One of the top best hotel in Benidorm. Just open. Superbly done with real high tech system.

I am staying right now in the hotel and the truth is that everything new is beautiful the rooms are spacious the beds super comfortable a large TV… but of course what I like most is the kindness of the staff and the food… the food is awesome is like being at homewe come every year and every year we try a hotel and since this year we have decided that this will be our hotel for the next few years!

Algo cara la comida de por la zona y no es muy buena la verdad. Espero que mejoren la calidad un poco y no aumenten el precio.

Always loved staying here and have done many times unfortunately we won't be doing so again as now that it's a 4* it's a £400 increase in price. Can't say the service will be any better either.

Looking forward to a return visit this year, hotel being refurbished so looking forward to seeing the results, excellent staff, great rooms and food is excellent.

This hotel is reopened in July 18. I was there just before it closed for a refurbishment. It was very run down and lacked basic amenities. Hope it improves on reopening.

Yeah it's a great place, perfectly located for all the attractions and entertainment. The food is very good and there is a good variety of dishes to choose from. Breakfast is served from 8am till 10pm which is a bit early for me (11am would have been better). The jet2 rep lita was also very good.

The hotel is very good, and the attention of the staff and the excellent cuisine. Would return without hesitation…

Excellent hotel. Head waiter is brilliant with everyone in the restaurant. We have known him for a long time top man. I would tell anyone who was going to book this hotel they should have a excellent holiday here.

Been coming here on and off for 20 years, good clean rooms good staff very handy for nightlife and the beach.

Great hotel this our 2nd fortnight in this hotel and will definitely be coming back after the refurbishment and pasquel the restaurant is an absoloute delight he recognised me and my girlfriend from 2 years ago great hotel with great service.

This hotel is ideally situated for the surrounding entertainment in the evening and for the beach during the day. The food is of an acceptable standard and the rooms are quite comfortable albeit a little basic. The swimming pool is very nice and there is enough sunbeds for the guests, if a little crowded. All in all, a friendly hotel and would recommend for a short stay perhaps.

Friendly staff, always helpful in seating us in the restaurant. Very efficient in the reception with checking in & out. Requested rooms close to our parents as we were travelling together. Hotel excellent with this request. Another good advice is to book a private transfer to Hotel Presidente, as we did at transferalicante. Co. Uk — could not find cheaper, thanks to Martin, our driver, highly recommend!

Nice hotel pool area good staff are excellent only down side was the food not as good as other hotels we have stayed in not very good selection on veg and does not look very appetizing, breakfast was the best meal of the day, Has anyone been ill while they were there as I was very bad tummy bug and my wife was also ill the same it was not due to alcohol as she does not drink, and also as a no smoking hotel people were smoking in there rooms and every where around the pool area even on the top terrace so rules were just ignored we will not be returning.

I've been hosted with my friends two days from 04 to 06 of April, I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised, the quality of the food and the friendliness of the reception staff and the professionalism of the kitchen staff, also the cleanliness of the room even though the bathroom is a little old-fashioned cleaning makes you forget this detail. I have toured several hotels in Benidorm and 4 stars, I was resigned to that you couldn't eat well in the hotels of Benidorm, but the hotel President is a clear example of that can offer good food. Also want to thank the Hotel management for the cancellation of a room of some friends who do not pudierón come by major causes.

Ideal location for the shows. Short walk to beach. Food excellent woth good choice. Heavily biased towards British tastes.

Buffet with little variety, much ham. Old facilities in the bathroom by the other good treatment of the staff. Quality price a bit excessive. Maybe the closeness to the beach perfect to go if vajasen the price by qe is not worth it.

Absolutely gorgeous food, staff very friendly and helpful, ideal location to beach and night life, rooms lovely. Pool area with plenty room and sun beds with extra space at the top for adults with large jaccuzi :) we are definitely returning next june.
