and area with lots of atmosphere, and parqing although payment is appreciated because it is very difficult to park in the street.

My first visit to the Venus, although I have been to Benidorm many times + usually stayed in a 4star all inclusive Hotel. We decided to have a change and last year visited many hotel including all the Servigroup Hotels & finally decided to book the Venus. When we arrived we had been allocated a high floor, as asked, and told we had a snack waiting for us in the restaurant as we had missed lunch, that was appreciated & thoughtful. The hotel room was smaller than we were used to, as was the balcony but okay and a small fridge was a bonus. The bathroom was a reasonable size with a lovely walk in shower, however I was unhappy with the bathroom door, it was a glass swing door, it didn't completely fit or have any locks on. It was glazed but you could see colours/shapes through it which I found embarrassing at times. The hotel has a lovely clean comfortable setting with a spacious pool area. The restaurant had a nice layout & was very clean throughout, the food was fantastic we both thought the quality of food was as good/better than the four star that we usually stayed in. All the restaurant staff were friendly worked hard and quickly cleared the table for you. Overall we were extremely pleased with our choice of hotel, it was in a good location, not far from the beach, and central. The hotel was very clean, spacious, comfortable, smart seating area. Great coffee bar, pool area very clean,, spacious with sunbeds & plenty of umbrellas for use.

Great hotel. Stay there between 3 and five times per year. Wouldn't' stay anywhere else in Benidorm (having tried so-called number1 hotel previously and been really disappointed). The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. The food is fantastic. The rooms have fridge and walk-in shower. The location is central for everything. E. G. Buses taxis, twice-weekly market, nightlife, beach, shops. I cannot fault this hotel.

If I could I would take this hotel any where in the world with me for any future holidays or simply return on a regular basis. You need to try it out for yourselves if don't believe me. not suitable for families… more for 40-100 year olds to be honest. Ever so friendly and clean and the food is simply best you will get anywhere.

We stayed here from 1.9.15 to 15.9 15 and would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a very clean and comfortable well situated 3 star hotel. All the staff are very helpfull and make you feel welcome. We would be happy to go back anytime.

Central located food good pool walk in safe for disabled people hotel safe and secure hotel good for disabled as I was hotel is in two blocks 1 block 9 floors other block 8 floors have disabled rooms on groud if needed hotel is disabled freidly all on one level ramps every were bye the pool area. 5 stars…

I have recently returned from my 6th stay in the Venus hotel and as usual the hotel, food and service was first class. The choice and quality of the food was excellent. You can see the staff removing food trays and replacing them with freshly cooked hot food and not just topping up (which I have seen in other hotels). The service from the waiters is exceptional, after only 2 days our waiter could remember our room number (which is no mean feat as there are 366 rooms in the hotel). Always plenty of sun beds available at any time of the day and the pool area was always very clean. The hotel entertainment is very poor but with so much choice of good entertainment within a 2 minute walk out of the hotel this is not a big draw back. My only real negative comment would be the rule (which is tightly maintained) that children are not allowed to play with a ball in the pool. I witnessed a young Spanish boy of about 3 years of age being chastised by an overzealous lifeguard for playing with a small ball in the shallow end of the pool. We did not have any children with us, but it would certainly put me off using this hotel in the future if I had my grandchildren with me.

I love the venue hotel the first time I stayed there and all the staff where helpful and kind will be staying there again thankyou for nice holiday.

This was my first stay at the Venus, can't fault it in any way, food excellent very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, overall a great holiday at the Venus. Will be going back to the Venus for my next holiday.

My partner Pam and I have been using this hotel now for 6/7 years going 2/3 times a year, its a lovely hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

Although you can say that the rooms are (a very good) 3 star, the staff make this hotel seem like a 5 star. Excellent customer service from every member of the team at this hotel. Servigroup should be very proud of this particular hotel. If the staff are seen to work well together, this is noticed by the visitors. Everyone I spoke to had nothing but praise. Food, service, everything was perfect. Entertainment lacked 'atmosphere'. Booked already for October before leaving.

Modern, clean, spacious and the staff very friendly.

We have stayed at the Hotel Venus many times, and after staying there again for the last two weeks, have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. First class service and top quality food, we cant wait for our next visit.

This is the second year I visited the hotel and again it was a great stay. Rooms are not very large, for two people is enough, has a wardrobe quite well equipped (with hangers, several drawers, chest of drawers), optional safe, mini fridge, TV with remote control, air conditioning, fully equipped bathroom with hairdryer and shower with screen and a very nice terrace with table, chairs and clothes. You are cleaned daily and sheets changed them every 4 days or so, the issue is that as they cleaned between 9 and 15 hours it can touch you the first or last and can to interrupt you NAP. The food is excellent, comparable to a 4 star. Lots of variety, cooking live a la plancha and nightly themed buffets (Asian, Mexican, Italian, sailor, Spanish). Asian buffet is amazing, they have a lot of specialties such as sushi, teriyaki, soup skewers of miso, etc even if others do not fall short. Desserts also very varied, always had fruit and many sweets (machine own ice cream, custard, puddings, pudding, jelly, cakes, roasted fruit and even fondue). Our favorite sweet were the hot custard, something that we have found anywhere else and are certainly exquisite. The hours are 8-10 breakfast meals 13-15 and 19.45-21.45 the dinner. We always went to first hour and we have never had problem to find table. But in periods of high occupancy as not you went down before the 10 it becomes difficult to take site pool has large number of sun loungers and parasols.

For the last thirty years, Mr Brian Ward, and his son Christopher. We have throughly enjoyed ourselves, and any problems with anything in the Hotel, the staff will help to sort out any problem. We reckon that Hotel Venus is the best Hotel to stay in Benidorm. The staff are fantastic people, and they all have a heart of gold. Hotel Venus, is our second home, we love the place, and Benidorm.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone who was thinking of visiting Benidorm. Only 5 minutes away from Levante beach, both the reception staff and restaurant staff are very friendly, also the food was ever so fantastic =).

Room with double bed too small but easily changed to room with two single beds! Room lovely and warm, clean, decent size and Bbc itv channels on the tele! Wow! Friendly staff, great location for clubs and bars even though we stayed in and relaxed this time. Entertainment rubbish but didn't expect much this time of year. (Beggining of Feb). All in all would recommend this hotel to all my friends. We'll be back.
