Loved this hotel staff so friendly helpful. Very clean every sun lounger cleaned when people left them. Clean every morning before people used them. Rooms cleaned everyday I cannot fault the place will definitely return.

To highlight the treatment of all the staff, super attentive, have been wonderful days. The rooms are very spacious and large. Very detailed, they have taken care of every last detail, the food was very good and the facilities of 10. We look forward to coming back very soon!

This is the third time I have stopped at this hotel, the first time many moons ago, it's an amazing place, very clean, rooms are lovely, food very nice, entertainment great.

Cleaning of 10, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the buffet is spectacular, varied diets, evening shows enjoyable if you could improve the air conditioning that is not what we notice both would be perfect.

Central to everything beach shops All on door step only one negative wanted bottle wine with dinner would not let us put on room you have to pay cash at time of purchase don't understand this policy lost a sale as felt the staff member was rude!

Absolutely loved this hotel! Rooms are a nice size and are cleaned every day. Food is lovely for the breakfast/dinner/tea. Not to expensive either. Stayed for my friends birthday and we came back to the room after being out all day, to a bottle of champagne with a happy birthday message from all the staff. Highly recommended. Would definetly stay again.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Check in smooth and quick. Wonderful spacious room with a jacuzzi bath, a good balcony, very clean, beds made every day and towels changed. We stayed half board and found the food very tasty and plentiful. I can't fault it! We never stay in the same place twice but I certainly would here. Well done and thank you Helios Hotel!

The third time I've stopped at the Helios and will definitely go back again. Clean hotel, helpful friendly staff. Stayed half board and the restaurant was excellent as usual. Choice of a couple of quieter bars nearby or Benidorm in full swing!

For us a great hotel. It is the first time we visited this hotel and we have loved the whole family. Very happy with everything in general, nice and very clean rooms, equal hotel facilities, friendly hotel staff, very good buffet with good quality of food and themed dinners, a little small pool for the amount of people there but with good atmosphere. Evening shows a little short. Wishing to return to this magnificent place.

Very good hotel, in a very nice setting, not too far from the beach. The rooms are ok, but clean. The staff are pleasant, generally speaking and the common areas are very well maintained; The restaurant is really great, and the dishes are succulent and very varied. The pool is small but nice (salt, a positive) and there are good cancellations too (the hosts are very friendly). I highly recommend.

We didn't live here, we were at dinner, buffet 16.08.2018, 12 euros per person, drinks paid. Very tasty profitrols, the dishes themselves are not so much, almost no seafood.

Lovely hotel … very friendly staff. Lifeguard was not very helpful and put cards on our sun beds … when there was stacks of sun beds left… and for days people have been putting towels on sun beds and did not get cards … rowdy adult men in the children’s pool smoking and drinking which the lifeguard did not tell them to get out room very clean. Beds very comfortable and a nice surprise having a fridge in our room … corridors were a bit dusty but overall we had a good stay here. Breakfast was amazing a lot of variety … thank you Helios.

I liked this hotel, central location. Near the beach. Shame no tea/coffee provided in room, but it's only a 3 star. Evening buffet great. Some reception staff ignore you, but others attentive. All round good stay.

This is the 5th year I have stayed at the Hotel Helios with my daughter, who is in a wheelchair, We have found the Hotel very accessible in every way, the bedrooms, the dining room, the bars and especially the pool, as she can walk in herself, then having a lifeguard there is wonderful. The staff are all so very friendly, we were most impressed this year when a reserved sign was put on our dining table for when we arrived. The food is excellent and very well presented. As I could not book this year through a travel agent I did it myself with the help of the lovely Maria Angel she was so helpful. Thank you once again for looking after us we hope to see you all next year. Margaret Perez and Jude Perez.

Superb hotel. Staff were all friendly and very helpful (Even retuned the TV in the bar so we could watch the England game! ). Very clean and modern. Very large TV in the room with a good selection of English channels. The food in the dining room was excellent with a very wide choice. One small gripe was that the coffee machines produced undrinkable, bitter coffee. However we discovered a smaller filter coffee machine with a very good alternative brew. We used the underground car parking which was close to the hotel and a reasonable price. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would certainly recommend.

Very noisy Hotel because Benidorm is a party town hotel has majority of English the meal is not bad the small pool on this walk on staff very friendly near downtown.

Excellent hotel with staff to match. We have stayed here several times and always recommend it. The food is excellent in a buffet style. A good pool with poolside entertainment in the evenings. As this is in the "new town" area, it's a very short walk to the beach and bars/clubs.

A warm welcome and a joke from Diego, who checked us in, about being `nearly Spiderman` was the start of a great stay at the Helios. The room we were allocated, 811, was excellent. Food in the restaurant was, as usual, very good. Well recommended.

I love this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. TTS and clean, the location also all is close by. May the rooms PR 4 person 2 adults and 2 children and small I would love to improve her. May I invite you to even this hotel and well profited from its convenience and its restorations I love.

We stayed a group of 18 people and what we found fatal were the buffet times that we are in Spain pussy! I found it very bad and if you want to rest I do not recommend, bachelorette parties are a shame all night endure the drunkenness, squealing, canturreos etc of those who entered the hotel with a good slice… I will not return.

Nice hotel. Full of grannies again for food stick to ice cream… how can a hotel charge you for tapwater when it's all inclusive … oh and if you don't like pig in your food don't come here.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very good. Very clean. The buffet spectacular diversity of things. And luxury rice. We were this weekend and it was perfect. We'll repeat for sure.

Good: This hotel has a great location. It’s only 5 minutes from the beach and a street away from all of the tourist shops (indoor swap meet style) and bargain stores. All of the shops are mixed in with the bars and restaurants so you are only minutes away from anything. My room was very clean and the balcony has a view of the parking lot and other hotels. Drink refrigerator was included with the room and so was breakfast. Bad: The parking is set up horribly. Don’t get tricked by the parking structure that says “hotel Helios parking” on it. I drove my car into the parking lot (without knowing that it would be locked inside) and it was locked in there unless I paid the hotel 12.50 euros each night for parking so that they can give me a key to open the doors because another company owns the parking structure and it closes at 4pm on Sunday and only reopens on Sundays. Dinner was an interesting experience. It is buffet style and opens around 7pm. You must get there early because all of the guests eat there (for 8euros not including drinks) and there is a line. The staff are pretty efficient, however, and it wasn’t much of a wait, but it’s awkward being in the stairway with 100 other hungry people trying to cut in front of you. A part from two friendly staff members (Cristina at reception and a friendly man who serves drinks at the restaurant downstairs during dinner) the others seemed to be very fed up with tourists and repetitive questions, especially in English.

Stayed here as come for a northern soul weekend at jokers which is a 2 minute walk. Can't fault anything as breakfast was great, room perfect, very friendly staff and even got a couple hours sunbathing by the pool. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Great weekend. Very good food, very good service. A marvel the outdoor hot water pool. We'll be back soon.

A great stay in Benidorm!

Very clean modern hotel near the beach and restaurants. Provides nightly entertainment. Very friendly staff. The kitchen forgot to prepare our gluten free picnics but did them in a hurry for us in time. Warm, comfortable rooms.

We have been to this bridge in December and we spent dramatically. It is a hotel that is very good located and with a very pleasant staff. We were surprised that they had a gym. The spa is amazing and very cheap. We also really enjoyed the outdoor pool, but with warm water and also the buffet. (I think we get fat 3 pounds). We have already booked for easter Week!

It is a dangerous and noisy place. 1. Despite we requested non-smoking room, all balconies are equipped with ashtrays and the smoke from next door entered our room. (You will be annoyed if you don't smoke when you are in the hotel. ) 2. The bathroom has a heavy glass door. It has friction with floor, which makes loud noise and has potential of cracking and shatter. The door stopper is at an awkward place, it kicked the door several times and almost tripped and heard people kicking it next door several times at night, the handle is so sharp that it almost sliced my arm open. (You are putting your life at risk. ) 3. Safe has no lock on it, which means even if you pay to get a lock, anyone can take it off. (Your belongings are not safe when you are out. ) 4. Walls are paper thin, you can hear people next door, both sides, at the same time. (You won't get a quite night. )

Just arrived home after a week at the Helios. Can't fault the hotel in any way. Very nice & helpful staff. Very clean hotel. Good sized rooms with nice comfy beds. Great power shower & jacuzzi bath. Good sized balcony to sit & relax in. Great heated pool & great space around the pool to top up the tan. Lovely clean restaurant with plenty of seating space & plenty of choice. Towel hire service available for getting dried after being in the pool or the hot tub (saves bringing big towels with you on holiday). We'll be back in this hotel again, we loved it there…

Clean and spacious room with balcony. Good buffet breakfast. Central location. Heated pool, with plenty of sun loungers. Staff helpful and friendly. Overall very nice stay.

The hotel is very nice and the staff very courteous and helpful. The rooms were spotless. We both found the pillows very uncomfortable but the beds were lovely. The balconies could do with a tidy up. There was a huge variety of food to chose from to suit all nationalities but a lot of it wasn't to my liking. This doesn't mean there was anything wrong with it, its just personal taste. The thing that let the hotel down was the entertainment, it was very poor. Every night seemed to be circus or animal type acts, or just dancing to played music. The notices were all over the place and half the time what was advertised wasn't what was on. Overall I wouldn't go back to this hotel again but its all about what you want, its still a lovely hotel.

Lovely hotel. Staff all nice. Happy hour 1.30 till 6.30. The food was good selection but it was not very warm unless it had just been brought from kitchen. Great location close to bars but still quiet. Would defo stay again.

This hotel was amazing on our room was pool view 2nd floor just what we asked For! We didn't find reception staff friendly at all and more so when we got stuck in the lift they didn't seem concerned. Food was very average to other hotels we have stayed In. And the entertainment was disappointing but that's fine as we went out. But having to eat out was not what we had planned. Very very clean and cleaning staff very lovely ladies.

Lovely hotel just watch your bag in restaurant as someone got in and tried to steal a bag. Not hotels fault as pickpockets everywhere. Food was quite good always find something you like. Entertainment could be better but lots around area.

Very pleased with the hotel services and staff very helpful if there is anything you need it will be there no questions asked. Myself and daughter were very happy with the disabled room only two things that are needed are the shower head which is okay for the disabled person but needs a holder higher up for the able bodid person, also I would like to point out that the ramps to get in and out of the patio need a bar in front to stop them moving. My daughter and I are very very pleased and the icing on the cake was down the pool with the understanding and caring lifeguard who helps the disabled in and out of the pool well done will hopefully be here next year.

Hotel for foreigners, good location, pool although outdoors, the normal buffet.

The snake show on Thursday night was not very good they cept on coming to our table and putting the snakes in our faces and a friend who was sat with our table said no we don't want them near and the cept on coming back!

Easy cleaning, in the dining room collect the trays of food at the time marked as end of dinner or lunch. If you go 15 minutes before no dinners or eat.

Based in the heart of Benidorm the Helios is a basic 3 star hotel. Good for families on a budget.

Good service and very quick the waiters that and the excellent climate of the weekend were the best Easter.

When I went in august the staff were beyond excellent the lifeguard hosa helped my sister when she cut her leg the maids were fabulous the food was nice pool was Good as during my stay a disabled lady was helped into the pool and the lifeguard stayed with her I give it 5 stars.

Perfect hotel to spend a few days with the family. Perfect for both the treatment of human as well as the equipment. Good rooms and a very extensive buffet. Pool fully accessible and well equipped with sun loungers. Entertainment for children and for adults. Fully recommended. Stay summer so pleasant, that we were eager to return and enjoy this hotel and Benidorm in another time of the year (fall or winter)

This hotel was nice. Rooms very modern. Pool area nicecand clean. Food ok bit boring after third day. Over all good value gor money.

If the rooms are spacious, refurbished and with good terrace. If the buffet is good, as well as the swimming pool and the living room. If the bar is cheerful and comfortable and the whole is more than acceptable. Because the best is the human factor from reception to the waitresses in the dining room or the bar or the plants. Human desire and desires of wanting to make you feel at ease.

Well located food good, excellent rooms, indoor pool and Park for children, that comes requetebien.
Although the setting is for 3 age. There is no atmosphere for children.
