Awesome location and views. Can see the snow capped mt teide from the balcony. Didn't have breakfast myself but from what I saw, it was lovely. Rooms are clean and well designed.

The location and the view are absolutely incredible. Our stay felt like a dream. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help.

Best hotel lovely good value for money staff very polite good food choice clean pools always sun loungers.
But room sizes not best all share the room as one.
Right on strip excellent location.

We had a lovely stay. Perfectly situated for sea views and short walks into the town centre. The staff were great and Sula was particularly helpful. We will very happily stay here again in the future.

Fantastic hotel in a great location 5 min walk to the beach surrounded by an abundance of shops and restaurants. Can’t speak about the all inclusive food, because my preference is self catering.

We checked in with a family of 4. Lovely rooms, personnel so far very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, nightlife is wild but doesn't matter to us, we can sleep anyways.

It was a very nice stay. The parc was very tidy and cleam and in the evenings it was quiet. The other guests were behaving quit well.

It was a very clean and friendly apartment. It is not suitabale for children. The beds are very good and there was a nespresso machine.

We found this perfect for our needs. Great location, quiet pool (3€ a day for the sunbed) and a lovely little bar beside the pool (happy hour 3.30-5.30).

The room I am staying in is nice and clean everything that you need for your stay microwave oven and hob fridge freezer swimming pool nice.

The host was very helpful and friendly. He was always available to help.
The room was very clean and the air conditioning was also clean.

Enjoyed our stay here, great location. Just a shame that the onsite shop that was so convenient for little essentials has now gone.

Spectacular.
We were at a wedding.
And everything was perfect and the houses because they were truly incredible, large and spacious houses.

This is a 1 star hotel and therefore limited facilities, but entirely appropriate for this standard.
Bed was on the firm side and shower was good.
15 mins from airport and 15 mins from ferry.

Nice hotel, well past its prime in an area of town that we would describe as somewhat shady.
Very friendly and helpful staff that allowed for a last minute booking.

Highly recommend, apartment was spotless, had all necessary items & more, shower was superb, Maxine was a pleasure to deal with, welcomed with a bottle of wine & there if we needed her at anytime.

An extremely nice guest house with an exceptional host. Very relaxing and a nice breakfast too. Local restaurants nearby. Perfect for my one night cycle stop.

What an amazing place to stay! It was way better than anticipated, especially for the price. Very comfortable, clean, spacious and beautiful. Mari-Ann is very hospitable and accommodating.

Very little, or we could write a full page on this resort. Simply put this resort is exceptional.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with sea view which was lovely. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi kept dropping out and there were problems with the English TV channels.

The hotel was spotless. Toilets by poolside spotless. Room perfect size. Sofa bed was large so our son was able to sleep comfortably. Meals were fine. We always found something.

Absolutely stunning hotel! Good food. Beds are extremely comfortable. Lovely location. Good atmosphere. Booking system for sunbeds and plenty of them.

Fabulous Hotel… we stayed for a week in October 2025, the hotel is simply superb, with great views over Adeje.

Great hotel. Staff friendly our room was lovely and hotel really clean. Food ok but it is so central you can eat out. Evening entertainment was not great but we forgave that and again you can go out.

The rooms are spotless. Towels changed twice daily. Sheets every three days. The public rooms are also spotless.
The service from waiting to bar staff to ancillary staff is second to none.

Stayed at this hotel over Xmas and new year and we had an amazing time! Claire from entertainment was definetly one of the highlights!

An absolute gem of a place. Lovely clean rooms with private bathroom. The whole complex is gorgeous with a pool available all hours and many different seating areas.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m truly humbled by the service at La Finquita, not to mention its stunning beauty.

Totally outdid my expectations — from the bargain price, I was honestly worried I was getting scammed when I booked. The outdoor area, pool, and view is absolutely gorgeous.

Just spent a week here in November and can honestly say what’s great place. Location is central to lots of bars and restaurants and only a 10 min stroll to the beach.

The property is located in a very calm area with a good viewpoint overlooking the sea. It has a lovely garden and a spacious parking lot. The road leading to the property is hilly but manageable.

Its my cup of tea. I love the quitness of this place. They dont speak english (like most people around here). The smell when you enter is so nice.

Everything is wonderful and the most waiters of the buffet.

Reception is friendly and bar staff friendly but there is a pool bar what is not always open drink service is not always fast. Food is nice when dishes are kept fresh and warm.

We are already here for the tenth time and find this hotel always good. They have also renovated very nicely in recent years. The rooms are superb, and the views just can't be beat.

We had an amazing time in the apartment. The host was super kind and friendly, she offered us soup she made herself and was more than welcoming.

Absolutely great place, view to the volcano in one direction and the ocean in the other. Calm and close to nature, in the end of village.

Lovely home and location. Beautiful view of the water and Icod. So peaceful being surrounded by nature and very private.
