Review of Hotel Servigroup Venus 3*

. This was our ‘umteenth’ stay at the Venus. It is absolutely fantastic and still the best hotel in Benidorm. From the moment you enter the large impressive reception area, the hotel just oozes quality. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The staff are all so really friendly and helpful and can’t do enough for you. We had asked in advance for a particular room and mentioned that we would be arriving early and the requested room was ready for us when we arrived. The food is fantastic and is constantly being replenished well before any of the food trays become empty, so never have to wait. The sweets are ‘to die’ for. The rooms have a fridge and TV with many English channels. There is a large walk-in shower in the bathroom. There is free Wi-Fi that is excellent and works anywhere in the hotel. Outside, there is a large impressive swimming pool with more than enough sunbeds and the area gets the sun all day. The location is perfect, being very close to everything you need – the beach, bus-stop, and taxi-rank. It is in close proximity to the nightlife but it is very quiet inside the bedrooms and we have never heard any noise. The twice-weekly market is held a few hundred yards away and it is only a short pleasant walk into old Benidorm. I would recommend booking the hotel directly with Servigroup as much in advance as you can, as it works out much cheaper. You can cancel up to 24 hours before your arrival date if necessary and you only pay on arrival. There are other benefits as well (e. G. Free transfers for 7 nights or more), so I recommend people take a look at their excellent website. We would never consider staying anywhere else in Benidorm.
