Top location, not 200m from the water. Beach about 600m away, as beach is generally a bit off. Had a super room with side ocean views. Rooftop pool. First-rate. Eating wonderful. Every day variety and high quality. For everyone, whether vegetarian, vegan or just meat. Super service. Very nice and helpful. Jacuzzi available 24 hours a day. Large plant. In my eyes, the best hotel in Puerto de la Cruz. Seen from the outside. I can only recommend!

The Hotel is old but quite well maintained. Very friendly staff. Breakfasts and dinners are good but not luxurious. Location is the best of all 4-5 * hotels in Puerto.

Standard rooms are old and tired and the AC doesn't work. I liked the location, the breakfast and the roof pool though.

Great location, friendly staff, nice clean old style rooms. Noisy hotel during the evenings singing but quiet at night. Excellent and varied catering. Priority search for high floors and sea side.

Great Hotel! Great food! Nice staff. Room very clean (albeit somewhat in the years), balcony side with sea view. The pool on the roof is the hammer! The view is awesome! Buffett always rich and tasty, you can also eat very healthy. Happy to be back!

A very nice 4 star hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The roof terrace with the beautiful view of the good coffee and cakes did it to us. Definitely worth a visit.

We ordered through TUI and the place was great and so was the surrounding nice and quiet hotel. Great personel. Most of the time the food is amazing. Beds are Allright the first night I had a bed Which had a bad thing in it. We talked with the reception Half a hour Later I had a new amazing matras. I could not complain about anything. The hotel is in the best position for the weather and also in puerto de la cruz. We barely had any bad weather — we could often see futher up the mountain that they had a cloud on top of them but we still had good sun.

We have been coming to Puerto for many years and have found that hotel ValleMar is the best and most beautiful hotel here. Also the staff is very friendly, nice and helpful. We will return to this hotel.

Friendly staff morning and dinner buffet. Is refilled and is extensive. Swimming pool with pleasant water temperature, bath towels available free of charge every day. Freshly squeezed orange juice is available in the morning. Delicious. This is unfortunately mitlerweile no more! A small glass of freshly squeezed orange juice now costs 1Euro pity.

Very good hotel. Perfect rooms fantastic balconys with perfect seawiev and good food and very nice staff. Nice Poole on the roof wit bar and cafeteria. Perfect location. Can warmly be recommended.

I only know the terrace. Live music every night with dancing. I didn't dance but I laughed a lot. Recommended.

We like the stay here at the hotel very much. The highlight is the pool on the 6th floor, with sun loungers and parasols. The restaurant also makes a good impression, the staff is nice and attentive. The food is varied and is included regionally (the eggs e. G. Come from the house's own estate).

Fantastic view of the sea from the sea-view room. Rooms are traditional in the ambience, like a country cottage. Breakfast spread was huge. And the location of Hotel ValleMar is perfect.

Just a nice hotel. We already have the second stay in the hotel and our third in Tenerife. We can highly recommend it. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Dinner is rich and varied.

We booked a superior double room which had a great view of the ocean. Spacious interior with a safe in the wardrobe and a very modern bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. The food was delicious and rich in variety. The staff is very kind and the cleaning of the room was very thorough. The swimming pool is on the roof of the building, so you have a nice view of the sea front. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good food, you are looked after very well. Central to main town.

Very nice Hotel is a bit Expensive but great views from sea view rooms.

It rates it's self 4 stars, have to agree. So far so good, food and room just what you would expect for the location and price. Staff friendly and happy to help when they can. Location is good… Roof top pool area is very nice. Plan to have more lazy days here.

Just got back yesterday from a 4 day break! Hotel AMAZING! VERY friendly staff who make you feel welcome, and speak English! :) Room was a double sea view, GREAT view, not too noisy, very clean. One complaint about the room, was the hair dryer! Old, and on wall, no heat, no power! Take your own hair dryer! Hotels swimming pool on 6th floor is amazing, again Very clean! Location its self, great. No bars, all restaurants. Even though your on the beach, there isn't really anywhere to lay and relax. ValleMar — Thank you! :)

July 2016, hotel is a large construction site, watch, got noise from 08 00 a room on grace in front to the sea, it was also stupid of the crane each day lifting the stuff on the roof, stands directly in front of the balcony about 6 hours noise without end. Pool is of course not to use da on roof, the hotel open to allow an imposition. We were regulars. W

You feel at home and simply welcome in this House. We are always happy! Feel easy and the entire staff is simply excellent! We can only recommend the ValleMar!

I agree with GERD, Paul and Philip! We travelled with dog. 12 euro per day for the dog are just too much. But we knew that beforehand.

Central location on the Promenade, good food, nice rooms, very clean, friendly staff, for us it was the most beautiful holiday for years.

Nothing to complain about! Breakfast is extensive and very good, rooms comfortable and clean, beds very good and the view over the sea is very beautiful. Location is ideal, if you do it centrally like.

What about, a great 4-star hotel, excellent cuisine at Buffe, with nice rooms, twenty years ago I can say that for me it was a nice 8 day holiday, I confirm that as soon as possible we return, and I want to relive and then redo it all as 20 years ago!
