Been coming here since 2017 great hotel friendly staff food on all day long with loads of choices. 10 minute walk to beach and bars and only 20 mins from airport. Highly recommend this hotel for family’s and couples plenty of sun beds so no need to rush down on a morning for one. 5 stars cannot fault it.

Rooms are fantastic, very spacious and modern. Very central to shops restaurants.

We have just returned from a great long weekend at this hotel to celebrate our friends 50th birthday… we cannot fault the hotel, the rooms were a perfect size, the hotel staff were very accommodating and kindly put balloons, a frame, hats etc… some champagne and a birthday cake in our room! It was fantastic… the food was fabulous, the entertainment was also brilliant, kareoke, a magic show and a Michael Jackson night too… we have all agreed that it was one of the best girls holidays that we have had… thank you so much for all that you did for us… we would all highly recommend this hotel to anyone, whether it would be for a holiday with friends, a family holiday or a quiet break with your loved one (although check that we haven’t booked in the same week! 😂)

Room service every day apart from Wednesday and Sunday's. Room is large and clean. Food has a great choice, Pool is very clean, but freezing.

Great week here. Room and service all great. Great meals every day and night. Not as much choice as everywhere else I have been but still excellent. Sometimes too much choice can be a problem. Would certainly recommend. Will definately come back 👍

Just came back Friday from spending 14 nights I have loved staying our room was lovely and on ground floor with green astro turf never seen this on balcony before staff friendly polite and helpful rooms cleaned and fresh towels every few days their entertainment every night for family with kids I enjoyed my hotel I think needs to be upgraded to 4 star not 3 star it currently has x.

I just love this place. Having a good holiday. Lovely apartment. Good food and entertainment. And really nice staff and management so helpfull and friendly. Great.

We stayed here me & my partner in April, hotel fab, clean & in a great location. The staff all very friendly & helpful, & food was good. We had a lovely time, so much so we are planning another visit with are family & friends next year, but my partner & me will be back before then would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in a good location, 2 minutes from the shops and the bus stops for the free shuttle buses to places such as Siam Park, etc. Not far from the beach either. The hotel is immaculate and upon arrival we were met by a friendly and helpful receptionist. The hotel has free Wi-Fi all over the hotel and you can register as many devices as you like, which is really rare for hotels to do. All staff went out of their way to help, from the cleaners to the bar staff. The food was fantastic and they had a really good choice, including a vegan selection. The animation team were amazing and brilliant with the kids. I have teenagers as well as young children and all were kept entertained throughout the day and evening. Must say the best entertainment at night was Mister Sister who absolutely hilarious but all the entertainment was good.

Just had the most amazing 2 weeks in Tenerife, where we stayed at Parque La Paz. Fantastic place to stay, with great staff, great atmosphere, and evening entertainment. Rooms are clean and tidy, and are kept that way with regular house keeping visits. A short walk from the beaches, shopping centres and night life, with most of the local bars offering live bands, and solo artists every evening. This was our first visit to Tenerife, but will not be our last. Parque La Paz, gets a five star rating from us, and we will return.

We stayed in this family hotel from 12/05/18 to 19/05/18 well located in a slightly quieter location of Playa America has 8 minutes walk to 2 sandy beaches food not top buffet not very variė much English we were the only Francophone AUC a member of the personal speaks French but they were attentive and available, there is a vigil at night that intervened after my request 2 times on the week in the middle of the night for very noisy English in their room, the rooms are spacious with balcony quite large equipped with a small kitchen, poorly soundproof room the bedding is bad, no air conditioning the pool bar dishes are not good the pool is nice friendly francophone animator.

Excellent location. Friendly staff, large rooms and spotlessly clean in the hotel and grounds. Food and drink excellent and varied often cooked fresh in front of you.

Brilliant hotel lovely pool area, bar staff friendly, good entertainment the animation team are brilliant with the kids. Food was excellent always something different every night would def come back again.

This is a great family hotel, staff are excellent, hotel is spotless and the entertainment is very good. The animation team are always working hard to keep people entertained during the day as well as at night. The only downside for me was the food was repetative but I didn't struggle to eat. Overall very please and would definitely go back.

Are a few prrpotentes and liars and thieves only tell you that you broke something and then you want to charge more because they want to tepara other things that one or the touched.

Rubbish food and entertainment. Was on a family holiday and hotel was full of stag and hen parties. We had graffiti on the interior doors. One to avoid.

Staff are really friendly, lovely place to be, loads of sunbed, no one would not have one. Sunbed by pool and on the upper deck right and left side,. Food not a lot of choice, but could put up with, snacks do not change, same every day and evening. But would still return, apartments lovely and clean.

Amazing place to stay. Worth going all inclusive. Food is amazing also the alcohol isn't watered down. Amazing staff. Clean rooms. Lots of activities. We went for new year they put a special meal, which was great plus fire works. They kept the all inclusive bar open a extra hour. Dario and Stephan were part of the animation team and were fantastic with all age groups. Mister sister show is a must! in the room and hotel u get free Wi-Fi too. Only downside is there is no inside bar. They do have heaters out, so worth taking a jacket for night time.

Place is generally ok. Nice pool area. Food is good… Outside bar area. But no inside bar. It's a little cold at nite, thru the winter months. Be good to have a drink in doors.

The worst place we have EVER stayed in Tenerife. SUPPOSED to be Self catering which is all I ever go. No shelf in the oven, fridge falling apart. The first night the bed almost fell apart and had to be fixed by a workman. They moved us to a new apartment but still waited 2 days for a shelf for oven. If you wanted a microwave you had to HIRE it for €35. A complete joke stay away. The food for all inclusive smells worse than hospital food. Got no clean bedding and no change of towels. One good thing THE STAFF WERE VERY NICE, but couldn't resolve our issues! The entertainment or should I say lack of just a Joke.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Entertainment poor. Food temperature not kept hot. Shame waste of good food.

Small stop but everything perfect!

The hotel is in a great location. Round the corner from bars and restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the beach and easy to walk to Los Cristianos. It cost €25 euros in a taxi to the airport and €7 euros to Siam Park. The pool gets very crowded and the sun beds are so close together you feel you are sat with strangers. There were still lots of children even though term time had started. Due to this spent most days at the beach which was fine as it's so close We stayed at the front on the hotel on the first floor — it was very loud! In the early morning the sound of bins being collected, delivery trucks and cars outside where loud enough to wake you up. We were generally out very late but on the one night we came back earlier you could hear the other guests loudly coming back though the entrance below from their nights out — so if possible request a room at the other side. The staff are excellent. They cleaned the rooms everyday to a high standard and had excellent customer service Overall I would stay again due to excellent location.

Currently sat on the balcony, writing this post. Loved this hotel and would advise anyone to ask for the apartments at the back of the hotel as it's alot quieter. Had a fault with are fridge on arrival but the maintenance guy came and put a new fridge in stright away. Very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Needs a bit of TLC/maintenance as the room is very tired, varnish peelling off doors, old appliances. Bathroom dated and drains smelled, the neighbourhood can be noisy at times and the windows filter very little noise. Beds where rather hard so didnt sleep well. However the biggest thing was that this hotel has no air conditioning, and evan with leaving balcony open all day, the room holds heat exceptionally well and there is only a fan to keep cool. As a positive the staff where lovely, the location is fantastic and the pool area is nice but can be a little packed at times.

Im currently sitting by the pool as I write. Firstly I was down graded from sunwing fanabe (Costa adeje) to parque la paz which I wasn't too happy about seeming I booked my holiday a year in advanced for me, my partner and 3 children. I have mixed emotions about this hotel. We were greeted so warmly on arrival and reception staff are fantastic, I couldn't fault them. The location is good, lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Although I didn't come on holiday to shop in designer places. The mini club at the hotel for my 3 children are fab entertainers and the selection of entertainment each night is good. As I was downgraded I asked for a ground floor apartment but didn't get one, instead we got the room closest to the entertainment stage which is too loud for the children to go to sleep if we needed an early night due to doing excursions the next day. The pool has always been cloudy and don't look clear or clean. The first week reports of glass in the pool was reported to the life guard (although he was never at his post) then they sectioned off one part of the pool? Only that corner was hovered that night. Then my daughter cut her toe, again many reported glass and the pool was eventually cleaned. A man was even collecting glass in a plastic cup before ot was hovered. It was sorted but I felt that it took too long to be sorted promptly seeming to seriousness of the situation. Also Im not too keen on the restaurant food and all my children will eat are chips.

Every things great about it, the food, the drinks, the pool but there's no air condishining just a ceiling fan.

COUNCIL ESTATE We have just returned from a week from hell at Parque la Paz and when I say week from hell it was awful. Not the hotel itself but the people there and the fact that after numerous complaints nothing was done. We were not alone… 9 families which was a total of 32 people all with the same complaint. If you want to feel like you're on the cast of shameless and don't mind your stuff being stolen, your kids thrown around the pool by other adults, pulled under the water by older kids and constantly listening to potty mouths then this is the place to be. On a brighter note the Hotel itself is lovely, clean, staff are great and the food is amazing just a shame that nothing was done and completely ruined our holiday. There was no kids club and when I asked the hotel staff there reply was "we only have 2 in the animation team so sorry no kids club" not great when it's advertised as having a kids club. Weather was great and the shops, restaurants etc were great just again a shame that the hotel staff and Thomas cook done nothing to improve things. I know it's only a 3* rating and for the hotel itself I would say 4* but if you experience what us all did then it wouldn't even be a 1*. The pool is not very big. There is a tiny section when the kids can touch the floor which is a shame and my two are 9 & 7 so not that small. Want a sunbed then best get down there for 7/730 or you have no chance of getting one by the pool.

Nice hotel loads to do entertainment wise and very close to beach. Nice pool area and stuff for kids. Friendly staff always. Perfect holiday hotel getaway!

We had an amazing family holiday here, we all loved it, the animation team were great :) )

We stayed here 2015 from 10th August for 2 weeks. The animation team of Mario, Andy & Luna kept everyone entertained and laughing throughout the time we spent here. We didn't eat at the bar or restaurant so can not comment food wise. Bar was reasonably priced. Found the staff friendly on all occasions. Room wise the kitchen we had was a little dated but very clean and tidy, hair dryer in main bedroom and a safe with a key can be hired. Chamber maids replenished our towels, bedding and loo rolls often enough. Overhead fans to keep you cool in bedrooms and living room — not air conditioned. Our room was on the ground floor directly behind the evening entertainment and was quite noisy until midnight — though with three girls aged 11/12 & 15 it didn't matter to us as we were out late. If I had younger children under 5 i'd not go during August — very very hot at times. Pool area was a good size but the sun beds took most of the space around the pool and some got up as early as 7 to "reserve them" — not Germans either! I was very disappointed by fellow Brits on the all inclusive package that left cups and plates around the entertainment area though this seemed to improve into our holiday as the main culprits left a week in. Wifi that you pay for is flaky as lots of people using it — also a free Wi-Fi in reception that's good when only a handful are using it to check email etc.

Great food, location, and animation team. Close to shopping centres, short (free) bus journey to siam park. Rooms were good for 3* with cleaning 5 days per week. Free Wi-Fi in reception. TV and aircon are extra. But with this location, why would you sit in watching TV? Food is a good mix, with plenty of English food. Animation team (Mario, luna and adriano) were very friendly and fun. Highly recommended, would certainly go again.

Terrible food and much more terrible entertainment program, animators and their behaviour. Room was cleaned only three times during the week. Grill meat was good. Location is good too.

Been here many times great food, staff, good place, for shopping, rooms are basic but there soon the rooms a make over, love it.

It was clean enough back in 2002. Basic room as expected for the price. They shoved us in a crappy corner room with a poor view, right where the deliveries came in at 7am because we were a group of five lads that they assumed would be noisy. Never heard much though as we were usually unconscious at that time. To be fair I thought it was a decent hotel in a great location.

Great location! Apartment was lovely and clean and had everything we could have needed. Only thing I can pick at is that it advertised air con and it was extra to hire on arrival. Really recommend this place and will be returning again :-).

Great location, very clean and spacious apartments. Food is basic, well cooked and plenty of choice. The only thing I found missing from this accomadation was, no air con. It is 1st week in may, and nights, for me were warm. I would return to this Hotel, just not July or August, as I could guess it would, for me, be too warm to sleep. Overall 9/10.

Great location and kept very clean. Would recommend for families, but could probably improve on the all inclusive products — if you like anything that's unbranded, you'll be fine.
