Spent a week here all inclusive, staff were helpful and friendly, the facilities were great, food was lovely, so no complaints! Was exactly the relaxing holiday we wanted and in a great spot so if you wanted more life in the evening you could go out and find it. Would certainly recommend and return.

Just back from a 4 night stay here with 5 friends for our 40th. Stunning place, beautiful hotel and rooms, amazing food and staff. One comment is the booking system for sunbeds and restaurants need to be able to accommodate groups. Also be nice is music was playing around the bar.

The Guayarmina is my favourite hotel on the island. The staff are all amazing, the hotel is really clean and well laid out. It’s in a great position in Costa Adeje, close to all the local amenities, and I’m already looking forward to going back in November.

Had an absolute brilliant holiday there from 23rd of Jan to 4th of feb to celebrate my 50th with my fiancée M😬 Absolutely beautiful place and the staff were great👍 Even the check in was great as a guy shows you to your room and brings your luggage for you also, a great guy called Nico👏 Big shout out to Nelson the barman and his team mates for being absolutely spot on with the drink service and generally making you feel welcome and was very polite and up for a chat and some fun👏🍹 The food selection is awesome and caters for all tastes and the cleanliness and respect of the hotel upkeep is excellent. The young lady on the pool entertainment team who does the yoga and pool classes is an excellent member of staff and gets people involved in the activities on offer there (we had some great fun playing water volleyball and some regular players in the time I was there so was great interaction) 👏 Will definitely return again and thanks for the great time there to all staff👍👏😘 To top off an excellent holiday I came back engaged to my sweet piece too😘 💍

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very good. They are currently under construction and are expected to end in December 2018. When it is renewed sure it deserves an excellent appraisal.

I had to complain to reception in excess of five times in order to get the mold cleaned from the tiles in my bathroom. It was the easiest thing to clean however their staff seem to be incapable of doing it. I even uploaded a video of me cleaning it with one finger. The fridge that we rented was also mould riddled and we had to get this changed out by reception. The electronic key cards to swipe you into your room we're constantly going wrong and I was repeatedly finding myself having to Trek all the way to reception to get my card reset yet again. The room that my parents had, had some kind of leaking air con unit that was dripping through the ceiling. The ceiling had gone soft and was starting to cave in on the day that we left. Overall the hotel is very run down and poorly maintained and the staff seemed almost disgruntled and did not really wish to deal with any of the issues that we were complaining about. This was both the Thomson reps and the hotel staff themselves. The biggest disappointment of all was the quality of the food. I can honestly say I have tasted better things that have come from McDonald's. There was barely any variation between nights it was the same overcooked dried out food sitting in the heat stands. In a whole fortnight it was vegetable soup every night on the menu except for two nights. The same range of puddings almost every night the flavours of ice cream did not change at all.

This was our 3rd visit to this hotel and our first on all inclusive, having stayed in many of the hotels in Adeje and my last 2 stays here were very good, this time it was terrible. Several months before our stay I emailed asking for a high floor overlooking the mountains as my mother in law likes to sit on the balcony reading.
The view we were given is in the comments section, we had groups of builders passing every morning at 8.00am, constant noise from drilling, hammering etc, the balcony was unusable because of the dust. We went to reception to ask to move and several other people were there asking the same, some did get moved but not us, others ended up paying extra. At times there were some very heated arguments. On the subject of paying I have never been on all inclusive where they treat you as bad, we even nicknamed our bands as ‘the band of shame’, no internet, if you wanted it you had to pay 6 euros a day, if you wanted to change your pool towels it was 1.50 a day, guests that paid for drinks had the bottle poured at their table with bottled mixers, we had the unbranded rubbish with draught mixers, often flat and tasteless, the beer was at best flat with an unusual aftertaste. There was a bar menu with lots of drinks and cocktails on but we had a all inclusive bar menu with unbranded rubbish on. We ended up going out every night to the local bars.

4 Star Hotel Very well located, very good buffet breakfast and dinner. Some details are not to be liked, having to pay €4 day for using the mini fridge in the room takes the palm. Of rest like other hotels in south of Tenerife.

From the 15th of April the hotel will be closed for extraordinary maintenance which is sure to make it magnificent and even more enjoyable. I will definitely be on vacation again in Adeje in Tenerife to enjoy the new trim.

Obsolete, the old rooms, the doors and the Baths of Tell me. He needs urgent reform. Designed for foreigners. Buffet too early and better. Too many kids. The staff were the best of all. Very good place. A shame…

We stayed here in Feb this year as a couple and have just returned from 11 days with our 2 sons and their wives and our 2 grandchildren age 5 and 2! Both were amazing times in this hotel, the staff cannot do enough for u! A massive choice of food, beautiful pool area! Rooms may be a little tired but everywhere including the rooms was so clean! I cant wait to come back after the refurb! The kiddies club was brilliant for our little ones and especially Cynthia was so lovely! I have to say a huge thank u to Simon, the manager on reception! He was so helpful on both our visits this year and went out of his way to make our family holiday extra special! We will be returning next year when the hotel reopens! Love this hotel.

Esse is quite good, location is perfect, but guests are 80% people of higher age and from Great Britain. You also have to pay extra for everything… Eg WLAN for €6 a day…

Location of the hotel is very good. Almost directly on the beach, separated by a seafront promenade with small shops and restaurants. The construction and orientation of the hotel is well thought out. Due to the curved V, almost all guests have a sea view. The staff was always very friendly and most were able to speak reasonably good German. The food was very tasty and sufficient choice. Negative: — Extra cost for use of the safe — Extra cost of using the refrigerator — Extra cost of a fresh towel — the bathrooms are in need of renovation (few rooms with shower, only one old tub with rust marks in which to put in) Audience mostly affects people Ü60 but that was okay for us. Holidays are there to relax, it's a good fit. A lot of English but all kind.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The evening free shows are good and always entertaining. Pool area large and clean. Breakfast buffet good and on demand is helped, but coffee is instant from the vending machine and with the juices as well. (This buffet problem is the same for all Canary Islands to 99%. ) Refrigerator use must be paid separately and beds are large though on rolls. Sitting on the headboard with pillows in the back and… Zack, the bed rolls away from the wall. Only 2 brakes on the 4 reels cannot keep the bed in place and the bed at a hotel is an important element. I would always like to come back. This and that is annoying but if the price is right this is a good tip for Tenerife.

Lovely hotel with good central location. Rooms clean and spacious. Usual buffet food but selection is good. Plenty of sunbeds and one side of the pool is heated. Downside is the bath which has a fixed shower screen making it difficult to turn on the taps.

A typical tourist office, lots of small shops and restaurants, nice walkways, nice beach, nice, OK.

The structure of the hotel is beautiful, the swimming pools are a heated and shallow, both. On the inside it's pretty old but they said to reform right away. Lovely staff!

Super friendly staff, food was also good, right near the sea. We were over Christmas and had a really great time. The hotel is very popular with English. But that was very little noticed, as they were all quiet and cordial. We will definitely come back. Since we have tried some other hotels, this one has so far liked us best. You feel cared for, and if you have problems, you will be helped immediately. No matter what is you always gets an answer that everything with a nice smile.
Shopping and restaurants are close by, but you should compare the prices.

I am spending Christmas and the New Year here. Having bee here for 4 days I find the Hotel very good all round. Our room is very comfortable, light and airy. Only downside is that it is close to the Princess Bar so is a little noisy until the entertainment stops around midnight. I cannot fault the food in an way. It is plentiful, always fresh, well cooked when needed, very, very tasty and causes me a real problem how to restrict just how much I eat. There are plenty of sunbeds around a very large pool so have no problems in finding a pair. The staff are very friendlyy and helpful. As yet I have not seen the General Manager doing is rounds but I expect there is one somewhere. All in all a good place to visit and stay.

Noisy late at night as games not very far from the room and early in the morning with noise from the trolleys. 2 comfortable beds, but the sofa bed which serves as 3rd sleeping really very uncomfortable.

Nice place. I stayed here last year and it was nice. Downside for me was even though I was all inclusive they still charged for Wi-Fi and room safes. The sunbeds were far too over crowded to the extent we went to the beach each day and paid for the sunbeds on the beach.

Rexommend you take the all inclusive package, this allows you all you can eat and drink at any time of day. Friendly staff. Multiple bars. In house entertainment / activity team. Only down side is the lifts and floor numbering is rather confusing, 0 — 1 — 2 — 3 — 4 0/h/r 1 2 3 4 and that's in order! Overall would recommend.

I have stayed twice in this hotel in the years 85 and 86. It is directly overlooking the Atlantic along the sea promenade which you can access directly with private lift from the pool deck.

The staff are very friendly. The hotel is close to the beach. The selection of food for breakfast and dinner is huge. Access to local shops and bars is easy. No climbing steep roads. Apparently the hotel is closing for refurbishment from May 2018 until Dec 2018.

Beautiful Hotel in the common areas! The rooms leave to be desired, the first few days we ended up in the lower floors and the stink of mildew is everywhere, then we asked for a change of room which courteously was made! In the package all included NN there is almost nothing… even the use of the refrigerator x baby's Milk! The pool is dirty… but it's close to the most beautiful beach on the coast!

Although the structure is dated. Closing one eye you have the basic comforts.
For the disappointingly paid figure have services like Wi-Fi safe and fridge for a fee.

. Pitiful veil on the fact that. Having arrived Monday night and having missed on Mondays. Monday after 12.00 they evicted us. Did put the suitcases in a room and made an appointment x a shower in the service room. With a little girl and a departure at 10:00.00. Keep a room? You had to book it at the modest cost D 50 euro.

Amazing staff can not do enough for you. Room was clean but the bathroom needs renovating. We were all inclusive and were disappointed to find that we had a different menu for the bar and the snack bar. Which we thought was a bit limited for the extra money. Breakfast and the evening meal were lovely! Was more than enough choice for all of the party. We hear the whole hotel is being renovated so would definitely about coming back in the future.

Great Location, the sea a little cold compared to Venice.

The people and beauties of the island are unique.

The Guayarmina Princess is situated in a good location, close to the beach, restaurants, bars, public transport, and shopping centres; it has direct access to the beach from the pool for quick and easy traversal, with a tap to clean yourself of sand before re-entering, which is useful. The pool itself is far smaller than the establishment's photos purport; the pool is separated by a bridge, with one pool being shallower and the other slightly deeper. Both are very busy during the day, so I'd recommend going to the beach during the day and then the pool mid-evening. The pools were mostly clean. Guests do indeed arise during the early hours to reserve sun-beds, though the management state they will remove articles if left unattended to combat this frustrating habit (though, I'm not sure whether or not they actually did this). Poolside bars offered simple food like burgers, hot-dogs, and pizza, and a wide variety of drinks. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful and cleaning staff were, in our case, thorough, and cleaned even when we left our room rather late in the day. Our room was fairly decent, though, again, the establishment's own pictures do not purport the truth. Beds were not incredibly comfortable and tended to move around as they were on wheels and slid on the tiled floor. The sofa bed was even less comfortable and had gaping holes either side between the mattress and the sofa itself. The AC worked well.

Location is great right on sea front, food changed every night and always cooked very well. Price was a little high due to the timing of the year but well worth thefour stars it has.

Great location, very friendly staff, spacious rooms and many with view on the sea. Nice swimming pool and very close to the beach. Food buffet is fine (breakfast and dinner), but drinks are not included, not even water… also, some things need to be improved: we went through 10 keys in 9 days. In addition, during our stay (July 2017), we "enjoyed" the construction of a new hotel next door. So much for getting up late on vacation. That is the main reason I score 3 here, as this information was not given before we heard it the first time. I would still go back though, as it's a very convenient place.

I stayed with my family 2 adults and 1 child of 5 years from 29/06/2017 to 06/07/2017 and honestly would not stay here again!
For the first two days we were made to stay in a basement room that reeked of moisture, for adults were expected two single beds United (with single sheets and bedspreads) while for the child had to be there the 3 bed which was nothing but a sofa bed from Open if necessary… the response of the receptionist was in summary or so or pomì… as if it were not enough the sheets of the sofa bed were dirty! The sheets of the double bed have never been changed during the whole holiday. The mini bar in the room was only expected with a share of €4 per day +… The magnetic card to access the rooms will Smagnetizzava continuously obbligandoti to return to the lobby for the reset… The bathroom urgency was sometimes difficult to manage: (
The hotel is very large and has plenty of long internal hallways, I did not want to investigate if it was all in accordance… The pool definitely too small for the Nr of guests present.
The mini-club we relied on was only open 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon excluding arrival and departure days.
I mean if you think that Francorosso is a guarantee you are wrong of big!

Food is excellent hotel is spotlessly clean inside and out. I would definitely recommend coming here location is great for long walks along the beach front. Hotel staff are friendly and very professional.

Just returned from this hotel last night after 1 weeks stay and have to say I would definitely go back. The staff are all really smiley, friendly and eager to please. The only thing was that our travel agent asked us our preference for our room and we were given the exact opposite! When we told reception they said that they take no notice of requests! HELPFUL! But they did move us after a couple of days. Food lovely but can get chaotic in the dining room at times. Overall we really had a lovely experience here.

Super bad hotel. Must pay for everything extra (50 euro parking / 6 per day Wi-Fi does not work in the room / 4 euro per day for the use of the refrigerator…) the rooms are totally obsolete and the bathroom is a disaster. Very English Hotel accordingly also the food and entertainment… definitely my last stay here! Be careful when booking that you get quite important… no room in basement.

This was a experience we could of done without, we have been going to hotel 4th stay but would think again before going, it was full of kids and most of the entertainment was for the children adults came last, the public rooms again very cold and uninviting could have done with overcoat on even when the weather outside was warm, I could be wrong but I feel now Catering now for young families and all inclusive and forgetting the customer that made this hotel popular. Now I must say the staff and cleanliness of this hotel is great and also the food is great but served in canteen conditions so if you are a couple looking for a nice dinning experence forget it but if you want good food in school canteen go for it.

The hotel is a huge building devided into 8 floors, 4 above the 0 level and 4 below the 0 level but still above the street. The rooms are spacious, well cleaned everyday and provide a relaxing enviroment, there are 4 bars open in different hours of the day and a big restaurant that serves fresh dishes and it caters for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel has a pool devided in two, a section warmt and a section with normal water. The service is good, polite, and alway ready to satisfy to your every need.

I had an excellent time at this hotel, the service was great with really friendly staff. The food was wonderful with a wide range to choose from, it's right next to the beach and in the centre of things. With two beautiful pools and a wonderful outdoor area.

We had never stayed here before, but what a relaxing enjoyable experience. Hotel was absolutely spotless clean, everywhere! Staff were all friendly, polite and cheerful, the dining room staff were always smiling and couldn't do enough, despite the pressures of handling over 1, 300 Diners! It runs like clockwork! I was amazed at the efficiency and competance of the staff. Well done to you Placido for the excellent running of such a large Hotel. Reception staff were polite and very accomodating. Our room 4010 was a good tip from a previous review! It had excellent views of sea and sun terrace, we sat out each evening drinking champagne on our balcony. If you want a good view and don't mind 4th floor, rooms 4002 to 4011 are the best and same on 3rd (3002-3011) and 2nd floor. The evening entertainment was very good with tribute acts, including Queen and Abba, and the three Tenors who were sensational! There was archery, Darts, Pool, Football, Aqua Aerobics which was fun and relaxing. The only problem we encountered was the bed, although a large kingsize, it was quite uncomfortable. In the end we did complain to reception and they put extra padding on top of the mattress which did help a bit. Next time we will ask for a comfortable mattress! That said, the food was plentiful, varied, and enjoyable. Breakfast had something for everyone, Lunch could be eaten either outside near the pool, with the usual; burgers, chips toasties, chicken salads, Pallella or whatever you liked.

A great place and friendly staff.

A beautiful hotel, directly situated at "Playa Fanabe", with excellent service and kind people. Nice pool (mostly used by children) and plenty of (free) loungers with a great view. They serve delicious breakfast and dinner; they try to serve different food products each day. They really work hard and do their best to get you a seat and drinks as soon as possible and to make your meal / stay pleasant and comfortable. The restaurant is not cosy; it is large and very crowded — but it's acceptable. The rooms are perfectly looked after and cleaned each day. They have a really small parking place in front of the hotel; makes it a bit difficult to park the car. It's also a shame for such an excellent hotel that you have to pay for the (slooooow) Wi-Fi connection (19 euros for 1 week) and that only 1 device can log in. Also, be careful on what floor your room is — the rooms on the ground floor don't have a nice view at all — it would be great to wake up with an amazing view over the ocean from your balcony.

Very friendly staff, everything clean, good location, not too noisy, good mattresses, but just this strange sheets and blankets. When everything is full in the restraurant service people almost no longer comply with the work. The food is however good and versatile.
Caution: There are many rooms, which have a three-digit number (for example, 004, 112), which are located not recommended, far down there. The upper room are four digits (1xxx — 4xxx) and offer the desired view of the sea. It's funny that it seems impossible to make a late reservation. We switched after 2 days of 004 to 4035 — there are worlds between them, for the same money! Overall, it's a bit tight at the pool and on the beach, that's why I'm going there no longer, but rather in the Northwest of the island.

The rooms have been renovated recently. The hotel is really well located just across from Fanabe Beach. Only downside but size, the food was not very varied nor refined but however it was good. The animations are very average but I have not paid attention because I hate it.
