Nice hotel lovely reception staff rooms are a little small and so are the bathrooms has 2 lifts but only tiny and swimming is small and if your there longer then a week and your staying half board or all inclusive you get the same meals to say for instance on a Monday evening it's fish boiled potatoes and veg it would be exactly the same the following Monday the menu doesn't change in the restaurant or the bar and it's self service as well plus the food in the bar is very expensive a burger with fries and a glass of larger was €16:98

A little old-fashioned. It needs repairs in bathrooms, especially door frames and trims and toilet cover.

The Hotel is very centrally located on the Rambla next to the García-Sanabria Park. The staff at the front desk are very attentive and the cleanliness of the rooms is outstanding. It Was the second time I stayed in it, always booking from an outside page. I Find, as a drawback, that if you book so the rooms are quite smaller than they would be if you book with them directly. The first time I stayed, they asked for double bed and actually it was two single beds attached, which was quite uncomfortable. In this last stay despite being a double bed was small size, which for two adults was somewhat uncomfortable. In General, it is a right hotel for short stays in Santa Cruz, very central and with very professional staff. I would recommend It to my acquaintances without hesitation.

The hotel is pretty good except the guy at the front desk, Venezuelan, is an autoborn person, incomprehensible and is very unpleasant. It hurts because it leaves in doubt the true condition of the Venezuelans, my countrymen, and the rest of the staff. I hope you have the breadth of mind and will to correct. Listening and serving customers is the main point to improve. Luck.

Very well located, walking distance from pretty much anything in Santa Cruz. The hotel is modern and fresh, and the rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Although we did get one with a small window into a side street, so it was very dark all the time. The breakfast buffet has everything you could want and top quality.

It was pretty good the hotel, very comfortable the bed and pretty quiet. The only problem is that the pool was closed as it was supposed to be cold and only open in summer. I think you should have been able to because we stay with you win. The next time you put it where you are going to make the reservation that the pool only opens in summer.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was very good. The only drawback that I put… The pool was closed, we would have liked to go.

There is no laundry service on the weekends. The breakfast buffet is amazing though.

Went for a company meeting. The facilities were ok and the staff really friendly and helpful. They set up the room pretty fast and accommodated a couple changes needed without hesitation. Lunch was dealt mostly mechanically, couldn't say it was particularly good, just about right.

Very good hotel, breakfast is search OK and good value for money.

Good location, good place, and good service. Just some issues with parking spaces for your car. Advertising in Expedia says that it has parking. Advice, make sure you get to their garage before everyone, because for sure you are going to have to walk around finding parking space on the street or paying for a meter one.

Good value for money for a tourist island. Hotel reformed more apparent than practical. The desk in the small room and not overly comfortable having just below the fridge. Difficult if you come to work. Without furniture to leave the suitcase and mini-cabinet. Comfy beds. Unbeatable attention. Good room service and full restaurant both for food and for breakfast.
PD: The day after this review have changed the settings of the room and the desk and have added furniture to leave suitcase. They read the reviews and take their customers into account. Very grateful. I climb to 4 stars.

It is a good three star hotel in Tenerife. I would recommend a better soundproofing and improve the shower. Otherwise well.

The single room is the smallest I ever so in a hotel. The rest is not so bad and also not expensive.

I really liked this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with friendly professional staff. Close enough to the city centre to walk, but with frequent buses nearby. The next time I visit Santa Cruz I will certainly stay here again.

Last time the single very small room with the 80 bed. As far as the cafeteria a nice space, but the food poor quality.

The Hotel is clean and comfortable. The excellent restaurant under the hotel "Cocina Urbana" and the wonderful public park at 50 metres.

It's a good place and the stuff is friendly, but they have no good skills speaking/writting english.

This hotel is really beautiful and it has all the comforts, and it's near the centre of Santa Cruz. Staff is really kind and can help you for whatever you need. Beautiful view of the city and the sea.

Disappointed really. The reason we choose this hotel was because of the location and that they claim to have parking. However there was never a spot available even during low season January and during the weekend. Because of this we had to drive around for 15-20 minutes every time to find a spot. The receptionist never greeted us when we enter or left the premises. Our room was cleaned however there was some black mold growing on the silicone in the shower. The bathroom was poorly repaired and I could do it better myself. The breakfast was the only thing appreciated about this hotel.

The hotel is located in a nice area within easy reach of the city centre. Rooms are quite spacious but the beds are slightly uncomfortable. Otherwise, the breakfast is very good with an extensive range.

Checked in after a flight cancellation the staff had to deal with 3 coach loads at the same time late at night. They were helpful quick and professional. Breakfast dealing with so many that had to get back on coaches early was great.

The restaurant is very well especially prices.
